Every time I visit Beijing with my kids, I choose InterContinental. It's just across the street from Sanlitun, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Plus, there are two subway stations nearby, so getting anywhere is a breeze. The room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless, with great natural light. Mika Flora, one of the staff members, was incredibly gentle and responsible, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service was prompt. My only suggestion would be to improve the quality and variety of pastries in the dessert section. For instance, most hotel restaurants seem to have savory floss bread, and adding more sweet and savory options could make the selection even richer.

A very satisfying stay! Elsie from the service center followed up throughout, making the overall experience very comfortable. I called ahead to arrange a humidifier and a portable air conditioner. My only regret is that they don't have robot delivery for room service. I always book here when I attend concerts. It's comfortable, reliable, and clean. Elsie is super nice, and the location is convenient for getting anywhere. I'll definitely book here again for Jason's next concert!
