The platform said to bring three breakfasts, but in fact there is no breakfast at all, the facilities are extremely outdated, and the carpets are extremely dirty. The good thing is that his location is very good and shopping is very convenient.

Perfect place to stay and leave a vehicle when flying from Minneapolis. Rooms VERY clean, love the big shower and good light in the bathroom!! Airport Shuttle is KEY.

Hotel was very clean. Check in took a bit of time. We even came back @ 530 and there was still a long line. Front desk staff was friendly.

Baymont Inn & Suites Bloomington MSP Airport is a decent option by MSP. I booked on Hotwire and honestly meant to get another hotel but oh well. This is definitely an older hotel. Get a bit loud at time. No hotel shuttle. Breakfast was ok: hotel waffles, juice, bread and coffee. No mini fridge or microwave in the room. I slept well. The room was clean. Furniture seemed up to date. Near public transit if that's what you need.

The location is very convenient, the itinerary has changed, on the basis of the original two nights, Trip.com helped merge the order, but unfortunately the front desk did not get it. Communicate with Trip.com customer service overnight, solve the problem

We chose this hotel due to location and price, and I was very pleased with my experience. The front desk staff was (like many hotels these days) single staffed, but the staff were lovely. Warm, competent, and willing/able to accommodate requests. The rooms have been recently renovated and were comfortably and tastefully decorated. Towels and bedding are well above what I expected for the price (around $130 for a king room on a summer weekend). The only part of the room that wasn't remodeled was the tub/shower and it was clean and fully functional. Breakfast was fine with some hot food items and (very important) there's always coffee in the lobby. The hotel is near the airport and the Mystic Lake ****** and there's a nice restaurant next door that's open late. Definitely recommend.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The waiter is always smiling. What do you want? The room is bigger. The breakfast is not bad and the price is cheap. Due to language communication problems, I ordered one less item when ordering, but the next class directly delivered the unsuccessful item and said it was theirs. Mistakes are touching 👌
