Best hotel mattress ever! Nice, pleasant hotel, well presented rooms and helpful staff. However I wanted to dedicate this feedback to our waitress, Agnieszka. She is a star! She is very customer oriented, polite, and must be an active listener as she remembered every detail. Moreover, she was so proactive and aware of the situation at the table. As I am after surgery she gave us space and time to eat the meal slowly without this uncomfortable constant checking of our table. She demonstrated emphaty by listening to my story and by caring. During our time at the restaurant she builded trust and clearly, she made us feel very welcome. She is a top star! ⭐️ Agnieszka, please, if you ever want to work in Customer Care in Malta, let me know. I will welcome you with open arms. Thank you for making our evening brighter!

The hotel is literally across the street from the airport terminal next to the parking garage. Super nice hotel. The staff at reception were extremely professional, good English and helpful. Sort of odd layout in lobby but found the elevator easy enough. The room was easy to find and extremely clean. I do not think I ever was in a hotel room with such crisp sheet. The bed was perfect for me and I had a great nights sleep. The tv pilot was difficult to figure out and no instruction card. Bathroom was a tub with shower which was very modern. My only complaint is that there is no free coffe/tea in the lobby but next to reception in the corner is a little shop area with all sorts of item to buy. I even saw towels so not sure if you wanted an extra towel you would have to pay for it? My toothbrush was packed in my suitcase and I asked for a “ forgot my toothbrush” as most hotels have forgot item complementary but here was directed to the little store to buy one. I felt this was shabby for a Hilton. Otherwise my stay for a night between flights was excellent.

About 30 minutes from the centre, this hotel is situated on a busy main road. Ample car parking to front and side and big spacious gardens and grounds at the back. As others have commented the service is very curt, but things get done. The wedding facilities and room are very good, very spacious and there was a function each night for the 3 we stayed. A top tip is to get a room in one of the alcoves that has a door to shut you off from the noise. Our wedding went on until 0400 and if you are in a room that is on the mezzanine and overlooks the function room... it is very noisy. Food was very good and ample, breakfast buffet is small but again, lots of choice and ample. Rooms were basic but clean and shower room small but functioning. Price-wise the hotel is a bargain- 198zl a room B&B (£42) Taxi into the square - Most expensive (6 persons) 150 zl - cheapest Uber 57 zl... (Uber not allowed in centre of Krakow)

This place is very beautiful - the garden is stunningly planted and has a gorgeous pool, a great fire pit/bbq and even a hot tub (which we didn't have access to). The kitchen is the best equipped that we have found in Poland - you can ACTUALLY cook there!

Hotel Pod Kamykiem

These are my three C’s for a good hotel near the airport, also friendly and very accommodating staff. The rooms, building and grounds are very clean and well cared for. Room prices are very reasonable. Beds are comfortable with white sheets, pillows and comforter. Bathroom well appointed and great shower with lots hot water. TV works great and Internet is strong throughout the grounds. Staff waited for us to arrive and helped us with bags even though we arrived very late in evening. Breakfast is great with various cold cuts, cheeses, fresh bread, juices, yogurts and fresh “jajecznica” - scrambled eggs plain or with ham, also wieners are available. Tea is standard fare here in Poland but coffee is great and made to order. They however do not offer any other meals but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. This was my fourth stay here over last two years and I will come again. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.
