The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes. The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course ”Style Thai beef wok” with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the peninsula beach and within walking distance. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, the environment is comfortable, the front desk service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is large and easy to use, and the hotel breakfast is great, rich in content and tastes good. Dinner was also served at the hotel, a three-course French meal that tasted excellent. There are white-lined parking spaces on the roadside at the door, which are free and safe. The peninsula beach is beautiful. It is a very nice resort hotel.

The hotel is located near the city center and it takes about 13 minutes to reach the seaside, which is very convenient. The hotel has unique design and novel appearance. It is located in a residential area and the surrounding environment is not impressive. It is far away from the beach area, but there are public buses to get there, but the fare is more expensive. One trip is already 1.3 euros. Santander taxi is even more expensive, at least 25 euros from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast food at the hotel is of good quality and highly recommended. I stayed for 2 days and went to the city center to visit the beach every day and had seafood lunch and dinner. It was very comfortable and convenient.

Genial. El hotel precioso, la ubicación estupenda, el trato amable y profesional, los servicios del balneario muy cuidados así como los estupendos masajes recibidos. Un gran y cuidado bufete para el desayuno destacado la calidad de todos sus productos. Sin lugar a duda, una excelente elección para disfrutar y repetir.

The location is very good, a minute walk from the train station and the long-distance bus station, and it is not difficult to carry large luggage. The hotel restaurant is good and cost-effective. There are many restaurants around. 30 minutes walk to the Gedalena Palace, Marina Avenue, along the beach, yacht marina, villa home, the scenery is pleasant.

Overall, I was satisfied. The view wasn't toward the harbor as shown in the photos, but rather toward the residential area on the other side, which was actually better in terms of noise. The breakfast could be more varied for a 4-star hotel. It's also a shame that they only offer Nespresso capsule machines for coffee.

The hotel is very well located and with quite good facilities ...se noted that you had a previous life but is very well refurbished. Only 2 plugs: breakfast something expensive for what they offer despite good quality and parking also a little expensive but I understand it is due to the almost impossible to park on the street. I would be glad, that's right!!

Hôtel impeccable, personnel super gentil, petit déjeuner super varié avec la possibilité de déjeuner jusqu'à 11h nickel pour la grasse mat 😅super bien placé en pied de la plage. Pour se déplacer à proximité vous pourrez y trouver des vélos avec l application nextbike facile à utiliser. 'je recommande super séjour 👍👍

I liked everything except the views of the room gave an indoor patio, so that I could have views of the beach, having a sad patio of indoor lucies
