The hotel is brilliant for kids you have the pool that my kids loved and felt safe as the life guards are always watching the entertainment staff was amazing especially Isabella we loved her the kids club was great the food was lovely loved the fresh pancakes and sti fry noodles the rooms had everything you need for round children the entertainment was amazing there was 13 of us we all had a lovely holiday

I had no idea what this hotel would be like before going and had booked it very last minute. Upon arrival the reception staff were absolutely desperate to help. Anything you wanted, they were there to help 24 hours a day. I went as a single parent with my two daughters, 13 and 11. Who are not keen on staying in new places at all. When we arrived in our room their faces lit up. It was a simple room with three beds. Very clean and welcoming. The all inclusive deal was amazing. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner was brilliant and had so many options we over ate every meal time. There was also a snack bar, and a pool bar too with ice cream and slushies and beer! The buffet had freshly cooked options and was different on each of the four nights we were there. We had to check out early (before 7am) and the breakfast buffet starts at 7:30, but the reception staff opened up a room for us to have some biscuits and pastries and drinks before we left. The cleanliness was perfect. Rooms made up ever day with beds made and fresh towels. The pool was cold but we visited mid April so very early in the season. There is kids entertainment during the day and a show each night. Before the show they have a kids mini disco where they give a ‘diploma’ to all the kids who had taken part in the days activities. The animation staff were perfect and my older kids wanted to be watching every night to see the kids getting their diplomas and singing the funny song. Or seeing who was ‘sleeping’ Recommend 100%. Very bad decision to come here. The food was bad, room smelled moldy and entertainment was boring. Wouldn’t recommend it at all. We ended up with eating outside of the hotel instead because of the poor taste of the buffet. The room was filled with ants. The reception was rude and talking about the guests and making fun of them when they were not there. Very unprofessional.

Amazing holiday. Kids loved it all especially Ginger. She was great. Pools and slides perfect for younger kids. Food was nice and there was always something that everyone liked. Snack bar was perfect for picky son. Would recommend and will return

Disappointing in many ways, definitely room for improvement. Air conditioning didn’t work in our room, at reception they suggested moving the switch but that didn’t help, kept waking up due to the stifling heat, had to keep the front door open and the patio door open to cool the room, which really doesn’t work overnight. Room was clean and bedding and towels clean. Not much wardrobe space. Lots of mosquitoes around the hotel. We had major problems getting into the room as the key cards didn’t always work, this then involved several visits to Reception where the first technician took ages to come, we were waiting for nearly an hour after a night out in Paguera to get into our room, he then spent half an hour trying to fix it. The following day required us staying in the room for part of the morning to fully resolve the door lock issue. Breakfast and lunch options were bland and the same everyday. Occasionally the evening options offered a better choice. Kids club seems to cater more for young children aged around 4. Not much staff around and only one bar open with one server in the day which meant very long queues and wait times for a drink. The kids enjoyed the slides. The entertainment in the evening was poor, we spent more time eating out and trying to find more interesting places with entertainment than we’ve ever done before staying in an all inclusive hotel. Steep steps and hill to the rooms which is not so good for older and less able people and small children, the paved area was also in need of attention, three different family members tripped and cut their toes. Paguera itself is a lovely little family friendly place. Unfortunately the hotel provided a disappointing stay for the whole family, 12 of us stayed here in May 2024.

The staff especially Olaf were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and the food was very varied and available up until 9pm. It's a very hilly resort so be prepared for q good work out on the legs. The only negative I have is the lack of drawer and wardrobe space.

Great break in April.The rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily.The food was presented and cooked well with plenty of choice even for fussy children.We used the bus provided to get to town ,which had plenty of shops and restaurants, this runs every 30 minutes but can walk there in 15 minutes.The staff in all areas where lovely especially the children reps.

Nothing special, you get what you pay for. So we didnt expect anything amazing. Main issue was that one of the maids took my daughters teddy when she was cleaning our room, she had it for 7 years. She was devastated, there was no help from hotel staff,they lied that teddy will be found. Really bad experience!!!

We visited 6th to 13th May. My husband, 2 daughters and partners and a 4 year old and nearly 1 year old. The quality of the rooms was fabulous. Towels changed daily and very large bath sheets! Not a skimpy thing! Hand wash dispenser and body lotion in bathroom and a hair dryer that works! Shampoo and conditioner in beautiful walk-in shower area. Safe in room which can be paid for 28€ plus 5€ deposit. Gave us peace of mind when away from the room re valuables/passports etc. Adequate facilities for clothes and around 10 hangars on rail. Decent unit for make up with stool underneath. More than adequate lighting and plugs for charging phones. Decent veranda with table, chairs and clothes airer. Lovely beds with decent mattress! I had no trouble sleeping. There was even an horrific storm during the night on the Tuesday night/Wednesday morning which woke my daughter and son in law but me and my husband never heard a thing! Slept throughout! Wonderful pool areas in particular the main pool with the slides and kiddie splash pool. Well supervised by 2/3 lifeguards who were on hand during pool opening hours. Adequate sun beds and loads spare. A minority did have towels on them but majority didn’t. Loads more stacked up ready for use as the season gets busier. Decent restaurant and assortment of food to suit everyone’s palate. Fabulous service by all staff in there, working their socks off to wipe and clean each table after use and replenish foods going low. Reception staff were superb on arrival. Very efficient and friendly. Likewise on departure. The hotel runs a courtesy bus down to the beach/town which runs very efficiently. Worthwhile using it. All in all a very good accommodation which we thoroughly enjoyed staying in. Thank you
