The hotel location is fantastic, which can access most of the tourist spots within the metro. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The only stepback is that the hotel decoration is tired and the laundry machine service is expensive. They are charging you differently based on the consuming time! You can reach the hotel by line 2 & 5 and exit H to reach the hotel.

The room 1545 was dated design. It was oak wood cabinets, and did not seem like a 5 star designed hotel. It was very clean, and had a 2 bedroom with washer/dryer in the kitchen area which was convenient. We arrived late and the front desk staff did not really help us at all. They did not welcome us, and just did the check-in transaction pretty impersonal. Later during the day the staff was much better. The location is the best in Beijing, close to Forbidden city, and tons of places to eat. Some of the best restaurants in the world are near by. The breakfast buffet could be larger and have more offerings - but even though sparse the food was good and the service was excellent.
Literally no coffee machine in the room, just a tea pot for boiling water and some instant coffee! This was a huge disappointment.
Also, we called Telephone 0 for front-desk and had to do it literally 15 times to get a hotel clerk. And also the clerk did not understand English but still answered the phone as ”Hello”. They should never say English words if they don't speak English. It makes it very frustrating.
No ATM on site, but about 400m down the street at Bank of China. The taxi stand is down the hill but convenient, but don't use Hotel porter since they just call Didi for you.
Could be better, needs to modernize - but fantastic location.
Oh, the Patisserie / Coffee shop on Level 1 is excellent but not open until 10am. No idea why!
The indoor pool is great - but you need to get a head cap for 30 RMB.

A very central located hotel right in the heart of Beijing and Tiananmen Square and within a few minutes walk from the vast majority of tourist attractions.
The only complaint I have is the limited wifi connection in the hotel and room and asking for guests to login everytime even when in the hotel room or rooftop bar or hotel lobby

Hotel is in a great location, just off the Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. The entrance is very tricky and the lobby shares the building entrance with a courier company. The hotel floors are on the 5th and 6th floors of a mixed use building. The lifts are smelly and stuffy, as the building cleaners use the same lifts to haul out huge stinky bags of garbage. The hotel floors are decent enough. The beds are comfortable and towels plush. However, housekeeping should do a better job of removing grout around bathroom fixtures and the room had an odd smell on our first night. Our room had a faulty shower. Even after the plumber fixed it, we weren’t able to have hot enough water but we just made do with it. Service at the front desk varies. Some are good while others not so. The only male front desk receptionist we encountered made extra efforts to ensure our hot water was functioning again by dropping by twice to follow up and even drying our wet floor himself.

A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise!
Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges.
All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage.
Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese.
My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day.
The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city.
This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work.
I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!

Let me say I had the best experience here! I came with my sister and her husband from Trinidad and Tobago. The location is great , the staff are friendly and efficient not to mention caring. The location really really did it for me. In the early morning I could walk two blocks across and I’d be at the gates of the forbidden city ,which is such a beautiful place to see in the early morning without all the crowds. The restaurant next to the hotel is amazing and has the best Beijing duck in Beijing according to reviews . However if u want to eat there go early and make a reservation or do it online .we were lucky we only waited 45 minutes. 齐亚龙 was also super helpful. They have a washer and dryer and one night someone left their clothes in the dryer (so inconsiderate) however we called the staff and they carefully moved the dry clothes into one of their new laundry bags and that allowed us to use the dryer . Over a great experience. The rooms are clean and they give you water , don’t expect a view from the windows but really that isn’t so important when you’re in such a ideal location

The lady working in the lobby was kind and helpful. She brought our things up and placed them into our room when we left our bags in the lobby as we arrived a lot earlier than the check-in time. She was also very helpful to the questions we had. Furthermore, the hotel is clean and tidy. They also sent up room slippers and extra things using a robot. The location is also great as it is tucked at the corner of a walking street and you can see locals playing badminton, basketball and dancing nearby around dinner time. I highly recommend this place!

