Piao Home Hotels in Beijing

The hotel entrance is on the side of the building, so it was a bit hard to find on the first day, but it's close to the subway station. I stayed here for 2 nights. The maid only came to clean the room to refill water and toilet paper, collect trash. The bed was not made neatly, and the floor was not swept. All the receptionists were nice, except for the thin woman who seemed to be the boss. She was not very friendly and did not pay much attention to the guests. The hotel provided snacks and coffee all day. Overall, it was convenient.

Location of the hotel is about 10 min walk from the nearest subway station.There is complementary snacks provided daily and free coffee and tea at the reception.A little confusing at the check-in as there are 2 different hotel building.

Superb!!! Staff is very friendly, willing to offer help when needed ☺️ The stay is very comfort, offering free snacks and free access to drama. The bathtub also offers a soothing feeling during this early spring season where the temperature is still quite cool around 0-25°c. Another best thing is we can order food or stuff delivery till hotel. For a family trip, this location is quite ideal, easy access to a lot of tourism location include, the palace muzium, Tian Tan, Summer palace, Yuan Ming Yuan etc. Forgotten to snap the hotel photo, but overall I will recommend others to stay here due to its strategically location. This hotel is very nice and cute. Rooms were little bit smaller but its not that bad, cuz rooms were clean and comfortable. The conditioner worked well but had loud noise. The service was good, and they provided water, snacks and almost breakfast (egg, bread ad milk). Personality was helping in every situation. Thank you for good service.
