By no stretch of the imagination is this a 4 star hotel. The location is remote, the room is small and not quite clean. The shower is faulty. It took around 30 minutes to check in.

早餐品種齊，中式點心，粥等都有，大品種下的小品種不多，非常大眾化。酒店餐廳到龍宮很近，但換票要到五公裡外的遊客中心，玩龍宮的話建議先換票，再入住酒店，自駕可以省每人20元的景區車票費。餐廳晚餐一般，可以嘗試周邊農家餐廳。

不可否認或許你們的其他房型很棒，但是！精簡房型所在的一整棟樓完全就與四星不相干！本以為是半夜入住價格很優惠的四星，結果是也就確實衹值個一百塊錢。你們這種情況就應該分成兩個酒店來運營，或者至少在攜程搞兩個sku吧。不能靠主樓贏得了四星後，再把旁邊招待所包進來賺收益吧

善品，善德房在酒店對面，所以官方照片上放的四合院的風景和善品，善德房沒有任何關係。整個房間還不如幾十塊錢的農家樂，臟，亂，差。所以要定善品善德還不如住旁邊的民宿。真不知道那些説善德善品環境好的人是怎麼想的，從來沒有住過這麼差的房間

離龍宮龍潭入口近，所以選擇了這家酒店，酒店的服務很不錯，前台郭小姐很熱情周到，入住幫忙拿行李，回答龍宮景區問題，無論是入住還是退房，都讓我感到不錯，酒店的早餐也挺豐富。

優點：酒店就在龍宮景區門口，可以避免去遊客中心（離景區挺遠的）排隊乘坐觀光車。
缺點：酒店周圍比較潮濕，所以房間裏面有點黴味，這一點需要酒店服務人員定期除濕通風。
設備：有點老舊，洗手枱的水龍頭離水盆有點遠，水老是溢出。

非常漂亮高雅的酒店，房間舒適齊全，衞生超讚，環境優雅，酒店大堂後面的觀景平台是個大氧吧，酒店和景區一牆之隔，眼前視線極美，前台服務員服務熱情周到，棒極了！

衞生、環境不錯。服務總體尚好，入住時要能有服務員幫助拿行李就好了，因為無電梯上二樓，對我們長者來説，還是比較吃力的。設施一般吧，由於潮濕失修，牆皮有剝落，地板局部有黑斑。
