Extremely delighted with the 24-hour front desk concierge service from the moment I arrived at 4 AM until I left on the last day at 10 PM. There were some delivery hiccups that the front desk were very helpful in resolving for me. I like how thoughtful all the staff are from the front desk to the housekeeping and the food service during breakfast times. Not one but all of them were very attentive and detailed (小马,小杨,张瑞? and 王建荣are the names given but there were another 10 of them who were just as exceptional). I quite like the local breakfast variety that comes with fruit and salad selection. Each floor has a complimentary 500ml water bottles fridge (room temperature) that you needn’t have to buy from outside. Housekeeping even offered steam eyemasks for tired eyes! The fact that they also offer airport and train pickup/drop off services definitely are an added plus on top of the tour offerings. You just need to inform and pay the 30 yuan amount for foreign travelers per trip. They have a set time for pickups and drop offs at this rate. Outside of the set time, you can expect to pay more. The location is convenient despite not having a driveway but plenty of bicycles to rent and tourist attractions are at a walking distance. Definitely a 12/10 and will make a return when I visit 西安 next time.

Great location just a stone throw to Bell tower and Muslim street . Subway is at hotel downstairs. Plenty of eateries around . Opposite hotel is shopping street .
Rooms look newly renovated and bed is so comfortable. They provided 2 different pillows for individual likings .
Reception service was superb and was very delighted that they go an extra mile . We booked total 4 rooms and as our flight is early morning we booked an extra day . However we found a day tour to kill time and decided to check out at 1pm . Reception insisted to call trip.com to help us cancel the extra day . Instead of making us wait for confirmation he tell us he will settle. After an hour I received a call from trip.com to confirm my cancellation. We are super impressed with their service !!

I was attracted by the golf in the hotel. Registered members can try it for free, and the equipment is also provided for free. The children like it very much. It is also the first time to play shuffleboard and they have a lot of fun. The overall decoration of the hotel is very good. It is backed by the Wetland Park, making it easy to see the scenery wherever you move, and the environment is elegant. After arriving at the store, we were given a free room upgrade. The small courtyard of the courtyard room was very comfortable, and there was a small breeze at night, which was very pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience at the Western Airport Aviation Hotel in Xi'an. It's super easy to find and you'll get there in no time. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a quick stopover or an overnight stay before a flight. The convenience of its location next to the airport is unbeatable. Free shuttle bus to airport. Highly recommended for anyone needing a place to rest during transit or before a night flight!

The room is equipped with central air conditioning, and the hot air is not dry, which is very comfortable. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide great views and lighting. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, very clean, and the service is great, thumbs up!

The hotel was lovely and the location was great. We might suggest that on your site you mention a different name as it is not really in the bell tower xi’an yonginman … in fact we never saw that name, tho the address is correct. It’s a few blocks from the bell tower circle and there are several more hotels of the belt tower . There is nowhere on the hotel that says Xi’an Belltower, yongiman, elegant hotel. on the door is Mehood elegant hotel (see picture)- but this is a barely noticeable sign and the entry is really tricky. there is an elevator that says lobby elevator 1 … but in fact you need to press 5 and get up to the 5th floor to find the lobby! and the elevator floor signs (1-5) do not indicate this … Our suggestion is to put a much larger sign on the hotel and to better indicate that hotel lobby is on the fifth floor! the pix below is a small sign on a small door with only name we saw. there are many other doors in the area.

The content is the same as before. The boss is warm and hospitable, the room is neat and clean, each step has a view, and there is also a book bar. It can be seen that the store owner is attentive and thoughtful. For self-driving navigation, remember to go to the east gate of Yuanjia Village, do not navigate to the parking lot🤣🤣🤣

We chose this hotel due to its convenient location to the airport train line. Local attractions including the Terracotta warriors and the Xian city gate are easily accessed from the hotel. The room was spacious, quiet and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast offered was excellent.

We stayed four nights at the end of April, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The room was immaculately clean and the shower excellent. Breakfast choices varied every day, mostly Chinese but some toast & pastries. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our only complaints are lack of a proper window which meant using A/C to ventilate the room, and no remote control for the smart toilet.

TTravoAdvoI was pleasantly surprised by my first choice of this hotel in Xi'an. As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, a bellhop came over to help with my luggage. The attention to detail was perfect! The hotel staff were all very friendly and their attitude was top-notch! The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. Both Chinese and foreign guests can enjoy various delicacies here, and many authentic dishes are popular among both domestic and international guests. There is also a gym and free laundry service!
The transportation is extremely convenient! It's less than 500 meters from the ”Yongningmen” station of Line 2. Moreover, the hotel arranged a car to directly take us to the airport, which was so convenient! I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel! Both the hardware facilities and software services are first-class. The room was decorated with great style and all the equipment was in good working order. The hotel staff were all professional and friendly, making my stay here a wonderful experience. I give it a five-star rating without hesitation! It's a great place to stay and a very pleasant experience for me. The hotel atmosphere is very modern. Whether it's the rooms, staff service or the restaurant, it gives me a very fresh feeling. As a person who loves traveling frequently, I think I would give it a very high evaluation. I'm looking forward to my next stay and I will also recommend it to my friends!
Here, I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Tian, also known as ”wan zi”, who has been in constant communication with me since before my arrival to inform me about the pick-up service. Since I don't have a mainland mobile phone number, I could only communicate with her via WeChat. She always responded promptly and helped me solve my problems. When I checked in at the hotel, she would also offer me tea and share the English version of the travel guide, which was a great help for my trip! She would also introduce various scenic spots to me, send me the locations of the spots, and guide me on how to purchase tickets. Thank you very much for all these! She would reserve sweet soup for me every night, which was very delicious! She would also help me order takeout to taste the local specialties in Xi'an!
Finally, I would like to thank 丸子(Tian)紫 for the shadow puppet they sent us. I really like it. Thank you. I will come to Xi'an and stay at this hotel again next time!
SSimeon Sing WanThe facilities were good, staff were generally helpful and nice. Very clean environment; generally has what you need. Very conveniently located. Some of the staff at the front desk are a bit too immature and could act a bit more professional. Apparently, they find it funny for you ask them for water; ask them a few more times and they would giggle and laugh behind your back and make fun of you; they might even horse around with you if Mandarin is not your first language and you don't speak as natively as they do. I made an add on booking for an extra night. If you need them to do anything towards the end of your stay, they might withhold service at the front desk until you give them a perfect rating; they wouldn't check me back in the hotel until I left a good rating/comment for my first booking. They forgot I that I could also rate / comment for my second booking. Basically a bunch of kids. Otherwise, hotel management seems fine. Pretty clean, the staff were generally polite.

