GGuest UserThis guesthouse is located right in the heart of Nanping Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. You can walk straight to Kunming Old Street, and there are tons of great food options nearby, so exploring and dining out is a breeze. The property itself is a charming old-style courtyard, with a second floor featuring a terrace and a tea room. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and just chilling out. Plus, there are seven gentle and adorable cats, plus a dog, which the kids absolutely loved—it's a truly immersive cat-petting experience! The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. In the evenings, the butler even brought complimentary milk. When my child's shoes accidentally got wet, the staff proactively offered to dry them. Any requests we had during our stay were promptly handled, and the overall experience was excellent. Just a heads-up: the building is an old structure with only stairs and no elevator, so if climbing stairs is an issue for you, you might want to reconsider. The soundproofing in the rooms is a little bit thin, but the owner thoughtfully provides earplugs. Considering the location, ambiance, and service, it offers fantastic value for money and is definitely worth a stay!

JJalieRoom was very clean and spacious. Cars do not stop in front of the hotel entrance and stop only at the main road so there is a short walk to the entrance of the hotel. There is self service bottled mineral water and dry snacks available at a mini bar beside the front desk, which is a plus. The heater/ aircon in our room was not functioning in the middle of the night and there was no ventilation. The staff kindly sent a fan to the room. Our room was quiet and bed was comfortable. There was a good variety for breakfast but the fruits runs out fast. Did not explore nearby but there seems to be a couple of eateries around.

Because I chose a suite for my birthday, it was very retro and very filmed! Hygiene really has nothing to say, can not find any problems, the bedding is also very new, the slippers are very comfortable, the toothbrush is very easy to use, there are various foam hand sanitizer and laundry detergent these small details are also very plus points, but if you have a disposable toilet pad, it would be better. The facilities are very complete in all aspects, the sofa and bedding and the wardrobe are very high-quality, very high-end and textured, the overall decoration style is really like, whether it is the appearance of the hotel lobby or the interior, the rooms and corridors are very American. The high-end atmosphere is high-grade, and the service is also very good. Every waiter I met from check-in to check-out was very warm and thoughtful, and very caring. I have introduced it to several friends. I will definitely choose here if I have the opportunity in the future! However, there is a suggestion that the sofa cushion of this suite has a broken corner cushion. If there is a condition, it is recommended to renovate it. Bbinh xinhFacilities: Pretty good, not old at all! Stayed for three nights! Cleanliness: Decent. Environment: Good. Service: Excellent! The front desk staff and housekeeping were all very friendly. The restaurant on the first floor was great too!! Unlimited access to the double hot springs: The weather was a bit chilly these past few days, so the hot springs were perfect! We didn't go out much because of the rain, but the kids had a blast! The hotel service was really nice, and we'll definitely come back next time! The front desk service was great; they helped us arrange a car for our departure, and the car was also excellent! Highly recommend for family trips, especially if you have children!

Although it's an older establishment, the overall quality is still decent, and the location is convenient for feeding seagulls. The hotel even provides bread for feeding them. The toiletries have always been high quality. Since I was traveling with a child, the housekeeping staff proactively asked if we needed more bottled water, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food tastes good. The rice noodles are particularly delicious. I forgot something in the room when checking out, and the hotel called to remind me and then helped mail it back. Thank you.
