I was traveling solo and chose this hotel because of its central location, making it super convenient to get around. It's also very close to the subway station, and there are plenty of great food spots on the walk from the station to the hotel. Plus, the price was quite reasonable compared to others. For this price point, this hotel is excellent and offers great value for money. Facilities: Pretty comprehensive, and it has its own unique style, unlike other hotels I've stayed in before, haha. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff did a fantastic job; everything was spotless. Service: The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. I even stored my luggage after checking out, and they were all very patient and helpful 😊. Environment: I slept really well; it was very quiet at night.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

A perfect experience for a family trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Han River, integrated with Tianhan Park, and has a very good environment The hotel service is first-class, the facilities are very new, and it feels very high-end The breakfast is very good, the hot rice noodles are a must, I ate bowl after bowl until I couldn't eat anymore, it's much better than eating out There is a 30 yuan noodle buffet for lunch, which is amazing! Every kind of noodle is delicious, oil splash, pulled noodles, the children ate bowl after bowl, amazing! Next time I come to Hanzhong, I will stay here again

Choosing the Bell Tower Original Hotel for my Xi'an trip was absolutely the right decision! The room was spotless, every corner meticulously cleaned. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help. The facilities were smart and user-friendly; the AI-controlled lights and windows were incredibly convenient. The location is unbeatable – the subway station is right next door, and you can see the Bell Tower and Drum Tower just by stepping outside. It's also a short walk to the Muslim Quarter and the City Wall, making it super easy to explore and find great food. Full marks, highly recommend!

We booked for 2nights in April and it came with breakfast, first run of minibar, Single Tang Dynasty themed travel photography & Imperial Hot Spring Twelve Hours Experience. As our room has its own hot bath that fills up every night at 7.30pm to 12.30am, we did not go to the Imperial hot spring which is at located in another building. Hotel: It is located in the Hua Qing Palace scenic area and for hotel guests, you can enter and exit the scenic area freely. In the scenic area, there are other eateries like KFC and coffee joints but they operate only during scenic area opening hours. The Hua Qing Palace consists of many cultural sites like Tang Dynasty Imperial Hot Spring Relics Museum, Xi’an Incident site, Five Rooms Hall, Jiulonghu Lake and Furonghu Lake scenic spot, Tang Dynasty Pear Garden Relics Museum and many landmark buildings, such as Feishuang Hall Wanshou Hall, Longevity Hall, Huan Garden and Emperor Yu Palace. Service: The staff in the hotel are helpful to assist and answers all my questions in a clear manner. They came with buggy as soon as I dial for them and also assisted us to purchase the tickets for the show. Photography: I enjoyed the Tang Dynasty themed travel photography and I find that both make-up artist (Ms Dian Dian) and photographer (Mr Wang Jie) are very professional and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This photography is conducted by a third-party vendor that is stationed in the hotel. We went to the Hua Qing Palace for the photography. It is a convenient location to take photo with beautiful backgrounds. A day after the photo taking, we went online to choose the photos that I wanted to keep. Customer Service Ms Liang Yanping conducted a live session via a link in wechat, somewhat similar to zoom meeting to showcase all the photos that were taken. The complimentary digital photos given by the hotel are for 3 high quality digital photos and if one wants more than 3 pictures, there will be an extra charge for the purchase. Food: The restaurant is located in another building which is about 8minute walk away. Alternatively, we can call the buggy to send us there and back. The food is really yummy and I must say the Chang-an Roasted Whole Chicken is a must try. Also.... the desserts are so good too. With a love for sweet food, I tried the almond lotus paste and also the lychee and redberry cold dessert. They are both gooooood... Show: At night, there is a large-scale live-action historical dance drama “The Song of Everlasting Sorrow” that is created by Shaanxi Tourism Group Company. The theme of this dance drama is the love story between Emperor Xuanzong and Consort Yang. This is a must see as the performance is top notch. Separate tickets must be purchased for the show. Summary: For those who want to be in a historical site that offers a hot spa right in your bedroom, this is an ideal place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay here and will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who are visiting Xi-an and to use this as a last stop in Xi-an before heading to your next destination.

