There are 2 elevators and 10 households on the 34th floor. The service response is a bit slow. I guess it has something to do with this. The hotel is located in the community of Royal Bay Residence. The community is very large and has many shared facilities. However, the public facilities in the community such as the library do not seem to be shared, and there is no swimming pool as advertised.
