4-Star Hotels in Olomouc, Czech Republic

I had a great experience at Trinity Hotel. The location is very convenient, just 10 minutes by tram from the tram station and the city centre is around the corner. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and with all basic amenities. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, but with the duvet and the heating off it was still a bit too hot during the night. I enjoyed the breakfast, it has very convenient start time during the week and weekends and I personally found many things I liked such as fresh bread and jam, pancakes and cakes, as well as cheese, eggs and many savory options. I particularly loved the pancakes!! I would stay at the Trinity Hotel again and I recommend this hotel.

Hotel is clean and staff is great, but breakfast was far from abundance shown on photos. Very limited food choice. One hour from the start some of the food was gone for good. In addition all pancakes and cakes tasted somewhat chemical. There is no kettle or anything similar in a basic room. The room was spacious and AC worked as it should though. Hotel is about 15 minutes walk from tram stop (if would be closer, but there's no sidewalk along the big street nearby).

Perfekcyjna, miła, zawsze pomocna i uśmiechnięta Obsługa zarówno na Recepcji, podczas śniadań czy sprzątania. Możliwość wypicia darmowej kawy z ekspresu lub szklanki lemoniady (w słoneczne dni). Cena bardzo korzystna, pokój i łazienka bardzo czyste, wysprzątane. Wysoko cenię w każdym z pokoi wyposażenie, w tym mały czajnik do przygotowania kawy/herbaty. Pokój z udogodnieniami dla osób z dziećmi, również na wózkach i osób niepełnosprawnych. Wybór jedzenia zadowoli z pewnością osoby wybredne i wymagające, Obsługa - podczas śniadania - na bieżąco uzupełnia oferowane produkty, dania a nawet ciasta... Kameralna, miła wręcz domowa atmosfera. Świetne położenie hotelu, bardzo blisko rynku i nieopodal kościoła pw. św. Michała. Aż chce się, naprawdę, po raz kolejny skorzystać z noclegu w tym hotelu!

A fantastic place to stay! The hotel offers excellent value for money with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and professional staff. Everything was organized efficiently, and the atmosphere was relaxing. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would happily stay here again.

We took part in a sporting event with my husband and we are very glad that we chose this hotel!!! Beautiful, clean, delicious breakfasts!!! Awesome idea for a weekend in the green town of Olomouc ❤️

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, etwas außerhalb von Olmütz. Hunde sind dort auch sehr willkommen, und man kann dort gut mit dem Hund laufen. Frühstück k und essen sind sehr gut. Die Servicekräfte aufmerksam und nett. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist der Durchgangsverkehr bezüglich des Fitnesscenters. Da dort jeder trainieren kann, ist dort ein ständiges kommen und gehen., was etwas stört, wenn man gemütlich etwas trinken möchte.

Room was spacious, very clean and tindy, just like home with all the amenities provided, we had a wonderful stay.

The rooms are good, meeting 4-star standards. The windows are soundproof, so you can't hear anything from the street. You can sleep well at night. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The location is right next to the main train station, not in the city center. A very good choice for people who travel a lot by train. The hotel charges an additional fee for early check-in, which is a bit confusing to me, since Olomouc isn't London/Milan/Prague. One evening and the following morning, there was no hot water due to technical problems. What also confuses me a bit: I booked in EUR, but the hotel charged me in CZK using its exchange rate (unfavorable for me). When I paid by credit card, the amount I received was larger (my bank doesn't charge a fee). After negotiation, I was refunded the excess. Normally, the booking agent takes the amount in EUR directly when booking; or the website shows the CZK price, and you then pay this CZK at the hotel.

A very nice building with a great spa in the rooftop in good location (on the beginning of the city centre). The rooms are spacious and a little bit resistant, but offer everything it needs for a pleasant stay.
