Pickup service was really good, wait at floor4 exit 3 and call the hotel. The hotel is very clean and modern. Room thermostats are centrally locked at 30° , that's to hot and the windows don't open! All you can do is open the door to let some heat out and turn the heating to off. High quality large bathroom 3 tins of soda in the mini fridge Free of Charge Snacks vending machines downstairs, you may need help from reception using them. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a large range of foods. Reception were very friendly and helpful special mention to Yo-Yo and Selina for excellent service. Have a translation app to help you. At basement level.theres a small yet to be fully developed mall with a couple of resturants be cautious of LURI BBQ they delivered an extra dish on on the order and they charge for it , I believe this is deliberate ! If you exit the hotel turn left walk to the road and turn left again about 100m up the road is a supermarket, kfc and another resturant Overall a very good place to stay for a layover, you're still 1.5hrs from city centre but only 2km from the airport
