The front desk can speak English, but the housekeepers do not understand English. It takes 15-20 minutes to drive to Portimao. It is recommended to go to the Portimao pier to buy a ticket directly to go to the sea, or drive another half an hour to the more beautiful Lagos beach.

There is a laundry room and a private passage to go to the beach. There are many restaurants next to the hotel. There is also a kitchen.

Very good service. We loved this place, unfortunately the indoor pool was closed. The space was clean, and the lady came every day to clean it. It's located a little far from the city center, about 20 minutes away, but for those who like peace and quiet, it's an excellent place. The entire staff was polite, we hope to return 🥰

Beautiful hotel which was spotless clean. As an all inclusive booking the only access to food post 6pm was evening meal and felt missing access to snacks in the evening. Very relaxed and laid back setting where nothing was a rush. Maybe some.music in and arou d the pool.area during the day and access to more evening entertainment with games or alternative to jusy the band that were playing would have been good. Overall a pleasant stay and loved the room size and walk in shower

The hotel is very close to the Renbone Church. The room is large and clean. Since there is no 24-hour front desk, it is booked through Trip.com and the supplier. It is useless to use whataapp. Finally, I can call the hotel by myself and make an appointment for the storage of luggage in advance. The boss is very enthusiastic and the hotel equipment is very complete. Recommended
