First off, the location is fantastic, right on a street next to the train station. The Alibus stops on the hotel's side, while the shared taxis are on the other. It's only a three to five-minute walk to the station. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and there are many room types available, including hotel rooms, hostel dorms, and student accommodation all within the same building.
Service: The staff are incredibly enthusiastic, meeting hostel service standards. They're very responsive and thorough in answering any questions.
Facilities: Don't expect much here. The bed is too soft, the pillows are too soft, and from the second day onwards, there was no water. No slippers or toothbrushes were provided either. You can't even buy slippers, but you might have some luck if you chat with the front desk a bit more 😂
“I stayed for one night and was very impressed. The hostel was extremely clean, and the gentleman at the reception was incredibly helpful. I truly appreciated the warm welcome and assistance — would definitely recommend.
A decent hotel for the star rating, our room was small but fine for 2 nights. Great air conditioning.
Good location for exploring and not far from the train station and Centro storica.
Great terrace area to watch the world go by.
Staff are very helpful and the continental breakfast is good. They provided gluten free options.
To be honest, the location of the hotel is good. It is only a few minutes' walk from Naples Central Station. But I need to remind you that when we checked out in the morning, an international universal power adapter was left on the socket of the writing desk. When we went back to the hotel to pick up the luggage in the afternoon, we told the front desk that my plug was left in the room, and told her the room number and hoped that she would help us find it. The girl at the front desk said that she would call the cleaners to ask, and after listening to them talking in Italian, she told me that they didn't find it. . . Family, I swear to Chairman Mao and God that I am 100% sure that the adapter was left in the room. After I was told that I didn't find the plug, I argued with the front desk for a while, saying that I was 100% sure that the item was trapped in the hotel room, and that I had stayed in Ibis many times in my country and never encountered the situation of lost items, so I always respected and trusted the Ibis brand, which is why I chose to stay in Ibis in Italy again when I came to Italy, but this explanation didn't work. My daughter was worried that we were unfamiliar with the place, so she kept signaling me to calm down and leave quickly to catch the train. In this situation, what can I say? I can only accept my bad luck. I also remind everyone to check carefully before checking out and never leave anything behind. There is also a B&B hotel next to Ibis, which is also a chain hotel. We have stayed in Madrid and Florence. It feels more secure and the service is better. For the same price, I recommend everyone to stay in B&B
Small but comfortable, facing the street but not too noisy, clean and good. Very close to the station.
Breakfast is simple but enough, cost-effective. No hair dryer, but you can ask the front desk.
With a stay at B&B Al Teatro Romano in Benevento, you'll be just steps from Teatro Romano and Benevento Cathedral. This bed & breakfast is 0.4 mi (0.7 km) from Fido Park and 0.5 mi (0.8 km) from Ponte Leproso.
At B&B Al Teatro Romano, enjoy a satisfying meal at the restaurant. A complimentary full breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Featured amenities include express check-in, a 24-hour front desk, and an elevator.
Make yourself at home in one of the 4 air-conditioned rooms featuring kitchens. Rooms have private balconies. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
We liked it very much. Hotel is modern. This is a 4-room apartment (in each shower/toilet), there is a common kitchen with a refrigerator. In the fan room, hot water is good. 2 minutes from the station, super convenient! For breakfast there is a coupon in the ste cafe next to. When you are inhabited, look for the entrance and right call with names, here on one of the boards will be the name of the hotel. Then come to the porter in the entrance, he will call the host who will come in 10 minutes.

GGerardo1.aceThis hotel is in the perfect location, 2 minutes walk from the central train station. It is clean, has very good air conditioning, breakfast is good although some of it is served by staff. All in all, a very good place to stay, I highly recommend it.
Jjiyeon anThe location of the accommodation is really great!! 👍🏻👍🏻
It's located right in front of the beach, and there's a music bar right in front of the accommodation, so you can listen to good music for free. I wonder if there is any accommodation in Positano with a better location.
Air conditioning and refrigeration are both provided.
It may be a bit difficult to find the entrance to the accommodation when checking in. The large yellow building is the accommodation, and the entrance is between the accommodation and the restaurant on the left side facing the accommodation. If you go through that iron door, you will find the accommodation!
The host is an old lady named Rossa, and although she doesn't speak English very well, she tries to explain things as kindly and easily as possible. When I said I wanted to use porter service on the day of check-out, they made a reservation for me.
I was worried because there were a lot of bad reviews, but it was really good. It was the best accommodation, so beautiful and nice. We also upgraded our room.
Everyone, make your accommodation reservations :) I miss the kind rossa.
The location of the accommodation is really the best!! 👍🏻👍🏻

GGuest UserIf you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot.
Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around.
The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included.
The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do.
All in all, great location, great service and great staff.
GGuest UserTerrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.
OoenanayIn my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice.
The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted.
The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat.
In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days.
We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place.
We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there.
We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again.
The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train
station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place).
The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive.
All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.

GGuest UserIt wasn’t terrible but I definitely wouldn’t book again. Location wise - it is on the port so good to access the beach and ferry, however, you have to walk up ++stairs to get to the main town where restaurants and shops are. I do not believe that the room itself was worth the amount we paid. This was one of the most nicest/expensive accomodations of our trip and we were so excited for our stay here. Our room had mould in the shower, the shower door did not close properly and the bed was hard it felt like a plinth. I attempted to discuss this further with the staff regarding a change of room with no success or alternative solution to my concerns. Other than that, having breakfast included was good and most of the other staff we interacted with were really friendly and helpful. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Il Faro to any of my family or friends visiting Sorrento.
LLKHKerMy family and I had a precious and memorable experience at Casa Astarita guesthouse in October. Although we walked for a while from the bus station to the house, we soon realized that we were already passing through the most central and lively area of Sorrento. Everything we wanted—restaurants, gift shops, gelato and drink bars, supermarkets, and more—was just a few steps from the guesthouse.
The reception and hospitality at Casa Astarita were even more surprising and heartwarming, making us feel truly at home. We were deeply touched and grateful to be guests here.
We especially enjoyed the morning breakfast time with other guests in the common dining area. The maids were kind and thoughtful, customizing our meals to our preferences.
The room was spacious, and the furniture solid and traditionally functional—not designed for those expecting luxury decor, but perfectly comfortable. The balcony overlooked the main street below, where we could hear buskers and Italian music playing from the nearby restaurants, giving us an immersive sense of the city.
On our checkout day, as we wanted to stay in the city until late, we were gladly offered luggage storage without hesitation. We sincerely thank the host for their considerate and customer-oriented service.
