Really enjoyed the place with my family. Fully recommended. Nice swimming pool for my kid. A very nice view especially at dawn where you may see all the fishing boats return back to the jetty from the middle of ocean. Regarding foods, besides good foods available at the hotel, believe me, there are also a lot of fantastic options of Malay restaurants nearby (walking distance) such as Ana Ikan Bakar Petai for lunch and dinner and can enjoy your lovely bfast at Gerai Achik Patta. For Muslims, there is also a mosque not really far from the hotel just 450m away. But the beach is not like other sandy beaches, here is muddy beach instead. That’s why that place is named as ‘Tanjung Lumpur’😁.

My overall experience staying at this hotel was pleasant, with friendly staff and a convenient location. However, the hotel management should pay more attention to room maintenance. Upon check-in, the glass bathroom door hinge was loose and almost detached, and the shower fixture was also damaged and loose. Nevertheless, we were able to switch rooms promptly, and the process was smooth. I hope these issues will be addressed soon to ensure a comfortable stay for future guests.

We booked Scape Hotel via Trip.com for 2 rooms 2 nights and each room costing Rm130/room/night with no breakfast. We checked into Room 812 and 814 from 16 to 18 July 2025. We like both rooms with firm and comfy beds; shower hot water and with strong pump pressure massage massage my neck and back. On top of that there was one unit of water machine SK magic UV sterilized along 8 floor corridor. So we need not drink bottle water. A leather chair in our room 814 of which my daughter told me very nice and comfortable to sit on. Breakfast of Rm38/person inclusive of Asian western and local food. Worth the price.

This is the place for relaxing, reading a book at Starbucks, walking around to enjoy the fresh air and well groomed landscape, taking photo with the colourful buildings and the lovely lake with ducks and swans swimming gracefully.  Simple breakfast included. Downside - u can finish exploring the whole place within few hours, so must plan ur own program, example, driving down to bukit Tinggi village 1/2 hr away, for local food and coffee, and buy local fruits and vegetables.  The room was clean but could be better, the balcony was not sufficiently cleaned and dried. The receptionist who checked us in and out was friendly and helpful 👍

A truly satisfying stay at Ancasa. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable - perfect for both family vacations and business trip. The staff were friendly and profesional, makin us feep very welcome. The hotel is also well-located, close tonthe town center and nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

Spacious room and comfortable stay for my family. The breakfast is good with multiple choices. One special thing is there is a Coway water station at every hotel floor for water refill. There are different games like pool and console game at hotel lobby as well. Free indoor car park is provided.

I I always enjoy my stays here, especially the breakfast — it’s consistently great! The rooms are spacious and perfect for families. The café and surrounding areas, including the golf course, are pleasant and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the views are absolutely wonderful.

Stayed in the duplex room for a family vacation (20–21 June) and it was spacious and comfortable, with a king bed, sofa bed, two bathrooms, and two wardrobes across both levels. Check-in was smooth, and the smart TV in the living room was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining the facilities. While the breakfast could use more variety, the overall value is great. Note that there’s only an iron room, not individual irons in each room. The room’s decor gives a nostalgic vibe, and the location is great—just across from a public park and close to a popular steamboat restaurant. This was my second stay here, and I’d consider coming back again.

Overall stay it was brilliant! Here are some important tips I’d like to share : 1. The check-in for this Windmill Homestay it is managed at Swiss Garden Hotel. We went to the Windmill Hotel counter just to be asked to reroute to Swiss Garden Hotel. Check-in was seamless and very quick. 2. We were given Block A, so parking is next to Bila-Bila Mart. It is FREE but you have to call the hotel lobby everytime you exit. 3. The room comes with 1 tube of shampoo and 1 tube of body shower. Either you ask for extra tubes in advance or bring your own. 4. The 2 bedroom apartment provides basic kitchenette facilities which was very convenient. Microwave and a stove and even a laundry machine. The only downside of the place was, it was next to a construction area so you’ll be woken up by the sound of the construction works.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. 🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. 🏊 The outdoor pool was a big hit with the kids, offering a fun and safe place to play.
