LLost & LepakYes. The location is good, the room is clean and the service was good. The mattress was shaky and the toilet was smelly. I changed my room for third time and the customer service was good. Not having any pleasant stay due to the mattress but nothing to complaint since they assisted me with third time of room arrangement. My room facing to road and can heard the speeding sound during mid night. Overall it’s fine if you just prefer short vacation. Not waiting too long for the lift and this is something good.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views overlooking the golf course. The cool Cameron Highlands weather makes the stay even more relaxing. Guests frequently praise the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location near popular attractions and Brinchang night market.

Although the beach was not sandy as it was filled with dead corals, snorkeling around the area was quite beautiful. The transport to the resort is also very convenient as they provide rides from the main village.

GGuest UserAfter 20 years away from Cameron Highlands, I recently stopped by Copthorne just to charge my EV. Last night, I had the opportunity to stay overnight in Cameron Highlands and chose this hotel because of its convenient location. I received a free room upgrade from a superior room to a deluxe room. Thanks, Naziera, you made this the best moment for me after not setting foot in Cameron for 20 years. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. The location is super strategic, close to Kea Farm and Laman Kak Engku. It was excellent! I will definitely repeat my stay here in the future. I slept soundly.

Aaina isaReally great! Booked a pool terrace room, so convenient for the kids to go swimming. Just a slight sandy feel on the floor when we first checked in. Will definitely repeat for a 3-day, 2-night stay. The service was friendly and helpful too.

AAnonymous UserHad a wonderful stay at Genting! We were on Level 45, and the view was absolutely stunning. We could even see the Kuala Lumpur skyline from our room, especially at night. The room was comfortable, clean, and the scenery made the stay even more enjoyable. Waking up to such a beautiful view was definitely the highlight. Would love to come back again!

GGuest UserThis is our first stay in ion delemen for 4D3N. The unit is very spacious and clean however we faced some difficulties as below. 1. Broken bedframe: One of the room bed is broken and we have reported to the reception immediately however no action was taken nor any updates was received. There are difficulties every time when we sleep on it as it is unstable. 2. Wifi connection: Throughout our stay, we unable to connect to hotel WiFi and no action was taken to rectify it. 3. Noisy door: There's a very annoying sound every time when we open or close the room door.

AAmri86The hotel have a modern design and comfortable room. Breakfast was okay. Overall i would rate my stay at 7/10. The toilet especially the shower area was too small in my opinion. There is no amenities in the fridge and no offering help to carry my luggage.
