The hotel rooms are clean and well-equipped with telephone, TV, air conditioning, toilet and 24-hour hot water. The hotel also has a Chinese restaurant, gym, laundry and other supporting facilities to meet the needs of different guests, is an ideal place for your business trip.
"Facilities: The room was great. Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained, and the room was clean and bright.
Service: The service was exceptional! š After checking in at the front desk, a staff member escorted us to our room with a fruit platter and toiletries. All the drinks in the room were complimentary. The hotel also provides airport shuttle service. When going to the car show daily, there were two dedicated shuttles every morning to take guests to the exhibition hall.
It's also worth mentioning that the hotel's breakfast buffet was quite good!"

"The hotel was honestly incredible, you're well looked after here, everyone is helpful especially Luna. Greeted with tea and daily dinner snacks, unlimited fruit water and drinks available at all times.
The location is great, had multiple metro stations nearby and the rooms are pretty and very clean.
Could not recommend it more for your stay in Beijing!!"

I booked this hotel as it's very well located between the two airports and very well deserved by the tube in a very nice neighbourhood where you can truly see the everyday life of lovely Chinese people. Following the initial booking for a very nice room, there was an issue and tye management were so professional that they upgraded me for free to the executive suits which was absolutely stunning and beautiful and outstanding views of the whole city at the top floor. The room was spacious, and bathrooms were breathtaking. The management were very nice to me every time and even though they didn't speak English they were always trying to help. The hotel is located around many shops, restaurants and two Hugh malls located around changyiang metro which is direct to forbidden city and tianmen Square. I must admit that I stayed in the last few days but I ended up staying over 5 days because all the rooms are very large, with beautiful views and the breakfast is also very good. The overall impression is that Chinese management is always trying to help you. So, like me, if you are from Europe, do not book a Western brand and be courageous to book a Chinese hotel and experience their kindness and good hearth. I will give top grading to this hotel and will recommend it highly to all my European tourists.

Very good location in Qianmen street. Few steps away from subway, Zhushikou Station exit A. Lawson in front of the Hotel. Walking distance from Michelin restaurants and traditional Beijing shops. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended! We booked a no window room, they gave us a free upgrade.

I found the Grand Concordia Hotel to be a solid and well-rounded five-star property that caters effectively to both business and leisure travelers. Located in Beijingās Chaoyang district, the hotel combines traditional elegance with practical amenities, making it particularly suitable for official visits, business travel, and longer stays. š Location & Accessibility From my experience, the hotelās location on Xiaoyun Road in Chaoyang District is one of its key strengths. Being close to several embassies, commercial offices, and popular areas such as Sanlitun and Solana made getting around relatively convenient. While it is not in the immediate city-center tourist zone, I found transport straightforward, with taxis readily available and metro access within walking distance. This location worked especially well for business-related commitments and appointments. šļø Rooms & Comfort The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a calm and private environment after a busy day. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I appreciated the well-thought-out lighting and overall room layout. Amenities such as reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a minibar added to the sense of convenience. That said, I did notice that some elements of the room dĆ©cor and technology felt slightly dated. While everything functioned well, a refresh in certain areas would further elevate the overall experience. Nonetheless, the room met my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. š½ļø Dining & Facilities The hotel offers a good range of on-site dining options, and I found the breakfast buffet to be varied and well-organized. The cafĆ© and lounge areas provide comfortable spaces for informal meetings or relaxing in the evening. I also made use of the fitness and leisure facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, which were well maintained and easy to access. In addition, the hotelās extensive meeting and event spaces clearly make it well suited for conferences, corporate functions, and formal gatherings. š¤ Service & Staff Service throughout my stay was professional and courteous. Staff at reception and guest services were attentive and helpful, particularly during check-in and with general inquiries. While there were occasional minor communication challenges, these did not significantly impact my stay and were handled with patience and professionalism. š Overall Value & Impression Overall, I felt that the Grand Concordia Hotel offers strong value, especially for business travelers or guests with embassy-related or professional engagements in Chaoyang.
