4-Star Hotels in Tivat, Montenegro

A wonderful hotel where you truly feel like a welcome guest! The interior is luxurious, and it's spotless everywhere! It's located right on the beachfront with its own large private beach! The room isn't huge, but everything is well-thought-out. It comes with robes, slippers, shampoo, hair conditioner (the only 4-star hotel out of three I've stayed at in Montenegro that provides it!), soap, etc. There's no kettle or mini-bar, though. A huge bonus is the private beach with a ton of brand new, very comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas! Breakfast is a buffet with a decent selection – for the price, it's absolutely fantastic! We ordered food and drinks on the beach, and everything was brought quickly, tasted delicious, and the prices were very reasonable! The staff are excellent; everyone is smiling and helpful if you ask! I really liked the area where the hotel is located; there's plenty to explore, lots of different shops, a promenade with yachts, and tons of restaurants and bars! Highly recommend, the value for money is 5+++!!!

We really liked the hotel for its design, location, and service. Beautiful view from the room, balcony with chairs and a table. Good restaurant, delicious food. Prices are similar to those in Porte Montenegro restaurants, but they are justified by the food and service. Breakfast is a la carte, with a wide selection. Everything comes with bread or a croissant. Goodbye, slim figure! 😬😁. I'd also like to highlight the hotel design, the decor of the restaurant, the lobby, and the rooms. The Rituals fragrance and shower amenities are also from the same brand. Location: close to the sea, the promenade, and Porte Montenegro. However, the street is not accessible, and there are no bars nearby, so it's very quiet and comfortable. Free parking is available, a big plus for those driving.

Well it was very nice stay like in grandma’s home. Village House on the hill with a clean room. Very close to Porto and beautiful, luxury promenade. Very friendly owner who did the best for people who prefer to stay in clean environment. We enjoy a perfect view to sea side on balcony. On Trip was old panoramic picture to construction of Siro, which is over long time ago, so don’t bother. Only good recommendations for those who prefer to choose street view room - please pay attention there balcony to road. So we lucky to book room on 3 rd floor with sea side view which is amazing!!! Wish prosperity to D&D. Always remember a magnificent mountains of Montenegro.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order. You can order whatever you want, and they will cook it for you if the kitchen has all the products. The staff is excellent, they will help with everything. They checked you in for free 6 hours before check-in time;)

Great place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony.

The room was clean and the air conditioner was a lifesaver during an untimely heatwave. There is a port for the guests, which is a calmer option compared to the beaches. The hotels restaurant has signature Russian dishes, all of them were delicious. Only downside is the shared bathroom, and the location is a little too far from the center. Renting a vehicle is a must.

I booked this hotel because the cover photo of it facing the sea was very attractive, but it's actually an apartment in an unfinished upscale community. Even with the balcony window open, the construction was still underway. It's relatively hard to find. The room facilities are new and clean, but the location is quite far from the city center and old town of Kotor. There's only one restaurant in the community. Upon arrival, I didn't know I had to turn on the hot water myself. I had to ask the front desk to find out, and ended up waiting for over two hours for lukewarm water – it was already past midnight. If it weren't for the attractive cover photo, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. I booked two nights and wanted to cancel one, but they wouldn't agree. If you're driving and don't care about the environment, you could consider staying here.

Fantastic location right on the front. Very helpful front desk and nice breakfast. The issue is the hotel is very old and the rooms really worn out with tired furniture and fittings. Shame. It’s desperately in need of a refurbishment.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location - a very short walk from the marina area. Easy for the airport.

The hotel is a bit far from the waterfront and most popular spots. Many of the staff are Russian. Thanks to the manager, Anastasia, we checked in at 11 PM; she was helpful and gave us some advice.