This was my second stay in a month at Baifuyi. The first time was two weeks ago, I took a domestic flight from this hotel to Daxing airport. This time I returned to Beijing from Daxing airport and took an international flight at the capital airport. In short, it is close to both airports in Beijing. It's also close to the city center. I got off the plane just over 2pm and took the subway to the hotel just over 4pm.
In the evening, when the traffic is busiest, take a ride to Houhai to have dinner and a night out. The taxi fare is only over 30 yuan a trip, indicating that the road is not far. Back to the hotel at night is by subway. 🚇 On the way we went to the Ginza Mall to buy some fruit 🍎 and drink. it was less than ten o'clock we were back to the hotel. It's as if in this hotel, after getting off the plane, you can enjoy the beauty of Beijing immediately.
And this time because we have one more person, five of us. We got an apartment suite. The two-bedroom, three-bathroom suite is newly renovated, well equipped and very clean. There is a large two-door fridge, a fully automatic washing machine, and a microwave and gas oven. There is more than 100 square meters of space for five of us, more than enough.
It was originally planned for five people to book two hotel rooms. Now it is more affordable and convenient to book a suite.
👍 The rooms all have balconies and large glass flooring, so you don't have to go outside and see the beautiful scenery of Beijing.
The excellence of the customer service was also one of the reasons we chose to come back. Jack Fan at the front desk, very aware of the fatigue of the travelers, he quickly completed the check in, so that we can easily get on board.
Whether I'm in China or abroad, I prefer to book a hotel rather than a bed and breakfast when I travel. Although the hotel is more expensive, there are strict government regulations on fire prevention, burglary and hygiene. Stay at peace of mind in a hotel. I don't think B & B will tell you about the floor plans and escape routes. But it is a must for all star-rated hotels. The advantages of a bed and breakfast are spacious and convenient. At Baifuyi in Beijing, we enjoyed the delicate luxury of the star-rated hotels and the spacious and relaxing nature of the B & B.

Pros - convenient location right beside metro station and shopping mall. Line 10 goes to many tourist sites either direct or with just 1 change. Strong WiFi (but blocked by company security app for those using Ms outlook). Strong hot shower pressure. Clean room with no smoking stench.
Cons - in Oct room air con can only be set at 25 degrees lowest level so room feels a bit warm at times. Toilet seat no bidet (common in Shanghai). Personally don't like bed pushed against the window. Windows is very near to opposite block so have to remained closed at all times else or no privacy.

I was positively surprised by the quality of the hotel. Everything worked as expected, the rooms were clean and very beautiful. Staff is nice and there's a free shuttle bus every 30mins. I can also recommend to book a breakfast at the hotel.
Not to mention the helpful personnel of the hotel (huge thanks to Michael and Rebecca at the reception :)).

