The location is not very good. It takes five minutes to reach Constitution Square and 20 minutes to the Acropolis. It is within walking distance from Plaka. Next to it is the Women's Street, where there are various restaurants and supermarkets. The attitude of the waiter is very good, the room is okay, the family room is two completely independent rooms, and the public area at the door is also enclosed as a connection (suitable for luggage), which is very suitable for older children or elderly people of the same shape, without interfering with each other . The only thing is that the power of the hair dryer is too small and the breakfast is basically not changed.

Well, well, well, what can i write or say about this gem. The Electra Palace Hotel, located bang in the middle of downtown Athens is absolutely superb. Everything the city has to offer is within walking distance from the hotel. The view of the Acropolis from our room is spectacular, not to mention the to ”die-for” view from the 8th floor restaurant - you can ”touch” the Acropolis from here!😄 The breakfast at the Electra Palace is top notch and is delicious. The service at the hotel is top notch, and one of the best I have ever experienced in over 30 years of travelling. The staff, from the concierge to the receptionists, and restaurant staff, all provided extremely high professional services. I will single out George, the receptionist, who made us feel extremely welcome with one of the biggest smiles and professional services I have ever experienced. George has a saying each time we interacted with him, and it was ”each time you smile, good things will always come your way.” This saying came through when George found my brand new Samsung Ear Bud after I lost it and the hotel began a whole day of searching inside the hotel and outside at the restaurants we visited. Thank you, George, you're the best. Also, Dimitris, who helped us with our luggages was fantastic. All in all, Electra Palace Hotel is a superb hotel, and we will definitely go back there.

The room we stayed in was very large and beautiful. The staff was friendly and readily available around the clock. We stayed in a room with an acropolis view and it was nice to hang out on the balcony and look out after sunset. This hotel is very accessible to most things and the bus stop is right across the street in case you want to wander a little further. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby walking distance with late hours. There are a few major shopping streets right around the corner as well. I would definitely stay here again if traveling to Athens in the future.

The location is great and some of the staff are too (was made to feel invisible on more than one occasion). if you’re expecting to have that moment of relief when you finally collapse on your bed following a tiring journey, this isn’t the place. I travel a lot and don’t mind paying premium prices but not for a less than ordinary room which this hotel is. I received an upgrade but even this resembled a poorly decorated worn out living room… not worth the money.

This is the best hotel in Athens with a long history, splendid decoration and meticulous maintenance. The location is located in Syntagma Square in the center of the city. It is convenient to walk to various attractions in the city. The rooftop garden restaurant on the roof is the best place to enjoy the delicious food and beautiful scenery of the Acropolis. It's a pity that the room allocated to us just faces the Cigar Lounge downstairs, and the thick smoke smell has also soaked into the private bedding in the room over the years. We couldn't stand it. We called the front desk and only sent a lady to the scene , She returned as soon as she understood the situation. We waited quietly for no further information, and then called the front desk an hour later to ask for a room change. Then another person said why you didn't tell us, that person was just a cleaning lady. We really don't know who she is, we just know that she was sent to solve the problem, but after waiting for an hour, the front desk didn't send anyone again, so we had to contact Ctrip. Ten minutes later, the front desk called to agree to upgrade the room. In addition, the air in the new room with street view is fresh, but the sound insulation is not good, and the sound of cars is noisy all night.

Booked two rooms for a three day stay and both rooms were comfortable and quiet. The bathroom in my room was smaller than my daughters but for me it was fine. Small bath but I managed to use it. The staff are great and breakfast was a good start to the day ahead. Nice coffee. Our flight back to the uk was cancelled due to air traffic control going on strike and the hotel let us stay another night without any fuss even letting us stay in the same rooms. All in all I have no regrets booking this hotel and for the price it’s a great choice. Reception booked our taxi to the airport and it was a fixed price of 40 euros.

The company we received before helped us make a reservation for a few days, and then I didn’t want to move around, so I continued to renew the subscription at his house. Perfectly located to see the sights, and access the buses/ trams/ metro. Breakfast was perfectly adequate to set us up for the day. Cleaner / maid service, no complaints. Plenty of hot water for showers. Airport bus x95, get off, down hill to crossing , then right across next crossing , turn left and its just down on the right. Staff helpful. Roof terrance gives good view ofAcropolis at night .Double glazed windows would improve this place massively, couldnt hear other rooms but city noise at night , motorbikes mainly did disturb us.

I stayed for 18 days, and it could not have been more enjoyable. The apartment is spacious with comfortable bedroom, living room/kitchen, and bathroom/shower. It is well equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, dishes and cooking pots, washing machine, etc. It is maintained in immaculate condition in terms of cleanliness and functioning. It has a balcony too, although it is rather narrow. The location is outstanding, in central Athens, close to Syntagma Square, with easy access to the Metro and other transportation. It is also close to a lot of sightseeing. The streets in the neighborhood were quite crowded, as was to be expected in such touristy area, but this was also the reason for the many restaurants and other stores close by. I was particularly impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff at the front desk, the breakfast area, as well as the cleaning people. Everybody showed an interest in making my stay there easy and more comfortable. In addition, the Roof Garden restaurant on the 6th floor, which is well-known and highly acclaimed in Athens, is an excellent place to have some wonderful dishes, with the same friendliness of the staff, as in the rest of the hotel. My stay in V1935 was memorable, and I highly recommend it if you want to stay in central Athens.

A fantastic hotel! We were in Athens for the first time for a sightseeing trip and the location was perfect for main attractions and neighbourhoods. The hotel was very clean and the staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and generous and on our last day when we left early for a boat they made up a breakfast box for us to take away. Room was lovely, spacious and nice bathroom. Quiet considering we were very central. Hotel organised taxis for our arrival and departure which was great too. Highly recommended especially for a sightseeing trip, it makes a great base.

The location of the hotel is very good, about 200 meters away from Syntagma Square, between Metropolis Street and Ladies Street, very close to the flea market and Monastiraki subway station, in fact, very close to the Acropolis and various attractions, just a walk away. The hotel is on the small volius street, so pay attention to find out. I passed by. Familiar, easy to find. The airport bus X95 reached the end of Syntagma Square, walked downhill across the road, and reached it after two blocks. I have eaten in several nearby restaurants. There is no need to choose. There is no slaughter or deceit, but it is a little more expensive than the one that is not in the city center. The rooms are relatively large in European hotels, and they are very tidy. Apart from the lack of toothbrushes, bathroom supplies are provided, as well as disposable slippers. There is an electric kettle, but the tap water in Athens is not drinking water. After it is boiled, there is a layer of limescale and it is impossible to drink. The twin room I booked was given to a double bed room for one person, which was not bad. It has two balconies, so you can watch the flow of people on the street in a daze. The breakfast is simple, but adequate, with fruit. The two men and two women at the front desk were very friendly and patiently helped me study the bus route, basically answering questions and responsiveness.

Lovely hotel only a couple of hundred yards / metres from Syntagma Square and the Parliament building. Do go and see the guards in their historic and symbolic costumes honouring the tomb of Greece’s Unknown Warrior. Despite being on the main high street of the shopping district this hotel is an oasis of calm. Stunning top floor restaurant/ breakfast area which provides a marvellous view to the Acropolis and Parthenon. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. I would definitely stay here again sometime.
