We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a beautiful design, and both the morning views and the night scenery were amazing. It’s a great place for a family trip or a gathering with friends. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness and smell of the bathroom. Since the hotel is located in the highlands, the humidity is quite high, and there was some moss-like buildup on the floor as well as a slightly musty smell. It would be great if some dehumidifying products could be placed in the bathroom to help with this. One thing we really loved was the washing machine. Having a washer and dryer in one was extremely convenient, especially for a longer stay! Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the atmosphere and design of the hotel.

New hotel in a great location near the golf course. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. The room also comes with a coffee machine and washing area, which is very convenient. Highly recommended for its modern design and cozy private waiting areas.

1. The lights near the gate are dim, some aren't working. Poor lighting. It's easy to miss the turn. 2. Parking is okay, there's even parking for EV cars. 3. The lobby is okay too, and the staff at the counter were also just okay. 4. Dining area. Hmm, maybe you can do better. 5. The pool is suitable for kids. 6. Private beach ✅✅✅ clean. Not sure if it's safe to swim though. 7. Cleanliness. - The toilet had a slight smell, not very clean 2.8/5 - Sheets and pillows, not clean. - Towels had dirty spots. - The AC was dripping water, yes! It reached the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep because I could feel the droplets on my face. 8. My husband got bed bugs, his legs and body were covered in bites. 9. Buffet breakfast changed to 'sahur' (the taste wasn't bad, it was okay). - White rice. Chicken with curry, I think? The chicken pieces were small. 2 prawns. Sliced watermelon & Sunquick/fresh orange juice? (At least offer ice cream as a dessert replacement). I don't have pictures for any of this because I was tired from the journey from Seremban, and then I got a room like that (Room number 1079). Disappointed. I only loved the beach. 😇

Excellent, we'll definitely be back! My friends and I had a great time, and the food wasn't expensive. The only thing is the paint smell in the room was a bit strong, which I hope they can improve. Also, there aren't many entertainment facilities. Keep up the good work!

Good location, walking distance to Pasar Pagi 👍🏻 we stay a night then next day went to Cameron Valley tea farm just few minutes drive to reach. Will come back to this hotel again when need a stay in Cameron ❤️

My kids enjoy swimming, big pool and kids friendly (especially mini waterpark). We’ve been booked Garden Villa without breakfast, room space just nice for kids below 12yo. Room have mini ice bar, tv, kettle, hanger, wardrobe, iron, iron board & sejadah. Restaurant and shops just nearby the resort. Highly recommended for family vacation.

Antara Residents is absolutely amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The residence is beautiful, modern, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The facilities are excellent, and everything feels thoughtfully designed to make guests feel relaxed and at home. The location is also very convenient, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and enjoyable. What impressed us most was the excellent service and attention to detail. A truly fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️🏡✨

Boh tea is available. Tourist tax can be paid by credit card. There are three towers, and the restaurants are excellent. There's also a hot spring (swimsuit required). Hard Rock Cafe is in the adjacent tower. The convenience stores are also well-stocked. It's best to book the shuttle bus in advance. Grab (ride-hailing service) is also available.

Front desk service is very helpful, they explained everything before you enter your room, room is tidy and clean. But 1 things i found unpleasant about this stay because the water bottle is dirty and smelly, stink smell right after i drank half bottle. I bet they didn’t wash it properly before insert new water. Really hate the fact i found out after drank half of it 😭

This is my third time staying here. When I come to Genting, I only stay at this hotel. The air is good, it's cool, and the hotel is grand. Breakfast is decent; I always load up on the salad bar. The only downside is that the activities are a bit pricey. I saw they're fixing the elevators, so I guess next time I come, I'll be able to go straight to the outlets via elevator! In the evening, sitting by the pool with a fresh juice is just delightful.
