The check-in process was very fast, taking only a few minutes, and the receptionist was very friendly. I had complained that the air conditioner in my room wasn’t cold, and the technician quickly came to check and fix it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, but the bedsheet had some stains, which made it look less clean.

Hotel is clean as it's new, but found small cockroach crawling. Room not sound proof, can hear people pulling their luggage in and out often as its near airport, do not take any room at lvl 2 as it's near the restaurant and the staff is very noisy with music and talking.

Location was good accessible to many area. Check in was fast and staff was great. Room size is good with nice view of Tangerang City on the 9th floor. Except for the toilet ventilation not working at certain times everything else about the room was good. Buffet breakfast lack of manpower, just one guy manning during the breakfast hours. Some food was not replenish on time and some spread for the bread and toast not covered with flies around. Check out was quick. The security staff was pleasant and friendly throughout my encounter.
