Despite only staying for a day, I was very satisfied. The room was clean and the food was delicious. My only minor suggestion would be for the restaurant to offer butter for the bread instead of margarine. Also, the room's fragrance was a bit too strong, almost overwhelming! (haha). Other than these points, everything was great.
The family room type facilities are great, and the location is comfortable and safe. For the superior room type, the wall clock was dead, and the bathroom drain was a bit slow, causing water to pool. Overall, it's pretty good, excellent.
Great and attentive service by the staff all round from the Reception, to the Dining and Housekeeping.
And the location of the hotel is a plus point - so central to everything.
Stayed here for only one night. The room are nice, clean and spacious. The breakfast selections were good considering the price. There is a hypermarket right next to the hotel, Citra which is very convenient.

Great
RRannieSI was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room
BBell_Padi Eco Lodge - A Mixed Experience
The lodge has friendly staff and clean rooms, which made our stay comfortable. However, walking to the property from the parking area is quite far, and the path is dark at night. Adding street lights would improve safety and convenience.
The café opens at 8 am, which is late for guests with early schedules. An earlier opening time, like 7 am, would be more practical. The bathroom amenities were minimal—only body wash was provided, with no shampoo available.
Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in convenience and amenities.

AAin NordinThe hotel is near to Jam Gadang. About 5 minutes of walking,
Breakfast is OK. Service is great.
The rooms are clean but a bit dated.
A bit of climbing the stairs to get to the reception area.
NNIKOLAIIt’s just interesting to stay in the old Dutch building, which is a historical building in the centre of the town. If you’re interested in the topic of UNESCO, that’s a must place to visit around Padang area. The hotel itself is just fine. It has nice cafeteria outside where they serve breakfast and you can eat at other times. The biggest issue that I had was sounds coming from outside, the road, and then early morning siren calling for pray. But that’s part of the experience and I was during Ramadan.
IImatahVery friendly service, strategic location, spacious parking, clean room, quite big, there is a balcony, just staying this time, no toothbrush and toothpaste, if you can come in front, there is always a toothbrush and toothpaste
XxxlimPadang is a coastal city at the West Coast of Sumatera.
The Hotel is clean n consider almost the 1 of the tallest building in Padang. With a Great View from the Roof Top of the Hotel that can see the Whole Padang.
There is a small Pool for u to work out and dipping.
Other then that there isn't any gym.
Breakfast is normal not memorable.
The twin bed is small but comfy.
The Bathroom is like a capsule Abit small for me.
Hotel Staffs are friendly.
