It was a very very excellent stay. Very near the Yong Ning Gate of the city wall, you can see the activity on the wall from the hotel. Coffee places and Bubble Tea places are right downstairs. Room is comfortable and the availability of the laundry room is fantastic. Really loved this hotel and the in house handy experience. Experienced a couple of hiccups in the hotel but service recovery was exceptionally fast and prompt. Highly recommend. Would definitely come back again.

This place is incredibly convenient! It's just a three-minute walk to the Bell and Drum Towers, which makes it super easy to catch the beautiful night view. The Muslim Quarter is only five or six minutes away, offering all sorts of delicious local specialties like lamb paomo, soup dumplings, and other snacks – perfect for a late-night bite. Downstairs, you'll find convenience stores, milk tea shops, and a large shopping mall, so all your dining and shopping needs are covered. As for the room, the smart speaker (Xiao Du) is beyond words – an absolute must-have for anyone who loves convenience!

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Bell Tower Xi’an. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from the staff, who were always warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention goes to the concierge (we didn’t get his name)who went above and beyond by waiting with us until our Didi arrived to make sure we got into the correct car. That thoughtful gesture made us feel safe and well taken care of. The family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family. We also appreciated the complimentary self-service washer and dryer, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. Another lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and thoughtful amenities in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's super close to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Xi'an City Wall, all within walking distance. You can even check out the Bell Tower view from the Kaiyuan Plaza observation deck. Plus, there's a sightseeing bus right downstairs that takes you on a city loop, making it really convenient to get to places like Datang Everbright City, Xi'an City Wall, and the Shaanxi History Museum. The rooms are also very quiet, and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The cleaning ladies are just as friendly too. All in all, a really great hotel, highly recommend!

A perfect experience for a family trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Han River, integrated with Tianhan Park, and has a very good environment The hotel service is first-class, the facilities are very new, and it feels very high-end The breakfast is very good, the hot rice noodles are a must, I ate bowl after bowl until I couldn't eat anymore, it's much better than eating out There is a 30 yuan noodle buffet for lunch, which is amazing! Every kind of noodle is delicious, oil splash, pulled noodles, the children ate bowl after bowl, amazing! Next time I come to Hanzhong, I will stay here again

This hotel deserves a five-star review! My stay here far exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Muslim Quarter, and super convenient for getting to the Great Wall and other major scenic spots – truly hassle-free sightseeing. The staff were very responsive and communicative. The front desk team, both the young men and women, were incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful. They proactively shared recommendations for local specialty restaurants and even helped me plan a sensible itinerary and introduced reliable tour guides, saving me a ton of planning time. The hotel itself is clean and quiet, and the comfort level was excellent. This hotel genuinely enhanced my entire trip, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend it to all travelers!

I specifically chose this hotel because I wanted to visit the museum and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The room was spacious and very clean. The terrace is right next to the park, and there's a small gate inside the hotel that leads directly into the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Park, which was super convenient. The breakfast was delicious and very authentic to Xi'an. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very welcoming and enthusiastic. I'm very satisfied!

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are very clean, and the service is excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. The location is great, with convenient transportation. It's close to the Hanzhong Museum and Baijiangtai (a place for generals to be promoted). The rooms are comfortable and clean. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel to Hanzhong!

I have to give a huge shout-out to the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Xi'an's Dachashi area! As a hotel that just opened in 2024, everything is brand new and has a fantastic design. My room had excellent natural light, and even though it was an interior room without an outside window, the inner window design was quite charming. The space was very generous, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a delight to use. The shower pressure was incredibly strong, washing away all the day's fatigue. What surprised me most was the free gym and self-service laundry room – a real blessing for travelers! There's also complimentary late-night supper from 8 PM to 10 PM in the restaurant, simple but very heartwarming. The mattress was a Mousse, perfectly firm yet soft, and the soundproofing was excellent; I slept like a log until morning. The smart home appliances and the large TV with screen mirroring in the room were also super practical, making for a truly satisfying stay!

The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!
