We stayed 5 days at Louisa's place. This is a place to recommend to anybody who needs a central location in Berlin, with huge rooms/appartments and a top service quality. The hotel is located on the famous Ku'dam with anything you need around it (from restaurants to smalll supermarkets to luxury shopping ...). We travelled with our 2 French Bulldogs and they were soooo welcome, very rare in the world we're living in! Thank you also for the possibility to have a private and closed car park (even if a bit narrow but we did it!). We'll definitively come back for a thrid time!

The style is unique and the interior is tastefully decorated. The room and bathroom are large. Facilities and equipment are very good. Convenient transportation, walking distance to the hub of the transportation hub zoo, very convenient by train, s-Bahn, u-bahn. There are restaurants nearby, not far from the famous street. There is also the Berlin University of the Arts. The staff are friendly and friendly. Waking up in the garbage truck one morning, a little regret. In addition, the hotel can use fitness equipment. Enjoyed every aspect of staying at KPM Hotel and Residences with only one issue. On the last morning I was there, I went down to the restaurant late morning, to have a cup of coffee. I order the coffee and then asked whether I could purchase a pastry to go with the coffee. I made it clear I did not want breakfast but the person indicated that the only pastries were the left overs from breakfast. I had two pastries thinking they were for free and better than nothing. Anyhow, I was charged 7 Euros for the coffee and croissant. Both tasted like left overs from breakfast and when I looked around the pastry cart was gone and my guess is that what was there would have been thrown out. I went to pay thinking it was my fault but then because I wanted to pay by visa card, the waiter said it would be 10 Euro! I mentioned this to the staff member on the desk when I checked out and she agree it was poor service but she still charged me. It was the one big blemish on your excellent hotel and a real pity. Staff need to be able to use some judgement and/or initiative to waiver the cost is situations which ultimately reflect badly on the hotel for the gain of 7 Euros. Anyhow, it would not stop me staying in your hotel but I would be very wary of ordering from the restaurant outside of breakfast or dinner. On a more positive note, the dinner both nights in the Vietnamese restaurant was delightful.

Excellent luxury hotel with an excellent location. The concierge was very helpful and the entire staff was extremely accommodating and provided first class service. My room, although it was luxurious and the bed super comfortable, did look a bit old, and small for what I expected. The breakfast was great, very varied and with top quality traditional German ingredients and dishes. I especially remember the chefs who explained the ingredients to me and Andreas at the restaurant reception with a great attitude every time he saw us. I highly recommend this hotel , excellent option to visit Berlin

Stayed again, as always good. The room is large and comfortable. The only thing is that the washbasin is too high and too wide, which is a bit inappropriate for Chinese women. They can only wash their faces on tiptoes.

I went to this hotel with friends and we stayed 2 nights. The room is like the one in the photos, clean, very hot, with every comfort. The hotel is located in a Charlottenburg area full of shops and shopping centres and restaurants of different types and near public means to reach the rest of Berlin quickly. We did not enjoy breakfast service because we are very expensive (19 Euro per person) . The only bad note and for me is the first time that I happen to a hotel of this level was the lack of cleaning of the room and bathroom after the first night and the change of the sausage. However, this is a hotel that I recommend for both staff and cleaning and services.

We stayed at HI Berlin City West for 3 nights. Hotel is two blocks from Savignyplatz station with lots of shopping and dining options in the Ku’damm district. Kadewe is a few stops by bus. It’s also two bus stops from the Zoo station which is a major bus and train terminal. S9 takes you directly to BER if you need to catch a flight. The hotel is reasonably priced, updated modern and very clean. Typical European breakfast buffet included has lots of options like cold cuts, fresh fruits, bread, scrambled eggs, waffles, bacon, yogurts, etc. Housekeeping was done every day. The most important asset is the staff. Max L. was extremely helpful and enthusiastically helped us with all our requests. The only concern I have is we were assigned to a room on one side of the hotel which faces the train track. The train schedule is limited at night but we are light sleepers. Mary K. diligently and promptly resolved our concern about the noise and moved us to a higher floor.

