The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few minor issues. Upon arrival, I discovered that my initially assigned room did not have a proper sea view as expected. However, the staff handled the room change process smoothly, ensuring I could move to a room with the desired view without any hassle. One slight disappointment was that despite being a Neupass member, I could not access the high-speed WiFi. While this was a bit inconvenient, the standard plan speed was adequate and fast enough for my needs, so it did not significantly impact my stay. The resort's buffet offered a good spread with a wide variety of dishes. However, some dishes were a little bland for my taste. This can be a matter of personal preference, and the excellent choice of food options still ensured that there was something for everyone. Despite these minor drawbacks, my four-night stay was enjoyable, and the positive aspects of the experience far outweighed the minor issues encountered. I want to thank the housekeeping team for the delightful surprise they arranged on our anniversary. The cake, balloons, and music made our celebration memorable and added a heartwarming touch to our stay.

The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Excellent Room with very nice food. Poolside area is too good with live band in the evenings. Location is a bit on a narrow lane but ***ageable. Room service and food quality excellent.

The hotel is very new, the hardware facilities are very good, the service is very good, there is a welcome juice when you go to check-in. But the location is a bit off, it takes ten minutes to walk to the beach, and the airport comes to the taxi for an hour and a half. Hotel catering is mainly for Indians, and there is basically no international taste. There are so many restaurants around, you can eat steaks in all tastes, the price is not expensive, and the taxes are few.

Very good and clean resort with good indian food. Except for the fact cannot enter deltin cruise ****** for free even though a guest at same hotel. Which is ridiculous for paid entry

It was my husband’s birthday and I selected waterfront and terrace bar, I am glad I selected this place it was so great. People were so helping and polite and order came on time. The food was so delicious I can’t imagine a better place than this in goa with everything from behaviour, food and ambiance was amazing and upto the mark. and special shout out to Jaidev he was great in helping us order the best food and made our day. Thanks
