The property was good but we booked the property for the swimming pool but when we asked them they said it was under maintenance and there was no entry for the pool for 2 days.

Ll the staff were friendly and appreciate the efforts of restaurant staff. The pool looks like it is permanently closed and we didn't had access to it. The property have great potential of maintained well

Property is well maintained and the rooms are soo nice. Location is easy to aces s and good staff in the hotel made our stay perfect.

Service was poor. Intercom was non functional and they couldn't rectify. Faucet besides wc was non functional when checked in, they rectified on complaint. Jacuzzi provided was non functional, and alternative arrangements for mixing of hot and cold water provided. Breakfast provided was absolutely basic. No fruits and hardly any choices

I’m comfortable with the stay and facilities, only the breakfast was not as an expected level. Not about the spread, but the quality of provided food.

The quality of the stay was not upto mark. It was only an average stay. Interior and facilities were good but blankets were so old and not maintained properly

The stay was on a holiday. So staffs were less. They didnt even provide cold water, reason they told that bar is closed due to local holiday. My question if a non alcoholic go there. They didnt get cold water

After a long journey. The accommodation was quite okay. The complementary breakfast was just good. The staffs are very friendly
