Services are very good. Great location very near Atami Station with great sea wide. Unluckily while we were staying there was a new hotel construction nearby which made the view look less beautiful. The hotel is very old need some innovations which will make customers feel better especially the hot spring bathroom.

The room is great, you can see the night view and the fireworks. The service staff is very enthusiastic and helped us take pictures. The hot spring is also great. The room space is also quite large😆😘 There is also a free massage service for hot springs😘

The room is much bigger than expected, especially the washroom is super big, the location is also very good, a few minutes walk to the station and bus terminal and shopping street, it is very convenient to buy local specialties. The slope at the entrance is too steep, there are anti-skid horizontal *****es to prevent slipping, the suitcase can't be pushed up, it keeps getting stuck on the anti-skid *****es, and later the hotel guy helped to lift it up. The downside is that the breakfast is not very delicious.

It is a very nice hotel with convenient transportation and a strong Showa style. It has a private bath and a good public bath. The harbor is right outside the room window. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and watch the sea view. The service is very good and attentive. Highly recommended.
