Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order. You can order whatever you want, and they will cook it for you if the kitchen has all the products. The staff is excellent, they will help with everything. They checked you in for free 6 hours before check-in time;)
This is our second time staying at this hotel. Excellent value for money. The room is small but very beautiful and cozy. Everything is new, with stylish furniture, a magnificent bed, spotless linens, towels, robes, and slippers.
Excellent breakfast (a la carte) and delicious coffee. Friendly staff both at the hotel and in the restaurant. It was a pleasure. Thank you.
Was trying to call the owner via the platform free internet call. However the call was always declined. Upon arrival the owner was there to explain everything and he was real helpful especially getting on WiFi connection. He gave me a WhatsApp number to contact the property however when we needed something we texted the number but no reply was received. Location was alright, short distance to the marina and also we walked 18min to the beach nearby.
Hotel Palma is perfectly located close to the city centre and Porto Montenegro. The staff was very friendly and could not do enough to help. Breakfast was excellent, with varied, plentiful and fresh offerings. The room was small but sufficient and the shower was very good. The only thing I would change in the room is the mattress protector, which is made of plastic and made a noise everytime you turned in bed. It was a shame that the beach was being worked on and could not be used yet, but it is understandable because the high season had not started yet. The hotel is in a quiet location.
A great place near the sea. Very welcoming Russian-speaking resepshen.
A convenient common kitchen area.
The main minus - the general sauna on the floor, no sound isolation with the corridor.
Windows without curtains, you need to close the outer stands
I booked this hotel because the cover photo of it facing the sea was very attractive, but it's actually an apartment in an unfinished upscale community. Even with the balcony window open, the construction was still underway. It's relatively hard to find.
The room facilities are new and clean, but the location is quite far from the city center and old town of Kotor. There's only one restaurant in the community.
Upon arrival, I didn't know I had to turn on the hot water myself. I had to ask the front desk to find out, and ended up waiting for over two hours for lukewarm water – it was already past midnight.
If it weren't for the attractive cover photo, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. I booked two nights and wanted to cancel one, but they wouldn't agree. If you're driving and don't care about the environment, you could consider staying here.
When you stay at MaXhit Apartments in Tivat, you'll be on the beach, within a 15-minute drive of Kotor Bay and Porto Montenegro. This hotel is 9.6 mi (15.5 km) from Kotor Old Town Walls and 1.8 mi (2.9 km) from Sveti Roko.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access.
Satisfy your appetite at the hotel's coffee shop/cafe, or stay in and take advantage of the room service (during limited hours). Continental breakfasts are available daily for a fee.
Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 9 air-conditioned rooms featuring refrigerators and LCD televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Private bathrooms with showers feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include desks and electric kettles, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
Fantastic location right on the front. Very helpful front desk and nice breakfast. The issue is the hotel is very old and the rooms really worn out with tired furniture and fittings. Shame. It’s desperately in need of a refurbishment.
Great location - right on the seashore. Everything you need and more. Great balcony. Plenty of parking. It would be great in high season, but right now the room is really cold. And the floors are freezing.

GGuest UserGreat place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony.
