Rooms The rooms were absolutely lovely—spotlessly clean and well-appointed. It was a joy to return to such a comfortable space after a day of exploring the city. Customer Service One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional customer service. Gethin, the front desk clerk, went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. His kindness and helpfulness from check-in to check-out truly made my stay memorable. Dining Don't miss out on the breakfast buffet! It offered a fantastic variety of delicious options and was definitely worth it. Starting the day with such a delightful meal set a positive tone for my adventures in Beijing. Overall, my experience at the JW Marriott was fantastic. If you're looking for a hotel with great rooms, amazing service, and delicious food, look no further! I can't wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, our room was very spacious and quiet and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot and cold western and Chinese food. The staff were very well mannered and very helpful. As a family we would definitely stay here again.
