Were do I begin with this beautiful gem of a hotel on my arrival I was helped to my room by who a call the boss man as he was awesome, my bed and view was exceptional, I had the best night sleep in a long time as the bed was beautiful and I had balcony so I had my tea and energy fizz out there every morning. Coffee this hotel serves the best coffee in Venice and I would have more again. I also need to point out two of your staff that helped me more than I could imagine and they are the outstanding Alecia Grieco and the amazing Achraf Hayati these two in particular made my stay the most special I could ever imagine infact give Ach a promotion as he's an incredible employer as I saw him most and he went out his way the most to help me from my shopping as I carry alot of shopping to even helping me with my pizza and yes I did eat pizza everynight during my stay as the pizza was amazing but most of all I felt the safetest and most comfortable around both Alessia and Achraf, especially after going through a hard time they both went out of there way to check to see if I was ok. Best vacation ever and I would not hesitate to stay in this amazing hotel again From Skyla

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel, The room : beautiful clean and functional Breakfast : more and more if I had to describe all the products shown by the buffet there would be pages and pages, as well the lady that manages the department sweet breakfast and available, always smile, the reception super, a kindness that left me open, very comfortable structure,a 1 minute from the station,I will advise you to all, fabulous price quality, Compliments to the owners, They have a staff with full respect, I'll come back as soon as possible

We stayed here from 30th June to 4th July 2022 while we were attending a wedding outside Mogliano. We had room 101 and 102 (joined). It was a fantastic place to stay. Being from Scotland, especially during the Italian heatwave, we were so appreciative of the air conditioning throughout the hotel. The décor was beautiful with Venetian Glass chandeliers and light fittings everywhere. The paintings and general appearance were both fitting and well kept. While staying there my son came down with tonsillitis and the staff were amazing helping us get access to a doctor on a Sunday! They were always so attentive and helpful and could speak really good English (which was good as my Italian is very poor). I will be eternally grateful for their assistance to us. The food and dining was brilliant. Every type of breakfast was available, fresh and tasty (try the cherries!). The grounds were well kept and beautiful. I loved hearing the cicadas in the trees and seeing the frogs in the pond. It's only a 2 minute walk to the centre of Mogliano where there are great pizzerias (we recommend Del Pinos) and a supermarket open 7 days. We really hope to go back one day. If you want to sleep in the room with bugs; mold in the bathroom, shower cabine not being able to close & consequently so small that you can not take a shower, toiletries& vanity sets not at all present, slipers of cours you do not have; where there is no space to put legs between toilet and sink; where you are going to pay breakfast but staff is going to tell you that you did not pay it; where the sheets are with holes, blanked is pree WWII dirty, towels 10+years of use greyish colur; where recept.manager is going to shout at you and finally where Genaral manager does not exist, then this hotel is perfect for you. About stuff better not to talk, receptionist that we waited for 10min upon arrival, then she arrived with unprofessional look, untidy, patches all over the face, hair not washed 10 days probably, everything on her screemed that need ironing at least, washing preferably - just like you were surprised being sleepeing when you should not or something else. Photos attached, so you can see at your own. However, if you do not want none of this and ask just for what you paid (4* hotel- for us it is clear what we expect, double room with breakfast) then you may be humiliated at the reception that they can do with your reservation what they want, that everything what they offered to you is good enough, they will not upgrade you ( eventhough you did not ask upgrade, just what you paid), since you paid so miserable rate. BTW rate was offered by hotel on well-known reservation site, and the only problem we had at that long trip (23days) using same site was this hotel. Apart from everything above they refused to give us invoice for our stay, so we will make complaint to Financial police in Italy, since obviously they are not reporting guests and paying taxes as they should. As being extensive traveleres for 40+ years, without a doubt this is the worst hotel we evere saw. And finally, if you decide to place official complain to hotels manager don't worry, you'll never get any kind of response. Awful and shameless, for us never again. Just one thing to add, do not be fuled with photos, ”villa” does exist but normal room are not even close to 4* hotel, I have been to 1* hotel long time ago being much better than this one!

We enjoyed a family get-away to Venice and this gem of a hotel was the perfect choice for us: spacious rooms supported by smart technology, super friendly staff, walking distance to local restaurants (can recommend the pizza at ”Da Pino”) and a 2min walk to the train station with trains going to Venice every 20-30min. It's a 20min ride and you are right at the canals. Davide and the Ambassador team were amazingly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Free high quality coffee in the morning ensured we had a great start into the day! We stayed in a room on the top floor that also featured electric roof top windows. Stickers or signage that explain the buttons (how to open the blinds, how to open the windows) would have been helpful. As with every modern hotel now, there is not enough counter space next to the sink or enough wall hooks to hang items in the bathroom. The towel warmer was great but at the opposite wall and not near the shower.
