I'm not sure how far it is to the subway station since we took taxis everywhere and didn't use the metro, but I did notice a subway station nearby. The room was a bit small, but the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast was also quite good. Overall, I'm satisfied.

AAyylengWe returned to stay again from 16–18 April and had another pleasant experience. We arrived later in the day (around 3pm), and due to the hotel’s layout, we were given a slightly larger room—not an upgrade, but simply part of the room design. We really appreciated this added comfort. During this stay, we frequently ordered breakfast, coffee, and drinks via *******. On one occasion, I forgot to include my room number in the delivery address. The staff kindly called to verify if the order belonged to me before sending it up via the robot, which showed great attention to detail and care. On our final day, we checked out at 12pm, but our flight was only at midnight. The hotel staff kindly helped us safekeep our luggage while we went out for some last-minute shopping and a short walk. When we returned, Zheng Wensi and the team warmly accommodated us by allowing us to rest at the hotel. We even ordered dinner via ******* and were able to sit and enjoy our meal comfortably in the hotel despite having already checked out, which made the long wait much more pleasant. Overall, the service remained consistently excellent, thoughtful, and guest-oriented throughout both stays. Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to the team for the tea gifted to us—it was a very thoughtful and memorable gesture. 我们在4月16日至18日再次入住，整体体验依然非常愉快。我们当天大约下午3点抵达，由于酒店房型设计的关系，我们入住的是一个稍微更大的房间（并非升级），这一点让我们非常满意，也让入住更加舒适。 在这段期间，我们经常通过美团点早餐、咖啡和饮品。有一次我忘记在地址中填写房号，酒店工作人员还特地打电话确认是否是我们的订单，确认后才通过机器人送到房间，这种细心真的让人印象深刻。 最后一天我们中午12点退房，但航班是在凌晨12点。酒店工作人员非常贴心地帮我们保管行李，让我们可以安心出去走走和做最后的购物。回到酒店后，郑文思和团队也很热情地让我们在酒店内休息。我们还点了美团外卖，并可以在酒店内舒适地用餐，即使已经退房，也让整个等待过程变得轻松愉快。 整体来说，两次入住的服务都非常稳定、细致且以客人为中心。最后也非常感谢酒店赠送的茶叶，这份小心意让人倍感温暖和难忘。

CCaseBooked this place because it was relatively cheaper than some other places that are smaller and farther. Room was huge, as we were just two friends so we have enough space for both of us. There was a laundry room on our floor you can use, and they have a robot to deliver food from your app deliveries. Location was, kinda far from the main attractions but thankfully didi is cheap. They change towels everyday but we noticed that the floors are sometimes not mopped enough for our standard but it was clearly passable. They have centralized air-conditioning so you can’t make it cooler on days that are warm unless it’s their summer season so you have to note that. Overall, they were nice to us with our queries and requests. Room’s spacious and they also have good breakfast option!

She even offered a different room if we were bothered, but we preferred being close to the pedestrian street, so we stayed. The room was spacious, the location was great, and the service was warm and welcoming. Really good!

My son especially loved the setup of the lounge area; the wall art and lighting were perfectly matched, creating a stylish ambiance. The kitchen was an absolute bonus, fully equipped with a Siemens dishwasher and washing machine, and all the dishes and pots were neatly organized. Traveling with a child, I didn't have to worry about a thing – it was so convenient to prepare baby food or warm up meals for him. It truly felt like home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beijing!

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing, and it exceeded my expectations by far. It wasn't overly crowded, so it felt very peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool is a major highlight, integrated seamlessly with the gym on a different floor, creating a spacious, high-ceilinged area with a Southeast Asian vibe. I encountered many Hong Kongers there, from business travelers in the elevator to an elderly couple in the executive lounge; they were all very humble and friendly. The surrounding area boasts a wide variety of restaurants, and the Fortune Plaza Mall is practically a canteen for Beijing's white-collar workers. The night view is also top-notch, with the CCTV Headquarters lit up beautifully. A pleasant surprise was bumping into a celebrity while working out – the 'rooster among roosters,' haha. The Grand Millennium is fantastic, giving me every reason to return. The male manager who handled my check-in was very gracious, and the service was just perfect.

MMay CinThe hotel is old, but the location is very convenient for those of us who use public transportation, as it is very close to the metro station. I stayed here for a couple of days at the beginning of my trip and then traveled to other places. When I returned to Beijing, I chose to stay at this hotel again because the staff are very friendly. One staff member named Xiaosong (小松) kindly helped us carry our luggage to our room, as we were assigned to stay upstairs where there is no elevator. His offer of help was greatly appreciated and made our stay much more comfortable.
