Water and hydro were out for hours, couldnt warm food for my 8month old. They had no back up power sources...did not even offer cold water to drink during this time. Manager disappeared, no answers no nothing. Half the time we were there the water slides were not running. Pool was fine but had to buy pool hats or you werent allowed in. Beach time had to be booked everynight for the day after could not book in advance as ther was limited spots available. Rooms were full of aunts, complained to the front desk but was told it is what it is. Breakfast we had to look for our name that was placed on a table took us 20 mins every morning to find the table with our name on it. If there was any nightly entertainment, we have no idea where or when they started as staff was completely useless.

The worst hotel I've ever tried, I went on a school trip and from the outside it looks like an abandoned place, they put me in a room (along with two of my classmates) in one of the domes (nice and all) but it was freezing to death and not even the “heavy” blankets that were there provided any heat. We spent two nights not sleeping, freezing with our sweatshirts on (and they didn't even heat those) and only on the last night did they turn on the extra heating when the room doors had to be opened or closed, was there a method for doing so (but none he had told us) and so we thought that the lock was broken because the key wouldn't come out.

Starting from the fact that the Corvino resort is a place to visit in summer (where there are many more activities) I do not recommend it if you plan to go there in winter or spring, besides this the rooms were very simple with the minimum essential but welcoming, the food was of good quality and the cleanliness of the rooms was good

The outside of the hotel is acceptable, the disgrace and horror is inside. Between flashing and noisy lights, smelly towels, shower curtains that stick to your body while you wash and which seem to be from the Paleolithic, this hotel disappointed my expectations and those of all my other colleagues. Talking about food, every morning and every evening we always found the same few things, in the evening I, being lactose intolerant, was forced to eat vegetables that seemed to have been harvested 5 years ago. NIGH**ARE HOTEL!

Resort ... not even the name ... a nigh**are ... poorly maintained ... rooms furnished from the 90s ... let's not talk about the shower !!!! Almost no maintenance.... A morning without water... so many inconveniences!!!! Never again...so happy to go home after all the noise we've had in these 4 days

Unclean, old and cramped rooms. In the morning they removed the water and didn't even provide a bottle of water to wash your face and teeth. I do not recommend choosing this structure because it would be a disappoin**ent compared to the photos they show

if you want to spend a dream holiday alone or with your family, don't choose this structure, I stayed here in Calacorvino for 4 nights but the disasters started as soon as they handed us the keys, the layout of the rooms is not well defined so for It took us a long time to go up and figure out which room it was, there is only one elevator which to be faster you have to go down the stairs first, the rooms on the 3rd floor are arranged on a long terrace called by me and my companions "airport" because it was vast, empty and unlit, the "railing" of the terrace was a small, very dangerous wall because it was TOO LOW. Upon opening the room we immediately noticed the poor quality fixtures that were not working 100%, furthermore we noticed that a key was able to open all the locks on the floor, upon entering the room we immediately smell a shocking smell of dust and the presence of leaves, the water from the tap and the shower is YELLOW in colour, hair present in the toilet and in the shower, in fact for me and many of the my companions got various infections all over their bodies, the heating didn't work BUT not in all the rooms and the blankets were a very simple, very light wool blanket, in the rooms where the heating didn't work they were given space heaters from the 60's which barely stuck the light went out at the socket, second day, nothing to say other than simply that we finally discovered how to turn on the air conditioners and that when we moved a piece of furniture because the keys had fallen behind it we found a moldy French fry surrounded by tons of dust, the staff was very moody, not to mention the "legendary" disco evening, always the same music, when we reached for the alcohol button we noticed that the bartender also served minors under 18. If I were you I would make a different choice!
