The room was clean and spacious. Its location is convenient, very close to Horseshoe Bend.
However, the soundproofing is really poor. On the night I stayed, I'm not sure where, but a party was going on, and I could clearly hear people singing and loud noises. It went on until past 1 AM, which severely affected my rest.
There's a free breakfast, but the variety isn't much: bread, waffles, eggs (but they were cold š ), standard milk and coffee, yogurt, etc. I recommend toasting the waffles before eating them; they taste much better that way.
The main issue is the bad soundproofing; everything else was pretty good.
Very nice stay here! I planned for Grand Canyon the next day but the storm warning was on. I asked the staff for advise and they helped a lot. Lester told us to leave around 10am as the condition of snowing should be better, and it was right. We succeed to visit Grand Canyon and have a nice trip. Overall equipment is good, nice neighborhood, nice breakfast. If you want to visit Williams, thatās the choice.
Our transit hotel was great; our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night. Check-in was very smooth after calling the hotel. Breakfast was included, and there was hot water available on the first floor. The room included a simple breakfast, and the parking lot was very large with plenty of spaces. A perfect transit hotel near the Grand Canyon!
Just not up to Hampton Inn standard
The one working elevator, the crunchy towels that felt like bath mats, the 7 unattended small kids left in the hall, the non existence water pressure.
Waking up to a small kid screaming at 630 am and then running up and down the halls until we left at 9am was enough to decided I'd rather stay at a motel 6 than at another Hampton at least I'll only be paying under $50 for the night to deal with all that mess rather than $150 plus a night plus parking
I loved this more stay more than i anticipated. The bed is soooo comfortable I didnāt wanna leave , it is sooooo clean I was surprised as i assumed it would be more like a bed and breakfast kind of quick in and out kinda stay, furniture well kept, and clean. I donāt think as a lady travelling alone though Iād be okay staying more than 2 nights just my take for security reasons, however but it was a great stay and close to the airport. There is also free airport shuttle pick up and drop off so that was really good.

Good place to stay the night and good location as it is only 1 hour away from Grand Canyon South Rim! The Inn has a good amenities with indoor pool and gym. Check-in and check-out were seamless and staffs are attentive. The room was clean and well-maintained. however, the bedsheet and duvet is questionable as I noticed that they are slightly dirty. Breakfast spreads were adequate with good variation. Overall, a good experience to stay the night before or after visiting Grand Canyon!

AAiqijunThe environment is generally the same, the facilities are relatively simple, it is still possible to live temporarily. The staff inside is also fine. However, the traffic is very convenient, just beside the highway. Self-driving is a good choice.
GGuest UserThe staff at this particular location over the last five years has been the nicest most giving generous employees I've ever encountered among hospitality staff... when I've had problems they've gone above and beyond to help me three different individuals in three different problems three different times you know I've seen a couple of staff come and go and the new staff is just as nice as the old staff so I'm thinking that it has to break down to the owner. it's an older building so it's not the Brits but it's very clean very convenient and they offer as much or more than places that are twice as much
GGuest UserMy tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6ā away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didnāt!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I donāt know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund
CCHUNHENGThe waiter at the front desk is very warm and friendly. I am very humorous when communicating with you. I am also very professional and asked if we are satisfied with the room and breakfast. I can tell him if there is any opinion. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will consider staying at Chandler next time.
TTravolicThe room is old, but itās okay to just sleep for one night, and itās cheap.
The bathroom smells very musty, very like the smell of things that have not been dried after washing, very stinky!
There are very few types of breakfast.
No cold water is provided, only hot water is provided.
GGuest UserIt was a little confuse to access the room, but the staff kindly guided me.
Overall, the location was good, the price was reasonable, and the facilities were sufficient.
I will definitely consider it as an option next time I'm in Phoenix.
GGuest UserFor the cost, it wasnāt bad. Ā Decent bed, good TV, working climate controls, enough electrical outlets to charge my devices. Ā
The service level is low, but itās a motor inn, not the Hilton. Ā That said, it was within expectations. Ā The location is close to the airport. Ā Thatās great because itās so convenient, but you get the noise from takeoffs and landings. Ā Shuttles donāt run on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so you gotta taxi, Uber or Lyft yourself.Ā
Sure, Iād stay there again. Ā From my point of view, all I want to do is sleep and wash up. Ā With that in mind, it fits the bill.
GGuest UserThe unit itself was clean but beyond tiny. There was no place to put a suitcase not even a soap holder in the shower to hold the soap toilet paper was one ply cardboard parking was ridiculous. Smallest spaces Iāve ever seen.
The amenity stated coffee pot. there was no coffee pot. It was some little ridiculous one cup of coffee shot thing that had no description no instructions. The coffee pods werenāt even labeled to tell us what it was.
There was a Spa listed however no button to control it. No directions to use it. I reached out to the owner of the property for help during our stay and I received no response. I did however, received an automated email at 1 oāclock in the morning regarding our checkout instructions 24 hours prior to the date we were supposed to check out we left the property 24 hours early because of our dissatisfaction and no response from the owner.
Will not be returning to this unit for sure the other units 2, 3 and 4 ļæ¼ had access to little outdoor tables . our unit had access to the main seating area outside not a place you want to sit first thing in the morning when it was cold and rainy.