KKxV15 stars!! My partner and I visted for 4 days and we have never felt so comfortable at a hotel. Customer service was beyond exceptional and staff was more than accommodating to all our requests. Although I couldn't communicate in English with them, their wechat app chat is 24/7 (even at 4am) and they respond immediately with English translation in wechat. Even after the trip, I still miss the staff and their smiley faces, and our favorite mini robot delivery machine that goes around the hotel because we see their familiar faces every morning and night time. The robot delivers all our late night desserts and breakfast, we practically lived in the hotel and didn't want to leave in the morning. They communicate with you on wechat regarding housekeeping services, all the needs were met by text message and it was the most friendly and convenient customer service we have ever received. Beijing is well advanced and we took full advantage of their technology to get things done efficiently and quickly. We requested them to deliver our luggage to the airport because we were running late for our flight and they loaded the taxi to get our luggage to us at the airport. Im sure the staff knows us at this point which is great, because you wont get this tailored service at bigger hyatt chains etc. For the price at which we paid for these 4 nights was equivalent to 1 night at a cramped hotel in Japan. The location allowed the price to be lower than other big hotels but it wasn't an issue at all because we just DiDi taxi to all our attractions anyway. The cost of uber was so minor that it can be justified because the hotel was so reasonably inexpensive. My partner and I were extremely impressed in every single aspect of hotel living. And im not done!
The amenities were the best we received. The king size bed was super comfortable, more than our own bed at home. I wanted to buy their bedsheets and pillows, must try and highly recommended. We traveled a lot of other cities but park plaza had the most comfortable slippers! The towels were new and white and cleaned daily and folded. They opened 2021 and some of their bedsheets were dated so thats a lot of reassurance youre getting new towels etc. They had all the regular toiletries refilled and complimentary water every day. Windows were automatically button controlled. The best part was the open concept washroom. The layout of the hotel room was perfect for two people. Also where do you get 9ft ceilings in a hotel room? Clean fresh air in our room. It was the most amazing experience and this is not a paid advertisement haha. 15 stars out of 10 and unforgettable experience. Thank you Park Plaza you made our honeymoon trip very memorable 💖
AAnonymous UserFacilities: The facilities are very complete. There is also a washing and drying machine in the lobby on the first floor, which is very convenient.
Hygiene: The room is very clean and tidy. The aunt cleans it very well every time I stay.
Environment: The decoration style of the lobby and rooms is very fresh
Service: The attitude of the front desk staff is very good. They are very enthusiastic and smile every time. They speak softly and make people feel comfortable.
HHumphrey JrOverall I would say we enjoyed our stay, I was looking for a good place to bring my girl and treat her and She loved it!The staff was very friendly and the service was great. The location is pretty far but it’s quite worth it, the view from the balcony is amazing. So if you’re looking for a get away from the city this is the right place, it’s very quiet and peaceful.
HHADIYANTO CUGITOVery convenient location, the hotel is located at a popular district Xidan, near the famous Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing street. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Xidan station exit F1.
The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.
UUzManEverything is great if you stay alone but I stayed in this hotel with my friend and I didn't like the wall of restroom because it was glass wall and the other's good. if I will stay in Beijing I will choose Qiuguo Hotel
PphottigimathThe service was really good. We enjoyed the stay. The staff was very friendly. It is very near to the railway station, so it was really convenient. I should really appreciate the cleanliness, the rooms and the bathrooms were extremely clean. It was an amazing stay. All the staff did a really great job. Extremely happy.
PS: the receptionist was very handsome. So extra happy😁
TTinaMI was only here for 3 nights, but had an extremely comfortable stay. The rooms are large and very well equipped - there is a fridge, microwave, kettle and a really good washer/dryer, which was such a blessing for me after a month of traveling. This is essentially a serviced apartment, but they also have a lovely lounge/kitchen in the basement, with a coffee machine that I may have used a little too much 🤣 It was good coffee and I was really glad for it at the start of a busy day. Their housekeeping staff is lovely as well, as is their security/doorman with the kindest smile. The reception staff went above and beyond to help me with my many queries. I had some delayed deliveries arrive at the hotel after I checked out, unfortunately, and although I'm sure my many requests may have been rather irritating as my friend in Beijing attempted to reroute/collect the late deliveries from the hotel, never once did the hotel staff convey a hint of frustration to me. They were so kind and gracious throughout, and I am genuinely grateful for that.
The hotel's location is an absolute chef's kiss 🤌 There are 2 major subway stations at equal distance from the hotel, and you can pick the station based on which line you need. The hotel is located by the hutongs west of Dongsi, right at the end of the LongfuSi complex, which is essentially a long line of fantastic pubs, cafes, restaurants, and also functions as a community/park of sorts, so you will see lots of families and people walking their dogs in the evenings - I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but it's a very uniquely ”Beijing” experience, not one you would experience out on the busy main roads. One of my favourite things was just walking back from the subway station and getting to immerse myself in this environment before arriving at Base. Also, I read some reviews saying it is inaccessible for taxis - this is not true, as there is a wide enough road for cars; your DiDi driver just won't be able to wait for you as there is no parking on the main street, so you'll need to be waiting for them outside. It was very convenient for my driver to pick me up when I checked out.
Thank you to the courteous reception staff for putting up with all my queries and shenanigans! I'm genuinely grateful and hope to be back again very soon (hopefully next time with fewer questions, but no promises!)
NNHSThey have connecting room. However, you will need to inform house keeping each time to have it opened or close. It’s a bit troublesome but I I guess for the safety of the guest it is it. The drinks in the fridge are free for 1st refill. This information was not shared during check in. Was informed by the house keeper during their daily routine cleaning. Lastly, the hotel provided free wifi as well and again this was not mentioned during check in. Had to call and ask the receptionist to check it out.
Overall the stay was good and if the receptionist/check in staff could explain and elaborate facilities of the hotel would be excellent. Please improve on this.
GGuest UserVery nice stay. Really convenient location. Short 10min walk to the metro. Local fruit store, pharmacy and corner shop just outside. The hotel staff were friendly and Rumble was particularly helpful. Cleanliness of the room was ok with toothbrush, slippers and fresh towels provided.
DDennis Chau KoreaI used to stay her regularly before the pandemic and have not been here in a long time. Glad to see they are able to uphold their quality and service. Wonderful experience. Good price for this seat !! Will stay here again when in Beijing !
