The room is smaller than anticipated, i’d pick a bigger one next time, everything is new so the facilities are great. They provide parking and it’s appreciated if you have a car.

前台的各位小朋友都非常熱情，使我有到家的感覺。初到貴地，一切都是陌生的，小朋友們熱情地為我介紹了遊玩、美食的攻略。到了安慶就想看一次黃梅戲，小許小朋友十分熱心地為我聯繫戲票，未果後又指導我如何到幾處現場去碰碰運氣。最終我們不但吃到了“老徽館”的臭鱖魚，還欣賞到了“黃梅戲會館”的演出。謝謝各位小朋友們！

很滿意！到店已經是晚上9點多了，前台還有3個工作人員，告訴我們哪裡吃夜宵，路線怎麼走。房間大小可以，礦泉水是巴馬鉑泉，冰箱裏還有額外的水和飲料。房間裝修細節很好，衞生間的燈光可以單獨設定，而不像有的酒店那樣粗糙地把幾種不同場景的燈設定成一個總開關。出水水壓大，對於我這種急性子而言，真的太過癮了！酒店旁邊就是一條小巷子，可以買菜買水果吃東西，可以感受一把當地人日常的生活。

服務：酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決，員工非常熱情。有種回到家的感覺。
設施：設施十分齊全，有洗衣房，烘乾機十分好用，酒店還有健身房，24小時營業十分方便。
環境：酒店環境非常好，大堂香氛很好聞，乾淨明亮的大堂真的讓人很有好感。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，每個細節都無可挑剔。
值得一提，酒店現在早餐有小龍蝦！真的非常棒，口味很好，自助早餐種類很多，非常棒的一次入住體驗

衞生：很好，尤其是衞生間非常乾淨，洗浴間玻璃門都擦的很乾凈，看來對保潔員的培訓非常到位
設施：沒得説，大堂有咖啡機，設計風格也很好，整個樓道佈局很寬敞，不輸星級酒店
環境：棒
服務：前台每個人都很nice，臨時存了行李也很細心的登記啦，走的時候身份證掉在房間裏，前台打電話給我，因為高鐵票難買不想改簽我能用12306的臨時身份證明進站，前台説可以幫忙寄回家，太貼心了，我對酒店團隊的服務非常滿意

從來沒有見過這種情況，酒店堪稱偷東西的賊，明明拉下了一件衣服和洗面奶，酒店選擇上交衣服，並不上交洗面奶。然後我去清掃車上找，發現了以前顧客n多遺留的東西洗面奶，貴重物品。第一次看見華住會旗下的酒店如此的骯臟。把客人留下的東西歸為己有。真的是太差極了，大家永遠都不要入住這樣的酒店，按我的人格發誓。連夜跑了真的害怕
