The place is nice, clean, tidy, comfortable rooms, the bathroom has fast and boiling water, the view is great, the food is delicious and there are lots of choices, and the most impressive thing is the service is very good and friendly, everyone... just satisfied...👍👍👍

The first time I stayed here for business activities. The rooms are very spacious with a wide selection of beds with available room types. The lobby is very spacious and well laid out. All the staff are friendly, especially Ms.Maharani, she always says hello maybe because I often go back and forth until she knows my name. thank you Ms Maharani for the service and all the staff are also very agile. No one welcomes you at the reception, there were three females reception standing, they gave you eye contact but no one knows how to greet you, they asked if I made the reservation, I told them that I book the room through the booking.com but apparently, they fail to find my name so I decided to give the reservation number on my phone. Hand them my mobile phone to show my booking number but just like a robot one of the females took my phone while her eyes keep staring at the computer. Finally, she found my name on the computer, and she just literally left the counter, took her bags and left to the door behind the counter, she didn't excuse her self, what a bad manner for a young hotelier! Second female reception continue the check-in process, she asked me if I need smoking or non-smoking room, while actually, I made the requested online and called directly to the reception prior to my arrival to ask for non-smoking room, and still, she asked for it. what do you expect from reception that didn't know how to put a smile on the face, I guess they also didn't know how to read guest preferred column on reservation forms Room OK, I don't expect much, and the only reason why I choose the hotel is that I need to use a fresh room that near to my own house, as my family is visiting the city. Housekeepers are great, they smile.....finally !!!

I spent 2 nights here with my friends as our purpose to visit this city was exploring tea garde at gunung riung. We were very satisfied with the quality of this hotel start from cleanliness, atmosphere, ambience but the breakfast itself did not have many options. So overall I will recomended this hotel to my friends
