The hotel has an excellent location with many restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant not far away that serves authentic Sichuan-style chicken and delicious beef noodles. The hotel itself is classic and stylish, and the accommodations are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Very good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.

This hotel is a must-recommend! My child and I both agree it's the best value-for-money hotel we've stayed at in Europe so far. The moment we got off the train, we could see the hotel's logo from the platform – the location is excellent, right across from the train station, less than a 2-minute walk. Plus, the room was bigger than we expected, the largest we've had these past few days, and it was very quiet. It came with slippers, a hairdryer, a kettle, and air conditioning. We booked a king-sized bed, which was very spacious, and the bathroom and bathtub were also large. If you turn right out of the hotel, then right again at the first intersection, you'll find many Chinese restaurants. Walking less than 5 minutes down the road, on your left, there's a large, affordable supermarket where a big bottle of water costs about 0.35 euros. The hotel breakfast was also very generous, with a wide variety of items, including boiled eggs.

What a fabulous hotel perfectly located a block from the Grand Canal and close to both the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square.  The receptionists are outstanding and answered all of our many questions with comprehensive answers, patience and respect. Can’t rave enough about them.  The rooms are even prettier than indicated on line, with plush bedding, a large bathroom and plenty of space. Breakfast was convenient and offered a large variety of choices. Service was also exceptional. Without question - you will enjoy this full service hotel. As a bonus, there is also an elevator so you don’t have to lug your suitcase up the stairs.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 7-8 minute walk from the train station. It's a 4-star chain hotel, and they kindly allowed us a free early check-in and an extra hour for late check-out, which perfectly suited our arrival in the morning and our train departure the following afternoon. The breakfast buffet was good, and the environment was pleasant. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's also very convenient to take the train to Venice.

Room is clear and comfortable, thanks to nice location, can take bus to downtown easily. However, worker at the front desk is unkind at all. I don’t know where she is from, but she acts like rasist. Because English is my second language, I’m not able to listen what she said at once. So I asked her to say her word again, and she raised her tone as she wanted to express her annoyance. I felt disrespectful from her attitude, and if I need to visit Verona again, I’ll find other accommodation even though all good points I mentioned at first. I hope the manager recognize the situation and do sth.

I stayed here for the 3 nights I’ve visited for with my spouse and we enjoyed our stay here as it was located close to where we had access to bus routes as well as Venice overall clean and affordable hotel, only down side was receptionists staff were not as helpful e.g. i asked for salt one night at receptionist and i got no response then he was on a call then after he knew i was still waiting and decide to take a look only to say there’s none left until i found it myself few other things did occur similar to this. Others than this it’s good value for money would visit again

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and handled both check-in and check-out efficiently. I even left my card wallet at the front desk and forgot about it, but they kindly kept it safe and returned it to me when I checked out the next day. Any requests I had were promptly addressed. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making travel a breeze. The breakfast selection was rich and tasted good. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I'd recommend it to my friends too.

Great stay, would definitely recommend! I had a really pleasant stay at the BW Premier Collection CHC Continental in Venice. The location is fantastic, right by the station and an easy walk to the main sights. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast had a good variety and set me up for the day. Great base for exploring Venice, everything was walkable and easy to reach. Would stay again!

It takes at least half an hour to get to the hotel from the main island. If you go to places further away, the return trip will take even longer. There aren't many restaurants near the hotel, but there's a supermarket where it's convenient to buy water and other necessities. The room was bad; the window offered no view, making it very oppressive. The hotel's exterior walls completely blocked the window, and there was also clutter outside. I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or if there wasn't any air conditioning at all; they provided a fan. It wasn't hot at night, but during the day, while unpacking, I was drenched in sweat. The breakfast was very limited and not very good. It was nowhere near as good as the NH Collection I stayed at a few days ago.
