We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were kind, helpful, and accommodating, and their warm attitude made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The entire property was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The infinity pool was absolutely to die for: clean, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. It really added something special to our stay. The location is excellent for exploring Kuta. It’s easy to reach the town center, and the beach is just across the street, which was super convenient. We didn’t try the food, but the drinks were fantastic. The only downside was the noise from other guests. Some inconsiderate visitors were loud until around 12:30 at night. This isn’t really the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the experience a little. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness, and that amazing infinity pool and services.
