Kapustyanskaya OxanaWe absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms are cozy with great mattresses and comfortable pillows, new plumbing, and everything is spotless. The room has everything you need, and the toiletries are high-quality. The spa complex is fantastic, featuring a pool, hammam, Finnish sauna, and a gym. The restaurant has a terrace with a view of the Old Town, and the food is delicious. Breakfasts are excellent.

Bannit_kaThe hotel could be much better if they improved their service! Overall, it's pleasant with a nice design.
Let's start with the pros:
+ Great location, with a bank nearby for currency exchange, a coffee shop across the street, two decent fast-food places, and a small supermarket next to the hotel selling nuts, dried fruits by weight, and tea (prices are generally like a market). Tourist attractions are only 100 rubles and about 5-7 minutes away by taxi.
+ Good breakfast with a wide selection, almost everything you could want, and tasty.
+ The room was clean. I can't comment on regular cleaning as I requested it at reception for a specific time, and they accommodated me.
+ The indoor/outdoor pool is clean, and there's nobody there in the morning.
Cons:
- After 12 PM, the pool gets crowded. Local guys were smoking right on the sun loungers, and no staff member said anything to them.
- Upon check-in, the administrator gave me a room that didn't match my booking. I booked an upgraded room, but I was given a 'budget economy' room on the first floor with a view of a concrete wall and absolutely no natural light! (Photos attached). The administrator refused to give me another room for free, claiming they had no rooms. However, after I contacted Trip.com support, he miraculously found another room category for me without any extra charge! A woman before me had the same situation, so it seems they try to scam guests by initially giving them a bad room and then charging extra to upgrade to the one they should have had in the first place. It was a bit stressful, but the issue was resolved in the end.
- The shower barely worked; you could only wash under the tap as there was absolutely no water pressure in the showerhead.
- The air conditioning only worked on maximum power; it didn't work at all or would switch off on the lowest setting, which was inconvenient.
Hotel management needs to control staff who are ruining the hotel's reputation by assigning rooms that don't match bookings, thus spoiling the mood of guests who paid to relax! I also recommend partial renovation or replacement of the plumbing. The hotel looks solid from the outside, but there are clear management shortcomings internally. Fix these issues, and it will significantly improve occupancy and the number of positive reviews! It's all in your hands!
I've also included photos of the room I eventually received after the dispute.

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms and great balcony. excellent service! The English at the front desk is very fluent and there is no obstacle to communication! The breakfast type is also good, although it may be because of local habits, most cold dishes. In short, it is the most satisfying hotel on this trip to Central Asia.

Guest UserStop for two nights. The size of the hotel, room and the presence of the balcony played a significant role in choosing. No big claims for accommodation. There is a decent breakfast. The room is large, the balcony was present. However, the room is somewhat unthinkable and not too comfortable, as if under the hotel had been remade the room originally designed for something else. The furniture is modest. To the main sights you will have to walk on the not most scenic streets - no pleasure, especially at night ) Of course, it is always possible to call an inexpensive taxi. In general, the KMK price of $100 per night for this hotel is heavily overstated, Especially according to the measures of Uzbekistan.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and it felt so nice coming back every night to a place that felt like a home. The deco was very modern and had a nice bathroom. But what stood out was the breakfast, we’d wake up in the morning to a knock on our door and a freshly cooked meal. We tried so many of their options and I would recommend the shashuhka and sandwich, but you can’t really go too wrong. The owner is super friendly and the location of the property is right next to many of the main attractions, so much so that we walked over to many of them.

Alexia Suite is an absolute gem in Bukhara. Its location is unbeatable, just steps away from the main pedestrian street and all the major historical sites. The hotel itself is a beautiful fusion of traditional Bukhara architecture and modern luxury. The rooms are stunning, combining authentic design with top-notch amenities like heated floors and rainfall showers. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Alexia Suite is more than just a hotel; it's a key part of the Bukhara experience, offering a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a typical American chain style; its decor and ambiance instantly made me feel like I was back in a North American hotel. The sauna and Turkish bath don't require reservations, but you need to inform the SPA front desk about half an hour before you plan to use them so they can be switched on. I visited during the off-season, so there weren't many guests. Most times I went, no one else was using them, which made the experience quite private.
Breakfast was decent – nothing particularly amazing, but perfectly adequate. The lobby bar, however, was a pleasant surprise; the atmosphere was nice, and the drink prices were quite reasonable. The hotel's location is also good, about a 10-minute walk to the Historic Centre of Bukhara.
The best thing about this hotel is that the higher floors offer panoramic views of the entire old city! This is very friendly for photography enthusiasts. I recommend going to the top floor for photos during sunrise or sunset; the view is excellent, and the windows can be opened, allowing you to extend your lens outside for fantastic panoramic shots of the ancient city.
A few things to note:
The overall room size is a bit small, which might be an issue depending on personal preference.
There's a potential safety concern with the balcony door: even when locked from the inside, it can still be opened from the outside. I called the front desk to inquire, and they told me this is how all the rooms are, and I shouldn't worry. Personally, I still found it a bit unsettling.
Overall, if you're a photography enthusiast and are looking for those high-floor views overlooking the Historic Centre of Bukhara, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

A very beautiful hotel with excellent service, in a walk-in from the old city. We have a family room consisting of two standards connected to the inter-room door, very convenient for 4 people! The room has all the necessary, good repair and comfortable furniture. On the respiratory has helped with all the issues - booking a table in the restaurant, carrying out exchange of currency and so on. The only thing that was a little bit upset - quite modest compared to Hiva and Samarkand breakfast, hot dishes were few, baking in factory packaging, but not bad coffee.

250920 Stayed at Zehra Hotel for two days, I felt very good, very clean, the lobby wall has attracted nearby attractions, the boss automatically helped the guests carry their luggage upstairs, the smile was very kind, the breakfast was neatly arranged, the best food was the bowl of cereal.
