The hotel is very centrally located, allowing you to walk through the population. I treat very friendly in both reception and dining room. Good food, well cooked. Rooms are right. In the Spa you should reconsider putting a higher bar to enter the Jacuzzi to facilitate entry into the Jacuzzi and make good maintenance since some screws do not work.

This small town about 70 kilometers from Barcelona is sparsely populated and the business is sluggish. The hotel is very easy to find and there are a lot of parking spaces. Hotel facilities are general, window air conditioners appear to be of lower grade. Breakfast is average. The service is not bad.

Reserve a duplex type apartment that entered me wifi and free parking. 1er problem despite having it included free parking did not give me it. I would solve it with the web that booked it and they would return it to me as they told me. We came from Turkeye with my family as 5 peoğle, through turkish tour organizers tur312, jollytur, tatilbudur, gezinomi …. as a team of 40 people, family and children came to the hotel for touristic... Hotel rooms are dirty. The bathroom and shower are too repulsive to be stepped on. There is not even soap. There are no curtains ,fridge, water and Air condition. I still don't know why.. The sad thing is that turkish tour operators Companys mentioned above have regretfully advised us to accept this as normal and acceptable… Definitely do not take credit for the words of these companies. They're dishonest and they don't know about their contracts..

We have been last weekend with my family in this accommodation that is advertised as an immersive experience in nature with exact words: ”wooden cabins integrated into the forest”... Well, we arrived at night and they offered us to sleep in the part of the vineyards saying that it was much better than the place we had requested, which was in the holm oaks in the central part of the forest, but we trusted what they told us and we agreed, as we arrived at night we could not see that the part of the vineyards was dry and in the morning we were in for a total disappointment and felt cheated. We didn't want to complain at the time because we didn't have the body to argue, in fact I just signed up on TripAdvisor because it's the first time I've written a review. The fact is that the day after my stay I wrote an email explaining the situation and the answer was to say that it is not the season for vineyards and that they offered me 30% on the next reservation, then I had to tell them that it is a place of high cost to knowingly put clients in front of an esplanade of dry earth with sticks and that they had to take responsibility because people seek to see nature... worst of all is not feeling that I have wasted money but that on top of that I feel The manager of the hotel called, upset and very rude instead of knowing how to correct the situation, saying that she is used to working in luxury hotels and rather seemed the opposite, very rude and saying that I had disrespected her for to say that now the esplanade was a place of dry earth with sticks (see the photo for yourselves, it is reality and you have to accept that now it is not pleasant to be there) and he told me that I was doing it because I was looking for my money back, when precisely I could have refused to pay at the time and I didn't want to say anything... it's unfair I spent money on travel, tolls, food and accommodation to go to a place that right now is not in good condition, So, as the director, instead of apologizing **** and assuming her fault, she did nothing but tell me that the problem was me and pretend to be offended, very unprofessional, so I had to tell her that she wouldn't give me my money back. but the least they should have done is let me enjoy the place another time and not have to pay the money again, but with a 30% discount that I thought was laughable. In summary, if they have to go, I suppose it will be worth it if they are not placed where the vineyards are in autumn, I don't know because I couldn't enjoy the experience and of course I won't do it again because I feel cheated and flirted with. I also put a photo of what they advertise on their website, which is the part of the vineyards so that you can see the difference to what I found.

We had held conference with approx. 100 participants. The meeting room was very big with a nice view on the green, which we unfortunately had to cover due to our IT-set up. The staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. Even last minute changes were not a problem at all and they were super flexible with any requests. Catering (tea break/lunch) was served outside close to the pool area. It was a very nice set-up and view. The hotel rooms are big, clean and modern. We would for sure come again! Thank you.
