We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool
Very nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available
After a few settling in hicups, the stay at Sotogrande was very relaxing. The staff are flexible to changing situations, which is a measure of high customer service. Come stay , the pool, the buffet breakfast the gym and the cool temperature of this huge downstairs walk area makes for an escape away from the bustle of other holiday places that entice, yet too often fail to deliver.
Seda Nuvali truly exceeded expectations from a smooth, check-in to a hassle-free check-out, with every process running like clockwork. Our spacious suite room was perfectly clean, featuring plush bedding, a separate shower and bathtub, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee and tea selections, perfect for unwinding.
Service was impeccable throughout, highlighted by an outstanding breakfast buffet with fresh Filipino and international options, including customizable omelets and healthy juice stations. The staff’s attentiveness shone brightest with our group of persons with disabilities (PWDs); they proactively selected accessible seating in the pool dining area, with ample space, making everyone feel truly cared for.
Located in the serene Nuvali estate, it offered easy access to nearby malls and greenery, providing the ideal calm retreat as we prepared for my son’s wedding. Outstanding value, eco-friendly practices, and top-notch facilities make this a standout choice for families or events.
We are an OFW family traveling with a child and senior parents, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The place is very family-friendly, with plenty of activities for kids such as an indoor arcade, outdoor playground, and both a kiddie pool with play features and an adult pool. One of the highlights for us was the on-site farm—our baby especially enjoyed the horseback riding experience.
That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms are decent, but the air conditioning felt too cold and somewhat outdated, making it difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The arcade area also lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable for our child. The farm could use better maintenance, as there was a noticeable smell, and some of the activities like feeding and horseback riding felt a bit overpriced for what was offered. The horseback ride itself was limited to a few rounds in a small circle, which may feel repetitive for adults, though our child still enjoyed it.
We also noticed that the obstacle course was not well maintained, with some mosquitoes around the tire obstacles. The location is a bit tucked away within Tagaytay, and we found the roads somewhat confusing, which made it challenging to navigate at first. Additionally, dining options on-site were a bit pricey, so we opted to eat বাইরে at nearby bulalo restaurants, which were quite good.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the family-oriented amenities, but there are several areas where improvements could enhance the experience further.
Three friends and I stayed here during a trip to the Philippines.
From Manila Airport, we first traveled to the bus terminal in Manila city, then took a two-hour bus ride from Manila to Batangas, and then a one-hour taxi ride from there.
If possible, I think it would be easier to charter a car from Manila.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
We had a great time relaxing by the pool and trying our hand at diving.
There's nothing around the hotel, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant, but the food was of very high quality and delicious.
They also had a few Japanese dishes, such as tonkatsu, which was nice.
Overall, the prices were high for a resort hotel, but it was a great experience worth the price.
We had an incredible stay! It’s rare to find a resort that offers so much in one location. Waking up to the stunning view of Taal Volcano was a highlight, but having a beautiful church right inside the resort made the atmosphere feel so peaceful and unique. We stayed active with the biking trails in the morning and hit the lake for water activities in the afternoon. Perfect for families or anyone looking for a mix of adventure and relaxation.
The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well prepared. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. The amenities were excellent, well maintained, and added a lot of comfort to the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Great location, just beside Robinsons. Around a 5–10 minute walk to SM Hypermarket, and about 15–20 minutes on foot to popular spots like Papadom,Bag of Beans, Starbucks Reserve Hiraya, Ridge Park, and Sky Ranch…if you don’t mind walking.
The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the view of Taal Lake was amazing. Catching the sunrise from the room was definitely a bonus.
The only downside was that the shower water pressure was a bit low. Overall, it was totally worth the money.Thank You Summit Ridge Tagatay!😊

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at Canyon Cove Hotel & Spa. The place is clean, relaxing, and perfect for a quick getaway with family and friends. What I liked most is that it’s already a one stop hotel since everything you need is inside. They have a restaurant for meals, stalls for snacks and meryenda, and even a bar where you can chill and unwind at night.
Most importantly for us during our stay, the hotel is wheelchair friendly, which made everything more comfortable and convenient for our family. That really made a huge difference and added to our overall positive experience. Definitely a nice place to stay if you want to relax and enjoy without needing to go outside the resort often.

GGuest UserI rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at,
but this one definitely deserves it.
Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

GGuest UserThe service is actually good, and all the staff are accommodating and helpful. However, when it comes to the room, it’s best to manage your expectations talaga since the hotel is already quite old. The room was clean, but the flooring looked worn and did not really match the pictures provided here. Also, they do not provide bathrobes, which was disappointing because it was stated as part of the room amenities.

GGuest UserWe booked 4 villa rooms for an overnight stay at Cintai Coritos. We loved that the place is tucked away from the city noise. It's a serene and relaxing environment.. the service staff greeted us with warmth and utmost respect and even offered to help us with our bags. The food is great though there not alot to choose from the menu list.
There are alot of stray cats in the area and they come to you for food which was not a problem for us feeding them but some of the cats gets aggressive, so children are not safe to be around those cats.
But over all, we enjoyed the place and we we're even allowed to stay past the check out time. I'd surely recommend this place to my friends and come back again in the future.
