Nearby attractions are within walking distance, offering both a escape from the noise and convenient travel. It's highly recommended for short trips.

Booked this courtyard hotel for a layover in Kunming, and it truly exceeded my expectations! ✅ Super attentive service: The butler proactively helped us with our luggage when they saw we had a child, and even prepared 'cat treats' for the baby every day to feed the cats. The attention to detail was incredibly touching! ✅ Incredibly soothing environment: The courtyard is filled with lush greenery, like a small garden, and there are nearly 10 super friendly cats. If you leave your room door open, they'll come in to play, even stretching out on the bed. They're so soft and utterly therapeutic! ✅ Convenient location: It's right near Nanping Pedestrian Street, making getting around and finding food very easy. The room was clean and tidy, and we had a particularly comfortable stay. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic. This is a hidden gem I'd highly recommend to friends traveling with children!

Perfect location in a walkable tree-lined neighborhood, where there are lots of upscale restaurants and bars and cafes. The hotel isn’t the newest and could use a touch-up in places but very interesting design, cool artwork in the lobby, huge rooms. A couple machines for laundry and gym on top floor. Service at the reception was super helpful. Breakfast is in a restaurant that is a German beer place during the day and night. Selection is modest but sausages and delicious broth and noodles, the bread could have been more fresh. Would stay here again.

The rooms have a lovely Southeast Asian style, and the hot springs are great too. It's perfect for a family trip with kids and seniors, and it's close to Kunming Station. There's a buffet inside, so you can spend the whole day there without even needing to go out. The soundproofing is good, and the service is excellent – warm and polite.

The hotel environment is very good, the housekeeper is also very caring, very warm service to us, the style of the hotel is very beautiful, it is very comfortable to live, and the parking space at the door is free, it is very convenient to drive or take a taxi. There is also a restaurant and a place to eat supper outside the hotel. If you order takeout, there are also robots delivered to the door of the room. The service is very thoughtful. Breakfast is eaten on the first floor. The quality of the restaurant is very good. Chinese and Western food are available. The nutrition is also very rich. The hotel staff is also very intimate when checking out. It is a good experience. My family and I feel very good after staying. I placed the next day's renewal order again. I feel very good at staying at this hotel this time!

The hotel is located right by Dianchi Lake, with separate lanes for vehicles and pedestrians. There's an observation deck not far from the hotel, and it's about 800-900 meters to Haigeng Park and Haihong Wetland. However, you still have to walk further to get to the cable car station, and I estimate the dam is even further – I didn't go there. The hotel is 2.3 kilometers from Xingti Road Station on Metro Line 5. Our package included one complimentary drop-off service to the metro station, which was really good. It would be even better if they offered round-trip shuttle service to the metro for backpackers. However, there aren't many shops around the hotel. For dining, it's either the hotel restaurant or ordering takeout. Park 1903 Commercial Street is about 3 kilometers away, so it's more suitable if you have a car. The hotel service was excellent. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and drivers were all incredibly gentle and friendly. The manager even proactively helped us with our luggage. The hotel is quite understated; in fact, the observation deck not far away offers amazing sunrise views, but they never promote it.
