Very Good
GGuest UserDisappointing stay due to poor indoor temperature control and unhelpful service. Our room was uncomfortably warm (27°C), and despite several visits from maintenance, the AC issue wasn't resolved. We were told nothing could be done unless we paid for an upgrade, which they couldn't even guarantee would fix the problem. We ended up sleeping with the windows open for relief, but were kept awake by a loud generator outside. Definitely not the quality experience we expected
BBCBNice apartment to stay for a few days in Tivat.
The apt had everything that we needed. The hosts were very nice. Communication in English was challenging. But we could use google translate, so that was not a big problem. Make sure you have a rental car if you plan to go for excursions as taxi drivers are charging you double. The owner was very nice and drove us back to the airport for 20 euros. Walking to the beach is about 15 min. and the supermarket is only 5 min. away.
TTopnastBeautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order. You can order whatever you want, and they will cook it for you if the kitchen has all the products. The staff is excellent, they will help with everything. They checked you in for free 6 hours before check-in time;)
GGuest UserGreat place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony.
DDPTGFantastic location right on the front. Very helpful front desk and nice breakfast. The issue is the hotel is very old and the rooms really worn out with tired furniture and fittings. Shame. It’s desperately in need of a refurbishment.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit far from the waterfront and most popular spots. Many of the staff are Russian. Thanks to the manager, Anastasia, we checked in at 11 PM; she was helpful and gave us some advice.
GGuest UserA great place near the sea. Very welcoming Russian-speaking resepshen.
A convenient common kitchen area.
The main minus - the general sauna on the floor, no sound isolation with the corridor.
Windows without curtains, you need to close the outer stands
GGuest UserWe were settled in a nearby hotel, but in principle we stayed one night, so it wasn't much important for us. The room was tired of course, but there were rails and slippers
GGuest UserEverything is great, there are all the necessary dishes and utensils, even a dishwasher and washing machines. There's a barbecue grill in the courtyard, plenty of sun loungers, and the place is quiet and peaceful, with ample parking. The sheets and towels are snow-white. We asked to check in two hours early, and they did so without any problems or extra charges. Inna is a very nice and pleasant host! Thank you!
