We had a brilliant stay at the twin towers hotel! The entrance is very opulent, and there is always security and stuff on the front desk . Our room was always very clean and the view out of the window was incredible !!! The air-conditioning worked well and so did the Internet, the rooms are very soundproof and came with a lovely big desk ! The hotel is situated about 20 minute walk to Chinatown and opposite some local food market stalls.  there is a 7-Eleven very close. And a short walk to the Metro/ Bangkok main train station. I’m here, it is only a short train into the centre where you can see the large temples and palace or go to the park with the pedaloes are free!  Downstairs there is a fantastic outside swimming pool which is a great temperature and a very well equipped gym with sauna! It literally has everything you need ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel was established in mid-1950s or so, and one can tell that it used to be super fancy and luxurious. It is made up of several buildings, it has a complete set of amenities (spacious gym, outdoor pools, cafe, restaurants, lounge and so on). Even the walk from the lobby to the check-in area could be a bit long as you have to cross buildings to do so. While I unfortunately don’t have photos of the hotel room, I have a couple for the two pools they have. Due to the age of this hotel, it is obvious the rooms are dated, and I needed to walk to all of the places I needed to go to (2km or more for China Town, malls, temples…), but I enjoyed the pools and the gym immensely. The service was OK.

Excellent location, 5 min walk to Samyan station, and just the opposite to Samyan Mirtown shopping center with Big C supermarket inside. 20 min walk to MBK center. Though a bigger Hotel sign is better, I missed the entrance when I passed by from MTR. Hotel also has shuttle to Siam Paragon or China town at specific time (see the attached time table) Wonderful to have Let’s Relax spa within the hotel, easy for massage booking, because if you buy coupons from Klook or KKday , you need one day advance booking. Hotel is well equipped with gym room, next to the pool ( though in the center of buildings, many shades in the morning or afternoon, perhaps more sunshine at noon time) International breakfast with noodle and egg station, 6-10:30am, plenty of time to enjoy. Free minibar includes Pepsi and instant noodles, room fitted with large fridge and microwave oven. Room is clean without carpet and Japanese auto-toilet lid and automated curtain.

Good to have free boat shuttle to Sathorn pier which is close to Saphan Taksin BTS. And the hotel staffs were nice and helpful. When we reported that there were noise from air conditioner, they arranged a new room next day and upgraded my room as well. Will back again for my next trip.

It is a good location near the siam and there are a lot of street food also , the hotel is connect with the sky train so very easy for transport .Housekeeping service are good and bellmen are very kind . At the night time can chill at the swimming pool with the city view also next time will stay this Hotel again .

We stayed in a 2nd floor room with balcony. It was a good size, clean and comfortable. The shower etc all worked well. There is an ironing board, slippers, umbrella etc for you to use. The hotel lobby has a lot of space to relax in with comfortable chairs, sofas etc. There is a fantastic breakfast which we really liked. The outdoor pool looks great and is refreshing during the heat of the afternoon. The gym is adequate for a workout with some dumbells, a smith and a cable machine. From the King power mall entrance right next to the hotel there is an air conditioned shuttle bus to the airport for 100baht a person. We were the only ones on it at 2pm. The hotel isn’t far from BTS/MTR stations but it is still a fair walk away. It would be nice if the gym has reusable cups rather than one use paper cone cups.

The elevators are a complete mess. For example, we lived on the 43rd floor, to have breakfast, we had to first go down to the reception on the 18th floor, change the elevator and go up to the 76th floor. If we take into account the overcrowding of the hotel, and during rush hour the elevator opened on almost every floor, then on average it took about 30 minutes for the entire journey. Breakfast is focused on Chinese and Indian cuisine. In other respects, there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel that can also offer only Indian and Chinese cuisine. Nice bar on the 18th floor. The rooms are large, but the carpet on the floor is noticeably outdated.

This hotel is so relaxing that you don’t want to leave. The staff are friendly and remember your name from the previous day. The room is a good size and has everything you need. The breakfast has a huge selection of delicious choices made. Lastly, the pool is great for relaxing a d drinking cocktails.

I have stayed in the hotel many times throughout the last 3 years. I only had praises for this hotel always, in regards to location, amenities and the comfort. However upon my recent stay I realised that the lack of service at the front desk has declined. I noticed alot of new staff and honestly I did not have the same experience as had the previous times. The only employees that's were great were the concierge, the individual that checked me in and the house keeping. The rest of the front desk need to be trained to be more polite and adhere to a customers requirements. Unfortunately for reasons I will no longer stay here from this experience.

The Banyan Tree is an amazing hotel. The staff is the most professional and friendly and always make sure that the guest are pampered and well taken care off. The rooms are spacious, elegant and fitted with all the things that I need for both work and relax, our Club room was in a very high floor and we had beautiful sunrise views of the park and the river. The hotel has plenty of restaurants and incredible facilities, including the award-winning spa. The Vertigo roof-top bar and restaurant is a must visit for every traveler. I can't wait to return to Bangkok and stay at the Banyan Tree where the staff feels like family.
