This hotel experience was great! The room was spacious and bright, the decoration was exquisite, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. Hotel facilities are perfect, cost-effective, wifi is strong, there is free parking, there are shopping malls nearby, shopping is convenient, cost-effective. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the stay was assured, and the check-in was fast. The staff is warm and welcoming, will take the initiative to say hello, very intimate, and send fruit plates and snacks! I will choose to stay again when I travel again!

Very good, the room rate does not include breakfast, the front desk lady added breakfast for free. Clean and sanitary, warm service. Meeting in the park, it is very convenient to eat on the underground floor downstairs, thumbs up 👍

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We loved the fact that we were able to do our laundry. That is definitely a plus if you want to travel light and not carry too many clothes. The location is also very convenient and there are plenty of shops and restaurants near the hotel. We enjoyed our experience in this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future if we visit Beijing again.

The hotel is really near to Wangfujing metro (approximately 3 mins walk from E3 exit) which is super convenient for us especially when we have many luggages. Secondly, the hotel rooms are really spacious and is enough for us to put 4 big luggages. Lastly, to us, it's worth the price paid given that there are so many good points about the hotel. There are 2 washer and 2 dryers, free mineral water (you can get more if it's not enough!) and some of the receptionists were really friendly and helpful too (sadly not all :( ). Also thankful that the hotel allow us to check out an hour later! Will definitely stay again in the future if i visit Beijing and will recommend this hotel to friends and family too! 酒店距离王府井地铁站非常的近而且很方便。房间非常的大，可以容纳4个大的行李。而且酒店还有两架洗衣机和烘干机，以及免费提供饮用水。有些前台人员非常的有礼貌和热情，在我们遇到困难时会及时帮忙。也感谢酒店让我们迟一个小时退房！下次再来北京一定会再光临这间酒店，也会介绍亲朋好友来住！

I stayed here once in 2022 and 2023 respectively. This is my third time. This time, the small table was a bit dirty on the first day. The rest of the service is very good. The robot delivers food very quickly. It would be better if the room soundproofing can be improved. P3: The keycaps were shaken off by the flight check-in. P4: The takeaway was delivered very quickly and was still hot (the small table mentioned above is this one)
