Another wonderful stay at this lovely hotel in central Kunming. The hotel is stylish, the rooms and beds are comfortable, and the location cannot be beat. Amazing all around. Polly was an excellent manager, and took really great care of me. Highly recommended, I will come back again soon I hope.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was incredibly attentive and helpful. This place offers amazing value for money – I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Every visit to this hot springs hotel is a wonderful choice! Came this time with a group of 3 other ladies and we had a great time! The food is varied and delicious, the hot springs were therapeutic and wonderful, and the room was excellent. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially patient with my poor Chinese. 🤭 definitely recommend!

very nice and friendly counter staff. best location if you plan to visit Haigeng park or Xishan. my kids love to stay here, which is the most convenient to feed seagull. seagulls in Dianchi or Haigeng park are more active than those in Cuihu park or green lake park. some more useful support by this property is to privide free seagull food, free drink and after tea.
