Hotel is really really old. Ancient one I can say. Not worths this price . They didn’t clean my room until 18:00. A fan that you can’t turn off in bathroom is quite disturbing with horrible noise. No amenities at all. I don’t think to return here again.

Great rooms, very spacious and close to the boulevard. Might be alittle old and not all rooms have a view of the ocean.The breakfast has a wide variety and great service.

Musteri memnuniyeti sıfır, calısanlar kaba, turkce bilmiyorlar, gece giderseniz hepsi yeni uyanmiş gibi gozlerini ovusturarak is yapiyorlar. Bir daha asla kalmam cevrede daha butik oteller var onlar denenebilir

Hotel is very old, it's a bit run down, in the spa, they put buckets and towel to catch leaking water.
The worst part was, I booked my stay with breakfast, I wasn't feeling well and ask if they can bring breakfast to my room, they charged me for it again.
I will not stay in this hotel again

The hotel is in a great location, next to the promenade and two minutes away from the Black Sea. It takes about ten minutes to walk to popular attractions.
It is recommended that everyone book a club room. The view in the executive lounge is quite good, there are not many people, and the variety of happy hour wines is relatively rich.
Also remember to bring a swimsuit to try the hotel’s Turkish bath, which is very relaxing.
There was a little hiccup when checking in, but Ctrip quickly resolved it.

I stayed at Le Méridien for two days, and then moved here. The lobby is very nice. The photos of many famous musicians are the highlight. The room is not as big as Le Méridien, but it's okay. The breakfast is very good.