The breakfast and supper were very good. The breakfast was rich and the supper was less. However, the location of the hotel was very good. If you are on a business trip, you can stay in this hotel because it is very convenient to take a taxi or take the subway. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is very good. I will stay here again next time I come on a business trip.
GGuest UserWhat an amazing stay!!! The room was very amazing, breakfast was also very good. The front desk personnel is very nice and helpful. They have upgraded our room for free and offered us some fruits in the room. Our room had air conditioning and the mattress was quite comfortable. At check-out we were gifted a goodbye souvenir which was a very sweet gesture!
Altogether we really enjoyed our stay here. The neighbourhood is also very nice and modern with many restaurants around. The only minor downside is that the metro is slightly far by foot, especially if you walk 15-20km per day. For this we highly highly recommend DiDi (taxi app). It’s very affordable (only 16 rmb = 2 euros to the South Gate).

GGuest UserWe checked in at 2am. There were one person at the reception and another bellhop at his 60s. Other than then 60s bellhop was friendly greeting us, the receptionist has no chill or whatsoever to welcome us. We have 6 luggages and our rooms can’t be accessed by just a lift directly. This hotel failed to mention that all these rooms can only be accessed by different flight of stairs and elevator. This particular large room can only be accessed by 3 different flights of stairs at different location. There is this particular stairs we have to climb down to our room, has no lights, we have to use our own phone torch. At first we were told it’s their procedure to switch off the stairs light after 12am. After complaints, they decided to switch it on for the rest of our stays. Throughout we carried our luggages our self to the room as the bellhop is old, we were afraid we gave him too much stress. Room wise, the tv, living room, wardrobe arrangement has no common sense at all. 2 tvs each facing the bed. The living room has no tv, so if you wanna chill and watch tv with your family, go to your bed and watch. There is only one wardrobe at the living room blocked by the sofa. You have to squeeze in to hang your jacket. There is no coffee cups or spoon. I stir my coffee with their tooth brush provided in a Champaign glass. You might ask why a Champaign glass, because the room service just doesn’t wash your normal glasses after you use it. Worth mentioning, the coffee I drank in the morning, the glass is still there unwashed at night. The can of coke I left it there on the first day, was still there on the last day. Probably they think leaving it there for long will taste better. The room service is really bare min. I understand this is a garden balcony kind of hotel, like a chalet, but they should really buck up on their bellhop services and room cleaning services. It’s really tiring to walk and carry our luggages to our own room. Not to mention checking out is the same. The safety of the guest are not really taken care of given that they expect you to use your own torch to navigate down the stairs on the first day. Also, the everyday room service does not clean the bedsheets even if there are clothes tags or clothes linen on the bed. They simply pull the sheets, tuck in, as long as it looks nice, they doesn’t care about what’s on it and underneath the blanket. Just wanna say, The price we paid for this hotel is same as those nearby.
立立超This is a great hotel majestically located beside a subway station and opposite a street food heaven and shopping complex.
This hotel is dated but it exudes greatness and warmth.
All the hotel staff are very friendly, helpful , accomodative and radiates good attitude.
The rooms are well decorated, spacious well equipped and comfortable.
The breakfast was superb, the restaurants serve anthentic Contonese dishes and dim sum, while the fusion grill house serves great pirk chops.

RRafid MarsaThe hotel is very strategically located near Anyuanmen and many restaurants/convenience stores. While it’s a bit far from the nearest Metro station, there is a bus stop just in front of it, so you can also get to the Bell Tower quickly from there.
The facilities are unbelievably complete for what I paid. The room space is big, almost everything can be controlled digitally in the room, from opening the curtains to setting up music via bluetooth. There is also a small washing machine in the bathroom for underwear only, and a laundry room for everything else. The hotel also has a simple gym near the entrance should you need it.
Furthermore, although I didn’t try it, the hotel also provides free renting of Hanfu (there never seems to be anybody manning the station, but I suppose if you make an appointment they can provide it for you)
I also found the staff very friendly and helpful, one lady even gladly helped me with all my laundry overnight from washing to drying despite communication difficulties.
I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and would definitely come back should I have the chance to visit Xi’an again in the future!