Excellent location, close to City Wall Entrance, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, eateries everywhere, can’t fault the location. I booked a room with excellent view however the window can’t cancel out the traffic noise. So it is okay if you could sleep through the noisy traffic, I was given a pair of earplugs but can’t sleep with them on anyway . Ashtray with bin are available outside the lift area so cigarette smell lingers, it should not be allowed to smoke indoor. My partner didn’t enjoy the cold cooked fried egg, sausages nor the cold bacon. Fried eggs should be cooked to order. English tea bags were not available until I asked. Tables on the balcony were not cleared so it was messy. We certainly enjoyed the smart toilet and a lady even ironed my partner’s t-shirts for free. The staff at the reception were sympathetic especially someone was clearing up Chinese New Year decorations at 3:30 in the morning, disturbed sleep again. The girl was very kind and offered me a souvenir.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right outside Bell Tower subway station and across from Kaiyuan Shopping Mall, making getting around a breeze. The room was spotless, and the gentleman on the ground floor was very welcoming, even helping us with our luggage all the way to the subway entrance when we checked out. Breakfast offered a great variety, and they even had afternoon tea. Our child got tired from exploring in the morning, so we could relax at the hotel with afternoon tea before heading out again in the evening. We forgot to bring a pencil sharpener for our child, and the front desk thoughtfully sent a robot to deliver one to our room. When we checked out, the front desk ladies were all very friendly and even gave us a thoughtful little gift. Next time we visit Xi'an, we'll definitely choose Novotel again.

The facilities are excellent and very clean. You can see Xi'an Bell Tower right from the room. It's very close to the subway and Yongxingfang, both within walking distance. You can also take the subway directly to Huaqing Palace and the Terracotta Warriors. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave us complimentary fruit upon check-in. For this trip, I stayed at the Orange Hotel Xi'an. Its location is excellent, making it very convenient to take the subway to various attractions. It's also close to famous sights like the city wall, so getting around is a breeze. The hotel facilities are well-equipped. When we checked in, the staff escorted us to our room and explained all the features, even setting out slippers and helping us boil water in the kettle. Their service was very enthusiastic, and they even offered tips for exploring the surrounding area. The hygiene is impeccable, very clean and tidy. The room itself is quite spacious, and the Yongning Gate night view spot is also nearby. It's super convenient for going out and shopping. This hotel's rooms are very clean, large, and have excellent natural light. Plus, it's incredibly close to famous attractions. Although the breakfast doesn't offer a huge variety, it's delicious and tastes great. They even have Saizi noodles! I was traveling with my child, and my child enjoyed their wontons. The service attitude is exceptionally warm and enthusiastic. While the facilities might not be top-notch – perhaps due to an older renovation that hasn't been updated in a long time – the cleanliness and quality of service are outstanding. The bathroom, though older, still has a wet and dry separation, just like modern ones. The staff's service is incredibly warm; when we checked out, they even gave my child a small souvenir. Their service, including the farewell gift, was excellent.

LLandaorenI hadn't stayed at Sofitel Legend before, but I had twice stayed at the Sofitel and Mercure hotels next door (Mercure has since closed down). However, I've always had an irresistible attraction to hotels with a rich history, especially those converted from former high-level government guesthouses (let's call them 'old money hotels'). While planning where to go for the 2026 Chinese New Year, a short video platform surprisingly pushed this hotel that had always intrigued me. I checked the prices, and compared to other five-star hotels in Xi'an, it was significantly cheaper, so I booked a New Year's Eve stay. Upon arrival, the doorman promptly opened the car door and helped with our luggage, which goes without saying (though, to be fair, many five-star hotel doormen nowadays lack such proactiveness). The front desk staff efficiently and smoothly handled the check-in process, offering a choice of champagne, coffee, or black tea as a welcome drink. While resting in the lounge area, I happened to see a few young women taking photos in the hotel's coffee corner, adding a lively touch to the atmosphere. The attendant escorted us to our room, briefly introducing the hotel's history. Built in the 1950s, it served as a provincial guesthouse, combining Soviet, French, and traditional Chinese architectural styles. The complimentary bottled water was also in Tetra Pak packaging, reflecting the hotel's commitment to green practices. During our stay, the restaurant's host remembered our preferences by the second day. The 'shui盆牛肉' (beef soup) with 'baiji mo' (flatbread) was incredibly fragrant and chewy; I almost wanted to pack some to take home. The butler service was also impeccable, with turn-down service promptly at 7 PM every evening. The local specialty drink, 'Bingfeng' soda, was a delightful taste sensation. On the morning of the first day of Chinese New Year, the hotel arranged a lion dance performance – I never expected to see a Southern Lion dance team in Xi'an. Although the hotel only has 71 guest rooms, excluding the few business presidential suites that are rarely occupied by ordinary guests, there are about 60 rooms. Based on my observations during our 4-day, 3-night stay over Chinese New Year, there were probably only 8-9 other occupied rooms, so the overall occupancy rate wasn't high. Perhaps most people don't choose this place, as its exterior appears very understated and discreet. However, I highly recommend it, especially when traveling with elderly family members. The location is super convenient for getting around, just a 10-minute walk from Wulukou Station on Metro Line 1 (right next to Minleyuan and Wanda Plaza). I'd love to stay here again next time I visit Xi'an, haha! 😄

