Great location on the Wharf and very clean, spacious rooms. The two issues: 1) the service at the front desk and with the valet is quite poor, and 2) the amenities are becoming outdated. The spa (Exhale) is nice, but hotel guests need to pay $60 for a pass to use the sauna and steam. It is not included in the room rate.

This hotel is located in the safest area in Boston, facing the sea, with a good view! However, the facilities are relatively old, and the service is really hard to describe. I feel that several front desks are incomprehensible and sloppy; they have paid in full in advance and have been repeatedly informed, and the room fee has been swiped twice. If there is no instant message on the credit card , will muddle along in a daze, I am really convinced, and I have no apologies for making mistakes, and I have fully felt the maddening casualness and sloppyness, and the service is poor!

Ordered a room and arrived, got wrong room. charged us the same for a downgraded room since they double booked and gave us the wrong room.

We love the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is walking distance to Quincy Market, the Aquarium and Children’s Museum. It was the perfect place to stay with our toddler.

While the property was spacious, the walls were thin and a noisy couple was given a room right next to ours in a hotel was had many other unoccupied rooms. Also, the mattress in the room was definitely not of the quality we would have expected. Also paying $55 for valet parking was frustrating.

Life long Boston resident- first time in this hotel and area. Pleasantly surprised- area is clean, gentrified, convenient to Northend dining and downtown shopping, hotel is clean, nice and great customer service.
