I have stayed only 1 night. I wish I had more time to spend time in this hotel. It is in the heart of the city, walking distance by Merkez park and Ataturk Park. Very modern city with nice, warm, and helpful people. My room was very clean and comfortable. Also I like the quality of products that they use in the room such as kettle, cup for coffee, body cream, and shampoo. Body cream, soap, shampoo are great and have gorgeous smell .

The hotel's location is only in a very noisy place. When I first entered the room, there was a very heavy cigarette smell that was cracked into the whole room. I managed with a night lamp. I didn't cool the refrigerator. The hair dryer was bad and was almost old. There was no sound in the rooms, the phone was on the side of the room, I informed the officer about what was talking, I warned the staff in the room, but they continued to make noise. The staff approach was generally good, except for these. I was very happy. I was generally unhappy, will I never stay again, an hotel that doesn't deserve his money, don't be cheated with the view, etc.

I am coming to Adana for the first time I came to Adana for about four months ago. Everyone laughed and was very interested in this business. I saw the rooms being vacationed this month. İş gereği sürekli seyahat ederim ve çeşitli otellerde mecburen konaklarım. Şimdiye kadar hiç bir otel hakkında yorum yapma gereği duymadım çünkü zamanım olmadı. Hayatımda bu otel kadar kalitesi yetersiz bir otel görmedim. Üstüne üstelik 4 yıldızlıydı sonradan öğrendim şaşırdım. Odamda aşırı derecede sigara kokusu vardı odanın içine sinmiş. Çok rahatsız oldum geçer dedim uyurken pencereyi açtım gece üşüdüm fakat Portmantoda normalde yedek battaniye vb. şeyler olurdu o da yoktu. Kahvaltı için de kimse bilgilendirmedi. Bunların üstüne yatak yanı sehpalarda toz birikmişti hijyenik değildi. Olmaması gerek şeylerdi

I have reserve and paid a two bedroom appar**ents at this accomodation for two Australian friend to stay. The day that they checked in I was there to help them with their belongings and to be honest I really like the apar**ent, it is modern, comfortable well thought through apar**ent indeed although having small microwave would be good. I’ve checked my friends in around 5pm then I went back to pick them up at 8pm, I noticed receptionist is different person and he told me that I’m not allowed to go up to see my friends! But he said my mother allowed to go up! I said I’m the one that who reserve and paid for this, he said it does not matter I’m not allowed to go up to see my friends, in few minutes I find myself writing their boss in Dubai, he also told me that “for security reason” I’m not allowed to go up!! Even people in prison has their right to see friends and family but not in this hotel! I find this situation not only ridiculous but also archaic! However young lady called Ezgi at their reception is absolute gem, she make it up for everything, she deserves much better.

The hygiene is good, the space is a little small, but overall I am satisfied, especially the breakfast, which is absolutely OK! I highly recommend it. It depends on personal situation. You can confirm what type you like.
