Actuallyi visited this place many times. It's clean, comfortable, and the crew is very open and helpful. The facilities needs some attention (lamps in some rooms are unscrewed etc.), shower is very tiny and needs mop with your own hands, but this is one of my favorite places to stay in Rhodes anyway!

The front desk was friendly and attentive, with clear tour information. The prices were reasonable, the rooms were clean and tidy, and although there were cockroaches in the kitchen, they changed the sofa sheets daily. There's also a swimming pool outside. This hotel is truly excellent value for money. I hope everyone will give it a try. It's just a few minutes' walk from the bus station, and you can watch the sunset from the hotel balcony.

Hotel was conveniently located near town center. However, there was no nearby parking available, and we had to walk a distance from the nearest public carpark with more available parking lots. The room was spacious for a triple room, but would have been better to have the sink located within the toilet itself instead of it being separated from the toilet (which had the shower and toilet bowl).

Our experience at Alenor City Hotel was exceptional, largely thanks to Diana's incredible warmth and thoughtfulness. From the very beginning, she handled all my messages with genuine kindness. She took it upon herself to organize the room for our anniversary and my birthday with beautiful, heartwarming details that made us feel truly special. It is rare to find such personalized and attentive service; it truly made all the difference in our trip. The images do not do justice to the beauty and cleanliness of the facilities. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back every time we stay in Naxos!

It is a self-service hotel, but it is very convenient. It is more perfect to put a mark on the parking lot at the reception. The comfort and breakfast of the hotel are very good, and the stay is very good. A few tens of meters from the sea, the holiday is the ideal hotel

The location of the hotel in the centre was excellent – ideal to explore the city walking. The contact was very uncomplicated, as well as the check-in. Most positive: The double bed was very comfortable thanks to the toppers. For a city trip a super hotel – absolutely recommendable!

I stayed for one night, but the location is great, right in front of the bus terminal. The facilities and services are perfect for a hostel, including a kitchen, refrigerator, iron, common room, terrace, bath towels, hair dryer, carbonated coffee as a welcome drink, large lockers with locks, and paper towels. The toilets and shower rooms are separate. Separate for men and women.
It was very comfortable and I wanted to stay for a few nights. The owner was also very friendly, and even though I arrived early, she happily let me check in.
There is a supermarket about a 1-minute walk away.
It's Oia, so it can't be helped, but the only drawback was that the price was a little high. I have light luggage so it's not a problem, but I have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the entrance.

This is a nice apartment hotel in the heart of Rhodes. Very good location, close to everything! Supermarket and local restaurants are within 3-5 minutes walk.
What makes this place really nice is the home-like ambience. The owners are really nice people and will try theor best to accommodate requests and to make you very comfortable. I will stat in this place again!!!

Great
Lovely hotel that is very central in Fira. We stayed on the hotel side of Antonia and loved the decor of the room. We appreciated that they had shutters outside to help keep the noise and light of the room. The room was nicely appointed with many lights and we enjoyed the decor. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we appreciated that there was a coffee/tea station and a mini fridge in the room. The room was large enough for the two of us and there was a nice small balcony outside with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed only had one sheet on it but there was a comforter and the temperature was easy to control. There was slippers available in the room which were good for the cold washroom floor. The hotel rooms have smart TVs that are easy to connect to for Disney+ or Netflix but you have to install an application if you'd like to screencast. The hotel has some nice common areas to hang out including two pool areas and a space by reception. The pools were closed when we came in March but it was also a little cool so we did not mind. They should be cleaned and ready to go by the summer. We really enjoyed the space by reception where there are lots of seats and benches to sit and hang out with other guests, or in our case the rest of our family. Anytime you are in the common area the staff will offer to make you a coffee or tea which was very nice of them. The staff are sincere and welcoming. Once we checked in they asked if we had some time or if we would want to go directly to our rooms. We said we would have time and they brought out a map of Santorini and marked down the places we could check out during our stay. The hotel also offers a good tour of the island for 40 Euros per person which includes 7 stops including Oia, red sand beach, a black sand beach and the monestary. We had 5 people in our group and did our own tour using a car rental company nearby but would consider the hotel's tour if we were just a couple. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive even before we came - they assisted us with a booking error I had made and we resolved it quickly over the phone and a short email. Transport to/from the hotel from the airport is easy because there is a bus station nearby and it costs 2 euros per person and the bus station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The bus wasn't running too frequently during our stay on Santorini and if that is the case during your stay you can book the hotel's shuttle service - they have a large comfy van and charge 7 Euros per person. The alternative is a taxi and you are at the will of the driver for the ~10 minute drive and could be charged 40-50 from what we hear. The hotel does not offer breakfast or room service but there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel recommended a few that were within a five minute walk of the hotel and the one we tried was lovely. There is a grocery store about 100 m from the hotel that has pretty much everything and there's a bakery near the Fira Main Square. Souvenirs can also be bought at the Fira Main Square and they probably have the best prices we saw in Santorini for souvenirs! Overall, it was a great stay and because we stayed in March we got an awesome price. The room we had was nice, quiet and comfy during our stay.

Excellent location, opposite oia bus stop/ taxi stand, 300m walk to Santorini icon blue white church. Good kitchen facilities, actual per picture. Bring your own towel, self check in instructions will be given, communication with the host is through WhatsApp. No direct bus to airport, transit to fira is required at EUR 2 per route, earliest bus to Fira is 7.30 am. Highly recommended.

Really cute place close by to the bus stop to Fira . Also a nearby supermarket and convenient store ans a couple restaurants. Good staff , willing. To help out with luggage and scheduling taxis . Lovely view of the water and sunrise :)

Service is good, the lady owner tries her best to help us. However issue is there is no 24/7 reception so that is an issue because we sometimes cannot locate the owner. But she is friendly. Room is clean and view is great and location is good, near to the port. However be careful of the taxi scams.. good to have the owner call one for you. Safe location as well (2 women travellers)

Hotel manager George is incredibly warm, reassuring, and responsible. He contacted me right away after the booking was confirmed, and whenever I had questions, he replied quickly on WhatsApp. The room was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

Very Good
Very good value for the price. Smaller hotel close to the historic city and huge free parking just by entrance to the hotel makes it good choice for tourists with a car, who wants to explore the island during day and wisit rodos city at evenings. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Air conditionig and wifi was also ok. It is not a 5 Star hotel, but we had not a single problem during our 11 day stay.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was 3 min from the beach and from many many more restaurants and supermarkets! The restaurant of the hotel was 24/7 and had amazing ice creams and crepes!
