Great service, the receptionist (Yaoyao) is very welcomed us, we can use WeChat for communication, some of staff can speak English, too. The hotel is very convenient to go to the bund and on Nanjing road. Very recommended.

Stayed for a night at Raddison Collection Hyland Shanghai. The location is obviously very central, and in the most crowded area of Shanghai. The hotel has two entrances and guests can directly get to Nanjing road through one of the entrances. It’s an ideal place to stay for tourists who wanna want to do sightseeing and not spend much time in the room. The rooms are rather small and not very bright. There wasn’t any bathtub in the room and the shower area was small. The air conditioner couldn’t be switched to heating mode and I felt a bit cold during my stay but I didn’t contact the hotel about it because I just stay for one night. The cleanliness was ok but not perfect, the reason might be that during this period the hotel was basically fully booked and the housekeepers were very busy. The staff that I met were all nice and helpful, especially the concierge staff who helped me with a package delivery that I had. Overall, my stay was ok but not great. I would recommend this place for its location but not for the rooms. Service was good.

This place was okay, I would not book here again. It is definitely in a good spot right downstairs is Nanjing road so you have alot of shopping and food halls right outside your room.
Staff is super friendly and very helpful especially the cleaning staff. Made sure we got water atleast once a day and would ask us if we need new towels if they saw us.
Depending on where they put you, you may end up having to take a pretty far walk to your hotel room.
You’ll need to take an elevator up to the main lobby and depending on the room you will need to take another elevator up. But if you are on an floor higher then 6 be prepared to hike to your room most inconvenient part of the stay to be honest.
The room also has an AC, Heater option you can set which is very handy and a window that can open partially.
The room was overall nice and clean but the compliments stop there, as the room is way to dim especially the bathroom cant really see much in there and it is also very tiny you can barely move in there. You literally cannot close the door if you’re standing at the sink or sitting on the toilet.
The shower drain also has a bad smell like sewer pipes that come up when youre using the shower and it takes awhile for it to go away. The shower pressure was okay until my 3rd day there and when I showered the water pressure was non existent and limp even tho the water is being poured on my body the pressure was so low it didnt even feel like anything was hitting me. At one point the pressure dropped to 0 and it was trickling out the shower head. The next morning though it was back to normal so not sure what happened. The shower area also floods the bathrooms as we had 3 rooms and all rooms had some form of flooding post shower. And 1 was really bad. Which we complained about and they gave us another room.
They also had a laundry room with 3 small washers and 3 small dryers not ment for bulk washing, and also free detergent. The washer was good but the dryer… unless you are ready to hang dry your clothes do not wash your clothes here as we ran the clothes in the dryer for 2-3 hrs and the clothes were still damp. And when we asked the staff they told us the dryer only dries enough for it to stay damp and you will need to air dry the rest which is ridiculous. Why have a dryer when it doesn’t do what it’s meant to do? Make it make sense.
Overall besides location and friendly staff there is definitely better locations to choose from. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is close to The Bun and within walking distance. The room is clean, but the soundproofing isn’t great , you can sometimes hear people talking or doors opening and closing. The Wi-Fi signal is available, but you need to be near the window to get it (and our window faced another building). However, the signal is always strong in the lobby. The lobby lights are turned off at midnight.
One small downside is that the staff didn’t manage outsiders who weren’t staying at the hotel but came in to enjoy the air-conditioning and charge their devices. Other than that, the staff were very helpful. We arranged for a car pickup at the hotel (note that the hotel has multiple branches, so be careful when giving the location). Luckily, the staff helped communicate with the driver for us.

This is the best hotel in Shanghai, the room is spacious and clean even I got a room without window i feel so comfortable. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is also good, located at People’s square, you can walk to department store and the bund. There is family mart next to the hotel. I think this hotel is the best choice.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, every detail was meticulously cared for, but two individuals truly made our stay exceptional: Starry at the front desk and the wonderful lady who cleaned our room on the 12th floor.
5-Star Service from Amazing Staff:
A special shout-out is necessary for Starry. Her warm welcome set the tone for our entire trip. She was incredibly knowledgeable, offered brilliant local recommendations, and had a solution for every question we had. Her positive and professional energy is a true asset to the hotel.
Equally fantastic was; the housekeeping lady on the 12th floor. Our room was always immaculate, but she went above and beyond, arranging our personal items with care and leaving everything spotless. We unfortunately didn't catch her name, but her attention to detail and hard work did not go unnoticed. Please pass on our thanks to her!
Beautiful and Comfortable Rooms:
The rooms are just as lovely as the pictures suggest – they are very nice, pretty, and thoughtfully designed. It was a serene and comfortable haven to return to after a long day of exploring. Everything was modern, clean, and functioned perfectly.
Prime Location:
The location is unbeatable! Being right in the center of everything made exploring the city a breeze. We tried all the transport options: the metro is just a short walk away, we used the city's cycling rentals which were very convenient, and online taxis were always just minutes away. You truly cannot beat this hub for getting around.
We fell in love with this hotel and will definitely be returning on our next visit. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience.

The hotel room was rather comfortable, and the location was located nicely in a very busy prime area. I also like that the sink area was outside the room, so it was easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. Area was very strategically located, and was a short walk away from the Metro. Also had a few dining areas around the place, and good shopping areas. Short walk away from the bund.
The only feedback given was that the room toilet had a little bit of a sewage smell, and the staff promised to look into it when we check out for future experience.

Super convenient location and clean rooms. There’s a robot that sends up your ******* orders so it made mornings convenient for breakfast - lots of shops and restaurants in the area and no smoke smell in the rooms.

My stay at this hostel was the best experience I’ve had in all the countries I’ve visited. The location is perfect — close to everything — and the place is extremely clean. Everything here is just perfect, and the staff are very friendly. I especially want to thank zhu xin niu for her kindness and help.

QQiguaiyeguoThis is my fourth stay at Opartment, and it's always a fantastic choice for a staycation in Shanghai. I really appreciate their 'home away from home' concept; it's my go-to place when I want to clear my mind and relax in Shanghai.
Food deliveries are always brought directly to your room by a butler. From 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, the lobby offers complimentary croissants from Crave, along with savory vegetable bread and sweet fruit bread. They also provide complimentary in-room coffee service from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
For Qixi Festival, the hotel even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of red wine, which was a very welcome unexpected bonus!

GGuest UserStayed for 3 nights, location is great. Its very near to Nanjing Road Pedestrian. There are a lot of food just outside the hotel and the 1st food mall is just in front of the hotel. They always clean the room, change bath towel and refill bottles of water everyday. Hot and Cold shower is great. Stayed at 6th floor, over-all stay was excellent. Thank you Vienna Hotel.

HHuangyiWe stayed at a hotel apartment with my child during the summer break. We chose the nearby Plus Hotel, which has a great location. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was completely quiet. Our loft room was very spacious and had ample storage. Overall, it offered excellent value for money. We'd definitely prioritize staying here again if we visit the Bund in the future.