We were again very satisfied with the accommodation - as always! When we are in Berlin, we are night here. The transport connection is cheap to reach from the HBF with line 245 easily - to the ZOO station and the center too. A metro station is also cheap to reach.

The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!

I have stayed in the beautiful Novotel Berlin am Tiergarten for a business Meeting and extended my stay for visiting Berlin. The Hotel is the perfect combination of a business and leisure Hotel. The breakfast (especially for vegeterians/ vegans!!) offers a huge selection and the Riesling at the Bar is delicious. The staff I had contact with in various departments is just outrageously friendly and I really felt at home. The location of the Hotel is just perfect if you want to have a quick run in the morning with the huge Tiergarten Park right in front and with the train Station also in front you can travel anywhere super quick and convenient. The Spa Area was bigger than I have imagined, including a Gym, a Sauna, Steam Bath and a really huge outdoor sun terrace. I will definitely visit this Hotel again when I travel to Berlin. For me personally- my best Hotel stay ever.

We stayed in the ”More space” apartment on the sixth floor. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable. Inside there is a table with four chairs, a bathroom with toilet and washing, another bathroom with shower, Washing and washing floors for towels and others, a kitchen with induction floor and washing machine, a comfortable bed with two single pillows, a large chair and a pump. The cleaning is good, but take care that the cleaning during the stay is payable. The towels are changed every 2-3 day. The kitchen is provided with salt, pepper, sugar and washing pills. 👍🏻 U-Bahn station is reachable through the street. Very comfortable to move. Furthermore, there are many restaurants and shops nearby, although I don't recommend baking-padding on the other side of the street. The supermarket (closed Sunday) is almost attacked. We have been very good. Only small bads the excessive heat and poor washing.

I have just returned from 4 nights at the Leonardo Berlin. I chose this hotel as it was the closest to my brothers apartment near Charlottenburg Palace. The price was extremely good value for money. Wilmersdorfer Straße is a few metres from the from door with all the shops you could want. 20 minutes walk to Charlottenburg palace or 2 stops on the underground which is a 2 minute walk. Our room was a comfort twin on the 4 floor, which was extremely clean and spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities, plus a free bottle of water on arrival. There was a an excellent selection at breakfast. Bacon , scrambled eggs and sausages most mornings. Full selection of continental cheeses, meats and salads. Pasties and breads galore. The ladies in the restaurant were extremely helpful as my mother has trouble walking, they helped her to a seat while I went and got breakfast. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend to anyone. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Berlin

Booked this hotel last minute for $67 a night for a small, single room. I booked it largely due to the neighborhood which has more of a residential feel than a tourist feel. With that though know you aren't going to be walking distance to the sites but you will be within 30 minutes via public transportation (you have multiple bus stops at a train station right next to the hotel and a U Bahn station around a 10 minute walk away). Anyway the hotel is a cute, no thrills property that's small but has what you need...wifi, a bed, good shower, and a mini fridge. There is no AC which I knew about but there is also no fan in the room which was annoying. Luckily the room that I stayed in did have 2 large windows that opened. I would not stay here though during a heat wave in Berlin which I have experienced but thankfully during my recent trip the weather wasn't hot so opening a window was fine. The bed itself was okay. Not really that comfortable but not really uncomfortable either. The room is tiny and bare bones as well with limited wall outlets so you will likely have to charge things in the bathroom. Staff wasn't friendly but they weren't rude. Didn't get breakfast which looked good but I stuck with just going to local bakeries for a couple pastries and coffee which was a lot cheaper. The main reason this isn't 4 stars is due to the noise and I wasn't even facing the main street. There is a ton of noise at all hours from men who seem to be living in the pension next door (they seem to like kabobs know what I'm saying...). I'm not kidding but you will want to sleep with headphones on that you wear on flights to block out outside noise because the sound is that bad (even during the week after midnight). I still heard noise even with them on. upstairs as well throughout my stay! There's a review here who mentioned hearing running upstairs. We must have been on the same floor because I've been hearing someone running. In short would I stay here again? Maybe. I definitely would not stay here in a heat wave because to me, you need air conditioning not a fan. If it's not a heat wave, I would try to stay in the general area if I could get a good night's sleep for around the same price.
