Facilities: The room is spacious and well-equipped. The Panasonic high-speed hairdryer is better than the Dyson one without a pool. The air conditioner in room 1012 makes a sudden 'dong dong dong' noise after starting; it would be good to investigate the cause. Hygiene: Very satisfied. I love their body lotion. I left a message, and they sent two extra bottles the next day. Environment: It's very close to Universal Studios, just a short taxi ride away. There's a mall nearby which is great for browsing, and you can access it directly from the 3rd floor without having to go outside in the sun. Service: I mentioned it was our honeymoon, so they gave us a room on the 10th floor directly facing Universal Studios, sent us desserts, and the towels in the room were folded into swans. They found my comb while tidying the room and immediately called me. I'm very grateful! Universal Beijing Resort Shuttle Service: Didn't use it, but there are three time slots available for a free shuttle. You just need to book in advance with the front desk. Welcome Fruit: Plums, a bit sour, haha. The pool isn't big, but I had a quick swim, and the view is excellent. Overall, it's a hotel I would definitely consider revisiting.

Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel

My stay at Wanda Vista far exceeded expectations; I gave full marks across the board. I booked a Deluxe King Room, and the mattress comfort was a real surprise – it was indeed their 'Dream Sweet Sleeper' as advertised, perfect for falling asleep quickly after a long day of travel. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation and was impeccably clean, with no water stains or odors. The hotel lobby and hallways were tastefully decorated in a grand yet understated style, and the environment was quiet. The room's soundproofing was excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff were gentle and polite. Room service was prompt, and the cleanliness details were perfectly managed, with tabletops, corners, and the vanity all spotless. All the in-room facilities were well-maintained and looked new, and the electronics worked smoothly. The location offers convenient transportation. Overall, my stay was comfortable and reassuring; all the qualities you'd expect from a high-end hotel were present. It's a very reliable choice for trips to Beijing, and I'll prioritize staying here again next time.

The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's just a few minutes' walk to the National Art Museum subway station (Line 8). Lao She's Former Residence and Wangfujing are both within a ten-minute walk. We even walked to the Forbidden City – it was quicker than taking a taxi or the subway! Even though it was hot, the breeze made it much more bearable than I expected. The staff were all very friendly, the cleanliness was good, and the facilities were decent, though the mattress was a bit too high. The pool isn't huge, but it's sufficient. Breakfast was just okay. My only real complaint was the mini wontons at breakfast. Other hotels cook them fresh, but here they seemed to be pre-cooked and then reheated, which made them a bit mushy. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd probably stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, surrounded by luxury shops, making it very convenient to get around. The Mandarin Oriental's attention to detail is superb. The understated luxury and 'old money' vibe are precisely my style. The vanity room is spacious, and they prepared welcome fruits and snacks, a bottle of red wine, and even pear soup, along with a beautifully written welcome letter. It truly made me feel right at home. Breakfast is a mix of buffet and à la carte, with fresh, organic ingredients and amazing flavors. I even had breakfast alongside the Russian ambassador at the next table! Sipping a coffee with a Forbidden City latte art design on the large terrace overlooking the Forbidden City, I truly experienced a taste of royal life. So happy! 😃

Nestled within the historic hutong fabric of Beijing's Second Ring Road lies a magnificent estate: the Beijing Wangfujing Zilon Garden Hotel. Stepping into No. 1A Xiyangwei Hutong in Dongcheng District, the traditional arched gateway and the 'Zilon Garden' plaque immediately catch your eye, revealing its past as the residence of Prince Zaitao during the late Qing Dynasty. The hotel masterfully blends traditional Chinese courtyards with modern high-end design. Amidst flying apsara murals and intricately carved wooden cabinets, the thoughtful inclusion of a children's play area adds to the elegant and luxurious ambiance found in every detail. This courtyard, rich in cultural history yet equipped with modern amenities, serves as an excellent starting point for a city walk. From the hotel, you can stroll to the bustling Wangfujing Pedestrian Street in just 15 minutes. Within a 15-20 minute walk, you'll find iconic landmarks such as the Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, Nanluoguxiang, Shichahai, and the National Art Museum of China. Start your morning with a bowl of incredibly fresh fish soup, a warmth that deeply satisfies, making you think, 'I'd come back just for this.' Ascend to the hotel's highest point, where the imperial red walls blend with modern skyscrapers, offering panoramic views of old Beijing's hutong charm and contemporary urban flair. Here, you can live within the folds of history while simultaneously embracing the city's vibrancy—it’s the ideal choice for experiencing Beijing's ancient charm and modern convenience.

My flight was delayed until the early hours, forcing me to rebook for the next day. I chose Cordis because it was close by and offered a shuttle service. As a brand under Langham, I know the price and brand positioning are what they are, so I shouldn't expect too much. However, the front desk agent didn't say a single word during the entire check-in process. After handing me the room key card, they didn't even mention the floor, and I had to ask myself (since the room number was four digits, it was hard to guess the floor). I also had to proactively ask about the shuttle departure times, and they didn't inquire about breakfast needs. The whole time, I felt like I was checking in with a machine. The soundproofing was mediocre; I was woken up early in the morning by thumping noises in the hallway outside my door. Strangely, though, I barely heard any airplane noise. Furthermore, I don't understand the room's layout. There's an enormous wardrobe door with a mirror next to the bed, and directly opposite the bed is another mirror covering half a wall. The bed is surrounded by mirrors. Even putting feng shui aside, anyone waking up in the middle of the night would be startled by this. The shuttle driver deserves praise for proactively helping with luggage.

My recent stay at Empark Prime Hotel Wangfujing was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend it highly enough—especially for Muslim travelers! From the moment I arrived, Manager Khalid Mohammad set the tone for a flawless experience. He personally ensured a seamless check-in and, most importantly, took the time to walk me through the hotel's excellent halal breakfast options. Knowing that I could start each day with delicious, properly certified halal food made such a difference. He also reassured me about the hotel's Muslim-friendly amenities, including prayer direction indicators and a quiet, comfortable space for prayers. The concierge team, Lukas and Elio, were equally outstanding. They went out of their way to assist with my luggage and provided spot-on recommendations for nearby halal restaurants outside the hotel. Their friendly, attentive service made exploring Beijing completely stress-free. The hotel itself is perfectly located in the heart of Wangfujing, just minutes from the subway and major landmarks. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed. A massive thank you to Khalid, Lukas, and Elio for making my stay so memorable and comfortable. If you're a Muslim traveler looking for a worry-free, welcoming stay in Beijing with fantastic halal dining, this is the place to be!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful hotel that I'd love to return to! My son and I stayed here, and our experience exceeded all expectations. For my son's birthday, the hotel staff gave us a free upgrade to a themed kids' room. My son was absolutely thrilled—it was one of the highlights of our trip to Beijing. A huge thank you to the management and staff for such attentiveness to guests! I especially want to commend the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The concierges repeatedly assisted us with calling taxis and answered all our questions, which made traveling around the city very easy. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and cozy. The hotel has a pleasant aroma, and the classic interior creates an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. Breakfasts were also a pleasant surprise: a wide selection of dishes, including European items, so everyone can find something to their taste. We were very pleased with our choice. Many thanks to the entire team at Grand Concordia Hotel for the warm welcome, care, and wonderful memories of our first trip to Beijing!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Beijing. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm, professional, and attentive service that made me feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and stunning views of the city. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding, especially the breakfast selection, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore Beijing’s major attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and luxurious environment. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown by every member of the team. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable.
