Overall okay. It just feels that the overall structure of the building is not very soundproof, and there are always children running upstairs. 😅 But the service is still good, come here after 8 o'clock in the evening, and the guy in the reception is very good. By the way, the gym feels a bit strained, the room has too little equipment, the dumbbell bench is broken, and my butt slipped and didn't sit firmly when I was doing the bench press, which almost hurt my waist 😪

We were very pleased with the location and ease of checkin. The staff was extremely friendly and their mission was to make our stay comfortable. When we are in the area, we will stay here again!

There was a terrible smell in the bathroom like a sour mop smell. This is the 2nd visit that I requested cleaning service and did not receive it. This visit I only got fresh towels and trash removed (trash can left on top of bathroom counter). Bed was not touched and sticky substance (already there when I got there) on night stand was still there.

Bed was extremely comfortable! Location was convenient to plenty of restaurants. The only problem that we encountered was the noisy patrons (elephants?) walking on the floor above us. Not's the hotel's fault really. Loved having a Keurig in the room. Breakfast provided by the hotel was pretty standard for HI Expresses; and as always the Cinnamon Rolls were wonderful!!

Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only problem was barely hot water in the shower and low water pressure. I let the manager know when I checked out. He said other guests had mentioned it and they would take care of it. Other than that, it was a nice hotel and had very friendly staff.
