4-Star Hotels in Silesian, Poland

I had a great three-day stay at the Novotel. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied. I really enjoyed being able to work out at the gym and then relax in the pool and jacuzzi in the evenings. The hotel's excellent location, close to the city center, is also a big plus. My mom and I are very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

Good location a little outside the city center, but right next to the airport bus stop. The hotel's design and technology are not really up to date, but are well maintained. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Cold and warm dishes. Even cake and fresh waffles. Sauna and gym can be used free of charge day and night. The room is a little too dark, but has colorful accents. Wide double bed, separate duvets. TV is small and a little old. Kettle, tea/water and even a DVD player in the room. Overall, highly recommended...!!!

Absolutely the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in. I was just visiting family and staying one night which was so sad as it was such a delightful apartment. The entrance, lounge, hallway and apartment itself are impeccably decorated and kept clean. I can't believe how nice it was for the price. The facilities were great with a washing machine in the bathroom which was very handy during our trip. It was just all very well put together. The location is great, out of the window you can see the square where you can hear live music and pop out for food and drink. My only qualm is the location of the car park was a little confusing and also quite far from the actual apartment so large luggage is a bit of a nightmare to haul all the way. None the less, very worth it and will definitely be staying here again if I'm in the area.

Very good new hotel near Katowice main station. It is walkable within 10 minutes and also near to Slask Museum and Slask University. Zabka and Biedronka are nearby and the Madara Ramen in front of the hotel is really excellent. Breakfast is gorgeous with wide variety of items, although everyone had problem with waffle making machine and I personally preferred if they had hot chocolate drink as only coffee and teas were available for hot drink. Sound proof should be improved because I heard huge noise of closing doors from other rooms even at night, I guess the shock dumper of the door is weak.

This is the fourth time I have lived here and I live here every time I travel. Good location, very close to the train station. There is a ramen restaurant next to it. The need for room promotion was raised and the reception was readily agreed. Breakfast is very rich

The hotel is literally two steps from the train station, making it a great base for exploring the city. It was incredibly quiet – I couldn't hear a sound from outside the room, even though my window faced the railway tracks. The water dispenser on each floor is a brilliant idea – it was a lifesaver in the heat. As for negatives, and these are really nitpicks: the mattress was too soft for me and the duvet was too thick.

The scenery was rural and Polish. The breakfast was rather ordinary, and there was no elevator.

When we arrived, I immediately went down to the sauna and pool (that's the only reason I booked there) and we discovered that the sauna was not active and it took a while until they activated it and it was possible to use it. Other than that, the hotel is fine. The reception is fast and good, and the check-out is in the morning.

The hotel resembles a more temporary house with a large number of children and business groups.I got upgraded to the room of the higher category for what I thank you very much.Improved the quality of reception service!!! In the restaurant very good prices!!! Comfortable bed and cleanliness.Despite some difficulties associated with a company meeting,pleasant stay and feeling of silence;) The perfect distance to walk to the center of Ustronia.I will definitely visit you again.
