Very cheap accomodation . Decent room. Greaat deal

The staff were friendly and helpful. I requested airport pick-up and drop-off service, which was provided as a complimentary service. The room was generally clean, although the bathroom sink was clogged, and I had to remove the lid to let the water drain. The food was generally great with a good variety of options. However, the fried rice and sautéed vegetables were a bit too dry.

No bottled water in the room, but there's a water dispenser in the hallway if you bring your own cup. Breakfast was decent. The biggest convenience is its proximity to the airport, with terminals reachable within a 15-minute drive. You have to walk a bit to find small shops outside the hotel, so ordering takeout is probably your best bet 🤣

I had complained that the air conditioner in my room wasn’t cold, and the technician quickly came to check and fix it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, but the bedsheet had some stains, which made it look less clean.

A convenient option near the airport, especially for couples in transit. The rooms are clean, the check-in is smooth, and the environment is quiet enough for a restful night. Couples who stayed had no complaints and seemed satisfied with the overall comfort and service. It's not fancy, but it does the job well for a short stay near Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

I recently stayed at the Ibis hotel, and while I appreciate that it’s an older property—age isn’t an issue if maintenance is up to par—the cleanliness fell short of expectations. As evident from the attached photos, areas like the bathroom and bedding showed noticeable dust, stains, and general neglect, which made the experience uncomfortable.

While the location is not right in the city center, it’s still conveniently close, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort and convenience!
