Fantastic Stay Experience!
I had a truly satisfying experience staying in the comfortable twin room at GreenTree Inn (Shanghai Hongqiao Hub Huaxiang Road Store). The hotel boasts a very accessible location with excellent transportation links, making it an ideal choice for travelers needing to catch high-speed trains or flights.
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Check-in was swift and efficient, making me feel welcome and at home from the moment I arrived. The room itself was clean and tidy, featuring soft and comfortable bedding. The twin beds were very spacious, ensuring a truly restful sleep. The facilities were comprehensive: the air conditioning worked perfectly, there was plenty of hot water, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable – perfectly meeting all my business and leisure needs.
The hotel environment was quiet, with good soundproofing, which allowed me to have a peaceful night's sleep. Dining and shopping options nearby were also very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai and will highly recommend it to friends. It offers truly excellent value for money!

Overall, I was pretty happy with our stay. We received a free room upgrade, and the room was very spacious. The service was quite efficient; for instance, housekeeping was meticulously checking the room's readiness just before check-in, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they promptly resolved a blocked toilet issue. Breakfast was just okay.
The only real issue was that the showerhead in the shower stall wasn't fixed in place. It fell off as soon as the water was turned on, nearly hitting my child – that gave us quite a scare! Thankfully, the water wasn't hot at the time. We ended up having to hold the showerhead to shower, though the water pressure was strong. As it was quite late that night, we didn't report it to the hotel. I hope they can inspect and maintain these fixtures going forward.
Otherwise, everything was great. Underground parking was free, the room was clean and well-maintained, the bedding was quite comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and food delivery could also be brought directly to the room. The area around the hotel had a complete range of dining and entertainment options.

This is a brand new hotel and very clean. I enjoyed my stay here and had a fabulous time. The only aspect to keep in mind is the fact that the hotel is on the outskirts of Shaghai. It's in the west and the nearest subway station is 5 km away. However, the hotel is right next to the Namu Cosmetic hospital. So, if you plan some cosmetic surgery in the future, this hotel is definitely your best option.

I chose this Yaduo Hotel because I had something to do near the Shanghai International Exhibition Center. The hotel is located near the Hongqiao International Exhibition Center, close to Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao High-speed Railway Station, with a superior transportation location and convenient travel. The front desk staff took the initiative to deliver hot tea before checking in at the store. Small things make people feel warm and also reflect the warm service of the hotel. The room is large, and the two single beds are also 1.35 meters wide, which is higher than the 1.2-meter configuration of double beds in many hotels. The room is relatively clean and the environment is good. The breakfast is very rich, with stir-fried dishes, noodles, pasta and bread, as well as fruits and drinks, coffee and milk to choose from. It can be said that it can basically meet people with different needs. There is also supper porridge in the evening, but there are only two kinds of porridge, no other meals, but it is better than nothing, so I still have to give it a thumbs up. The check-out procedure is simple and fast. The only thing to say is that the air conditioning is heated when the weather is cold. The air conditioning sound is a little noisy when sleeping at night. I hope it can be improved. Overall, it is still a very satisfactory stay experience.

The room was very clean, the front desk manager was very friendly and upgraded the room type.
Parking is convenient. You can park in the underground parking garage and then take the elevator directly to the lobby. Parking is free for guests staying in the hotel.

Had a very good stay. Picked it randomly and was a very good decision. The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are very clean, amenities are very nice. The shower is simply awesome. Like Jungle rain. The detailing of necessities was well taken care of. Absolutely recommendable. I wasn't expecting a good breakfast. However to my surprise it was very good too. All in all, a very good stay and definitely will come back again.

Golden Tulip Shanghai Hotel
I had a wonderful stay at the Golden Tulip Shanghai Hotel. The rooms were spacious, providing ample comfort, and the toilets and bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast; it was delicious with a nice variety of options.
What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. I accidentally left my cap behind, and the hotel kindly arranged to send it to my home address—such a thoughtful gesture!

This hotel is truly disappointing. First, the front desk clerk during check-in was completely cold and non-communicative. They promised to let me know when the room was ready, but after waiting and waiting, even with my kids completely sleepy, they still didn't call. 📞 I called and was told I could pick up my room card and check in. They absolutely broke their promise. Then there were guests smoking on the communal carpet on our floor. 🚬 It's speechless and a huge safety hazard.
And then there's the breakfast. 🍳 For 238 per person, aside from the hot items at the noodle stand, everything else was cold. The fried noodles were cold and hard, there were only two stir-fried vegetables, the chives were dry, and the sweet potatoes 🍠 were undercooked. It was absolutely out of character!

The hot water in the bath is not very hot, staying in summer, the temperature is acceptable. It is estimated that it will not work in winter. All kinds of equipment are very nostalgic. There are also advantages: the hotel is in a small town, there are small supermarkets, pharmacies, vegetable markets, many snack bars nearby, it is quite lively.
It may be me personally, the demand is relatively simple, the bathroom is not clean enough, it is fine, the bed is required, it is no problem to be refreshing and clean. Check in, there are windows, there is network, there is water and electricity, just fine.
