Where to start - I planned this trip for my husbands 40th. I was in contact with Nora from the hotel since Feb and she gave me all details for trips I wanted to plan including hot air balloon, her service was 1st class. When we got there we were impressed with the pools, the gardens, all fantastic. Rooms - We didn't need air con as weather unfortunately wasn't too hot but I don't think it would have been great and the back door didnt lock, however we made use of the free safe when out and about. Towels were changed regulary and floors cleaned daily. Food - something for everyone. All the traditional food as well as so much more. Fresh cook stations each day. Pancakes and donuts freshly cooked for breakfast were my boys favourite. Pools - a few of the pools were having work on them, this wasn't a major problem since there is plenty of choice and the weather wasn't great and we were super busy with trips. Water Park pool was like ice but we grinned and beared it as the slides were worth it, again I'd imagine it would have been better if the weather had been hotter. We were pleasantly surprised with hot in door pool and was fab on days with rain Entertainment team were great, got the kids involved when we were around. The night time entertainment held in the bar was good and kids loved to watch the kids disco (they don't like joining in) however there isn't enough seating for the size of hotel. Trips arranged by the hotel were fantastic, hot air balloon trip, oukra valley and then quads, camel and traditional evening all memory making stuff. Also they decorated our room and provided a cake for the hubby's birthday which was lovely. A Beautifully memoral holiday for me and my family.

Marrakech Retreat by la Siredrah

It's a beautiful hotel which is very clean. Staff are very friendly & go out of their way to make the stay enjoyable - especially Salah & Abdou, in our case. They did a fantastic job organising our daughters 18th birthday. Petals were laid on her bed while we were out exploring. They decorated the poolside with banners & balloons and set a beautiful candlelit table. They made a vegan chocolate cake as my husband has a dairy allergy. The cake was brought in to the music of Happy Birthday Cha Cha Cha!!! However, the road to the hotel is very rugged & gravelly. There is no street lighting to the hotel, which makes driving difficult at night time. Also, the meal on our second night was a bit disappointing. The chicken kebabs were tastless. Having said this, I would definitely go back to the hotel again for the pampering, which is just what we needed. Thank you, Salah, Abdou & Zora.
Ouirgane Ecolodge

This is a fabulous place to stay either overnight or longer. We were a party of 6 and stayed 3 nights. The Ecolodge is a very peaceful place. The garden are well kept, super pool with plenty of loungers. We had breakfast and dinners outside in the sunshine which was a joy. The food was excellent and plenty of it, all prepared in a spotless kitchen. We were there for walking, either from the lodge or further over in the Toubkal mountains. Mohamed the lodge manager was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, from arranging guides and taxis, even providing a mule and handler, in case my ankle gave out on our walk. He has a great sense of humour and went the extra mile to make our stay as perfect as it could be. We had a warm welcome from him and he arranged really lovely guides. The Eco lodge is very lucky to have him. Top man😄

This is the fourth time we have visited Morocco and we always ask for “Abdou” by name. He is an excellent driver, safely negotiating busy town centres and motorways alike. He always keeps his vehicle in immaculate condition. He has an excellent instinct for what interests us, local markets, historic places and we feel safe and well cared for with Abdou. He chooses local guides personally. He finds places to eat that offer good food and good value. When we arrive at a Riad, he always ensures that we and our luggage are safely conveyed to where we are staying. We are on a 4 centre tour this time which we would not have wanted to undertake without Abdou.

The hotel is a beautiful Riad with a unique guest, warmly welcomed and loved to share its culture, art and friendship with its clients. Thanks to Jalil and the staff who are still laughing.