RRalf MytThe stay in Yun He Ye Bo Hotel Xi'an was superb. To begin with: It was the nicest hotel during our 14 days roundtrip from Shanghai to Beijing. Rooms were spacious and perfectly equipped. Breakfast was rich, delicious and in a spacious environment so it was not so crowded than elsewhere. Washing service (8 pieces per day, no underwear or socks) was timely and high quality. One of the best things: Our room on the 12th floor was to the back and so quiet that we could sleep with open window - something unthinkable in all our other hotels! Plus, the AC was actually working (it was in first week of april). The very best thing: Our host ANNA has been very kind, helpful and responsible from the beginning. WeChat communication was perfect. While we departed from the hotel, we forgot expensive in-ear-phones in one room. After reporting this, Anna made a big effort and finally, she found the in-ears hidden inside the bed sheets. She will send them to us. We really appreciated this extraordinary service and engagement. We all a really thankful for the whole stay in Yun Ye He Bo.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located right by the city wall, a bit far from the subway station, but it's very convenient to get to places like the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter – a ten-minute taxi ride will get you there. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate for two people, and the decor was much more refined and comfortable than a typical business hotel. The room was very clean, and there was absolutely no strange smell when we opened the door. If friends come to Xi'an, I would highly recommend this hotel!

AAnonymous UserThe location is super convenient! It's an easy walk to the Bell Tower and Xi'an Museum. For places like Datang Everbright City, Shaanxi History Museum, and Sajinqiao, a taxi ride is quick and simple. There are also plenty of shopping areas nearby, plus famous local eateries like Weijia Liangpi and Chahualong. We had a great time! The room itself was generally good, though the bathroom was a bit small. We stayed in two rooms for four nights but didn't get complimentary breakfast, which was a bit of a shame. The family room faced the street, so it was a little noisy. The Qin Sheng Zhai downstairs had some delicious food.

LLegrekovaI stayed in the heart of Xi'an for 3 nights. The hotel is tranquil, Zen-like, with a stone rooftop garden and interiors that embrace silence. The staff is very attentive: politely and honestly eager to help. Interestingly delicious traditional breakfast filled with five tastes😋, late evening meal easily can replace suddenly missed supper. Cleaning in China overall is different: housekeeping is more philosophical, as I observe. There's a pool, but it's more of a backdrop; the laundry, on the other hand, is impeccable. In short and to the point: come for the location and atmosphere, take the best room you can afford, and enjoy China!

GGuest UserThe room is also very good, with a large space. In the evening, the staff also sent me fruits, which was very enthusiastic. The check-in time at the front desk was also very fast. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic to people, and any problems can be solved quickly. The late-night breakfast is very good. The location is very good. There are many large shopping malls nearby when you walk straight out of the subway entrance, which is also very convenient for buying things. The most important thing is that his service is really good and the facilities and equipment are very good. The price-performance ratio is also relatively high, and the service is really good from beginning to end. The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the Ganjiazhai and Keji Road subway entrances, the environment is very good, and the hygiene is also very clean. There is a lot of free mineral water in the lobby, as well as some daily necessities. They can park for free at the entrance of the hotel, so it is also quite convenient.
