This is a classic hotel. The hotel closed to the city central. The room was big and clean. The reception service was courteous and efficient. I am looking forward to my next visit now.

是老顧客了，來了很多次，一直以來很信任這個保定的本土品牌，它也一直有着自己的閃光點，房間的價位不高，裝修佈置簡潔得體，唯一不能理解就是床頭的大鏡子，不知道具體是做什麼用途的，一直都覺得非常的奇怪。不過沒住過沒有這個大鏡子的房子，也不知道是否酒店所有房間都是這樣。
説説這次入住的一點感受，現在明顯能感覺出管理層換人了。現在可以説毫無管理，毫無服務。
進入大堂，沒人問好，甚至前台都沒抬頭看一眼，辦理入住的時候非常機械的説著一些制式的話語，身份證用一下，還回來，再用的時候也不説一些客氣的話，直接就是“身份證再給我一下”。如果你需要用兩次，你可以直接拿着不還回來，如果需要再用也請説明一下，這不是前台的基本禮貌嗎？
來到休息區各種用品擺放的亂七八糟，前台兩個人，也沒人管這個地方，小童遊樂區更是這種情況。
第二天一點多，還沒有退房，大姐直接打開房門，還好及時喊了一聲，不然大姐就進來了。
管理層需要重視一下了，進入房間要敲門，確認沒有人了才能進來，前台也要有起碼的禮儀禮貌。

第一次給酒店這評論，實在是不吐不快，兩天的體驗感受頗多1.酒店管理混亂，外賣快遞都可以進來 2.連住兩晚，早餐食品供應不足，所有人都站着等餐具盤子碗筷子都沒有，豆漿牛奶沒有了，雞蛋半生，麪條比較受歡迎也是供應不足，使用的粗麪條。建議換成細的。煮的快，減少等候時間。整個早餐服務人員沒有系統的培訓，沒人的桌不收餐，我們桌吃一半，去補餐，盤子裏給有餐呢，一回頭，給收了，大無語！3.隔音差，和朋友正常聊天，被隔壁敲門投訴，聊天內容被聽的一清二楚4.早晨的電梯等待痛苦，荷載10人，七人就超載，從十層到一層，漫長的等待。總之，保定是一座冉冉升起的旅遊城市，接待遊客要做好充分準備，一家酒店，帶來差評，沒有好的口碑，很難發展

環境：環境很棒，還有專門的小童玩耍區就是裏面的樂高沒幾個了😅😅
服務：服務態度挺好的

整體比較好，酒店環境很好，地理位置特別優越，臨近保百，北國先天下，酒店設施很新，保養不錯，有智能機器人，但是當天好像壞了，沒有感受到機器人的服務。房間裝修簡潔，大氣，還給升級了房型，整體非常棒！
不足的地方，衞生間浴室的衞生需要提高一下，有小蟲子，應該是比較潮濕的原因，浴門上還有應該是開業時期留下的標記，開業這麼久了都沒清理過.

很贊酒店整體感覺不錯，環境優美，周邊交通便利，地理位置也很優越，附近吃飯逛商場很方便。酒店的入住體驗很好，前台接待服務態度很好，很有耐心。房間打掃的很乾凈。設施齊全，有免費的停車場和洗衣房，很適合遊玩或是出差的選擇，大廳的百寶箱種類很多，還有自助的茶品。相比之下，性價比很高。酒店的服務很好，辦理入住很快，房間設施也很齊全，需要其他東西也會及時送到房間。
