First and foremost, it was clean. The staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, were kind and pleasant. The food was tasty and sophisticated, even at breakfast.
All of the staff were very friendly, and I really enjoyed the complimentary oranges—they were delicious.
The TV was large and it was a Samsung TV, so the picture quality was excellent.
The hair dryer was high quality, so there was no need to bring my own.
The gym was very spacious and well equipped with a wide variety of exercise machines, making it great to use.
The swimming pool was nice as well, but since there were quite a lot of people, it didn’t feel very relaxing or private.
The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet, so I slept well.
The hotel’s location was also very convenient, and I would definitely stay here again.
I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here. This is my fourth trip to Poland, and being able to keep the same room is a huge plus. The downstairs meeting room is perfect for all sorts of meetings, the gym is pretty good, and the laundry is free.
Take the train from Airport and arrive at Warszawa Śródmieście railway station, walk up the stairs and you see Polonia Palace hotel! We are so happy and in luck! We arrived at 9 am and the room is ready for us! This is record breaking check in time!
Room is perfect with a window view of Palace of culture and Science. Room is clean and very spacious! Breakfast is very good! Service is excellent! Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Conveniently located at the city center inside Varso Place (Tower) with easy access to Warsawa Centralna Train Center & public transport i.e tram, buses and metro. There is a huge shopping center within 5 mins distance from the hotel. Old Town is 15mins away by bus from the hotel.
Hotel room 1419 is spacious and I especially like the design of the bathroom. Everything is nicely and appropriately provided in the room, also loving the toiletries they have provided (scent of Rosemary & Ginger) with detachable hair dryer! ✨
Front desk staffs are welcoming & you may opt to pay additional 150zloty for early check-in (which I didn't as I used them to explore the old town 😬). The rooftop bar however is closed when I was there, so another option is pay for Warsaw Highline to see 360 deg Warsaw city.
The hotel is nicely renovated on the inside, the room has it’s unique style too.
If you are looking for an accomodation close to the old town, it is the right place to book.
Only 2 negatives I can mention:
- The breakfast room can be crowded, because it is not that big
- The hotel entrance is not barrier free, you need to take 5-6 stairs to enter the lobby, and that is not convenient especially if you carry heavy luggage, travel with a babycar or wheelchair :(
Pros: The hotel maintains an impressive level of cleanliness throughout its premises, making it a comfortable place to stay. Additionally, the restaurant offers delicious food with a good variety of options, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Free parking if you are lucky.
Cons: Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel are quite rude, which detracts significantly from the overall experience. The location is also somewhat inconvenient, as it is situated on the outskirts of the city.
However, it is a practical choice for those needing close proximity to the airport.
The hotel feels a bit dated, especially the carpet on the floor in the rooms, but it is visible that refurbishment is ongoing and some parts of the hotel has been renovated already
Super good 🖖, affordable and good quality, small city environment is good, right in the city center, eating, drinking and shopping are very convenient, I like it very much, and I will stay here in the future.
This hotel is conveniently located near the center of Warsaw and close to the main train station, about a 900-meter walk upon arrival. It's situated right at a crossroads, and directly opposite is the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, a landmark from the Soviet era. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and another downstairs; the ground floor dining area offers a better ambiance. Breakfast wasn't particularly extensive. The rooms are of standard size.

Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to Warsaw Central Station, which offers direct train connections throughout Poland and Europe, as well as direct trains to Warsaw Chopin Airport. Right across from the hotel is a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping super easy. Plus, the Palace of Culture and Science is just a block away. The room itself was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, a great experience.
AAkrasoThe location is really good, close to the metro, bus stop, mall, parks and a lot of restaurants and stores. You can walk to the city center easily. For the football lovers, it is also close to the stadium. The rooftop is nice, drinks have good price. The pool, infortunately, is not heated so we could not use during our stay. Only the bed was not what we expected as we booked for a king bed and got two twin beds. Other than that, no complaints. Worth the money!
DDenisLocation is good. It’s nearby airport and city center. One thing that sometimes you can’t find a person who is on reception . if you really need a help you go downstairs and nobody on the reception

Ssarmed98We stayed at the Royal Tulip on January 1-2. To be fair, there are several positives about this hotel. The property itself is quite nice, the amenities are good, and we really enjoyed the wide assortment of food available.
Unfortunately, a major plumbing issue and poor customer service entirely ruined our experience. Throughout the night, the pipes in our room made a loud, persistent noise , it was loud enough to wake us up repeatedly. The only temporary fix was for me to get out of bed and flush the toilet several times, which seemed to adjust the pipes for a short while before the noise started all over again.
We might have been more understanding if the staff had handled it well, but the front desk's reaction was incredibly disappointing. When we reported the issue, the staff member basically brushed us off with a dismissive ”yeah we'll check it out.” There was no apology or empathy, and it honestly felt like they either didn't care at all or already knew about the problem and just didn't want to deal with it.
A beautiful hotel and good food mean very little if you can't get a good night's sleep and the staff is indifferent to your experience. We left feeling frustrated and unfortunately won't be returning, on the same trip we stayed at Novotel also, and did not have these issues at all..
GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel 3 years ago, and nothing has changed. The team is excellent, with impeccable service and attention to detail. The breakfasts are great, and the hotel restaurant offers delicious cuisine. And of course, the location is superb—everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

EElisey ManI had a great stay at Airport Hotel Okęcie. The location is absolutely perfect—very close to the airport, which made everything extremely convenient, especially with an early flight the next morning. The hotel is just about 1 km from Warsaw Chopin Airport, so it’s an ideal choice for travellers. Everything was very smooth and well-organised. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport, and my transfer at 8 AM was perfectly on time and stress-free. This really made a difference, as I didn’t have to worry about transport at all - just wake up and go. The shuttle runs regularly and is a big advantage for early departures (but you need to reserve it at the reception first). The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet enough to get proper rest before the flight. Overall, the whole experience felt very easy and efficient. I would definitely say this is one of the best options if you have an early flight or just want to relax and recharge before travelling. Highly recommended!
JJay Kay (Kinatsu)My first time travelling to Poland. I came to Warsaw for ElSol Fall Latin Dance Festival. Hotel location is good, only 10-15 minutes drive from Chopina Warszawa Airport. Helpful, friendly and professional staff that are fluent in English. I was happy with the room and its cleanliness. Location may be 15-20 minutes drive to city and its main tourist attraction sites, but with Bolt App you can easily get a taxi to anywhere. Buffet breakfast was ok, but very convenient to start your day. They have restaurant and gym. My highlight is some of the dishes I tried at the restaurant, it was scrumptious. Overall I was content with my stay and happy to stay here again in the future.
JJoanna:-)The hotel is conveniently located 1.2 kilometers from the train station. It's a decent, appropriately sized hotel with a rich breakfast. The staff were very friendly and their recommendation for a local restaurant was excellent.
