InterContinental Hotels in Beijing

I booked this suite late because I was attending a concert, and it was the only room left, costing over 3000 RMB for one night. The front desk staff were very kind; they saw I was spending a lot and, knowing I had a family of three, thoughtfully sent up a complimentary breakfast. Evening Happy Hour Cocktails | Buffet: I arrived too late to attend. InterContinental Club Lounge Afternoon Tea | Buffet: I arrived too late to attend. However, for this price, the mini-bar wasn't even free... On the menu, even water cost 5 RMB. I couldn't find any complimentary bottled water in the entire room. It wasn't until I called back after checking out that I learned the water priced at 5 RMB was actually complimentary. But no one told me that! I was already checked out and back home. So, I want to remind others here that the water is likely free of charge. It's definitely the closest and best-standard hotel to the Bird's Nest.

My stay here was a delightful surprise! The hotel has a grand and elegant overall style, and the lobby is comfortable and chic. The room was spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, making for an excellent night's sleep. The front desk staff and guest relations team, DALE and ARIA, were professional and attentive, always promptly addressing any needs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the transportation was also very convenient.
