Disappointing stay due to poor indoor temperature control and unhelpful service. Our room was uncomfortably warm (27°C), and despite several visits from maintenance, the AC issue wasn't resolved. We were told nothing could be done unless we paid for an upgrade, which they couldn't even guarantee would fix the problem. We ended up sleeping with the windows open for relief, but were kept awake by a loud generator outside. Definitely not the quality experience we expected
Of course a beautiful hotel , staff replaced the room on arrival to improved, it was a pleasant bonus ! Breakfasts at the water, it is a separate pleasure, everything is very tasty, clean and hospitality ! We are delighted , this hotel for the admirers of beauty , silence and comfort ! The husband said we'll come back again ))
A great place near the sea. Very welcoming Russian-speaking resepshen.
A convenient common kitchen area.
The main minus - the general sauna on the floor, no sound isolation with the corridor.
Windows without curtains, you need to close the outer stands
Nice apartment to stay for a few days in Tivat.
The apt had everything that we needed. The hosts were very nice. Communication in English was challenging. But we could use google translate, so that was not a big problem. Make sure you have a rental car if you plan to go for excursions as taxi drivers are charging you double. The owner was very nice and drove us back to the airport for 20 euros. Walking to the beach is about 15 min. and the supermarket is only 5 min. away.
This is our second time staying at this hotel. Excellent value for money. The room is small but very beautiful and cozy. Everything is new, with stylish furniture, a magnificent bed, spotless linens, towels, robes, and slippers.
Excellent breakfast (a la carte) and delicious coffee. Friendly staff both at the hotel and in the restaurant. It was a pleasure. Thank you.
Fantastic location right on the front. Very helpful front desk and nice breakfast. The issue is the hotel is very old and the rooms really worn out with tired furniture and fittings. Shame. It’s desperately in need of a refurbishment.
Great location - right on the seashore. Everything you need and more. Great balcony. Plenty of parking. It would be great in high season, but right now the room is really cold. And the floors are freezing.
Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order. You can order whatever you want, and they will cook it for you if the kitchen has all the products. The staff is excellent, they will help with everything. They checked you in for free 6 hours before check-in time;)

GGuest UserGreat place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony.
JJamesvcrI booked this hotel because the cover photo of it facing the sea was very attractive, but it's actually an apartment in an unfinished upscale community. Even with the balcony window open, the construction was still underway. It's relatively hard to find.
The room facilities are new and clean, but the location is quite far from the city center and old town of Kotor. There's only one restaurant in the community.
Upon arrival, I didn't know I had to turn on the hot water myself. I had to ask the front desk to find out, and ended up waiting for over two hours for lukewarm water – it was already past midnight.
If it weren't for the attractive cover photo, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. I booked two nights and wanted to cancel one, but they wouldn't agree. If you're driving and don't care about the environment, you could consider staying here.
